The overall look of the salon was clean and nice but this specific person's work station was dusty and full of hair like they didn't clean it for a long time. When the stylist finally began, her attitude and overall demeanor were noticeably negative, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the stylist started blow-drying my hair without applying a heat protectant. I had to request that it be used, which should be standard practice. Clients should not have to ask for basic hair care measures. I also found the pricing to be excessive for the level of service provided. Certain treatments, such as deep conditioning, are not included in some services and come at an additional cost. During my appointment, the stylist was whispering and gossiping with another stylist, which felt unprofessional. Overall, the salon appears to charge for many add-ons while not delivering a level of service that justifies the cost. Due to the poor customer service and lack of value, I would not recommend this salon.
