It was so eerily quiet I kept trying to force a conversation because I was just so uncomfortable. I smiled at everyone and tried being super nice but it definitely drained my energy trying so hard. The only person who was genuinely kind was the elderly shampoo lady. I gave her a $20 tip just for being so nice. I won't be returning and unless this area is your demographic I won't suggest this place.

I realize all vendors, i.e. gas stations, fast food restaurants, grocery stores, must incur an expense for their machines. I always thought businesses preferred digital payment, eliminating a drawer full of cash attracting theft. Isn't that a tax-deductible business expense? So does that mean they take the tax-deduction and charge a user's fee? I wonder.

I wanted someone ANYONE to help me and just fix the mess and after checking out the most recent reviews and seeing they take last minute appointments AND were open on a Monday I quickly scheduled an appointment and was taken when I arrived. A younger girl with glasses took me to her station asked me what was the problem or what I wanted and took me to have my hair washed. She was super friendly, super understanding and as nervous as I was, she totally understood what my issue was. When I am nervous, I talk and talk and talk and she did not make it uncomfortable for me. Wonderful experience equally as wonderful haircut and my hair smells so delicious. It wasn't until I got home, but I saw I had a coupon for products. I definitely will be back and will make sure to buy some of the products that made my hair smell so good.
