All I can say is WOW!…read more I got a horrible haircut in January and I really couldn't take it anymore. I wanted someone ANYONE to help me and just fix the mess and after checking out the most recent reviews and seeing they take last minute appointments AND were open on a Monday I quickly scheduled an appointment and was taken when I arrived. A younger girl with glasses took me to her station asked me what was the problem or what I wanted and took me to have my hair washed. She was super friendly, super understanding and as nervous as I was, she totally understood what my issue was. When I am nervous, I talk and talk and talk and she did not make it uncomfortable for me. Wonderful experience equally as wonderful haircut and my hair smells so delicious. It wasn't until I got home, but I saw I had a coupon for products. I definitely will be back and will make sure to buy some of the products that made my hair smell so good.

I was impressed that when making the appointment they were able to recommend a stylist with a good background in color. Sabrina was very sweet, she did a great job with my highlights and cut. My hair is damaged and she was very careful to minimize further damage. The salon doesn't look like much from the outside but it is is bright and nicely equipped and decorated on the inside. All the stylists seemed to get along well and there was a cheerful vibe. It was very busy and the stylist knew most of their customers by name. The cost was about what you would expect for a cut and highlights. I would recommend giving them a try. Unlike my calls to some other local salons, this one seemed to want my business and cared that I received the best service possible.

I see that they are rated at 1.7 stars and I am confused at how they could be rated that highly. I will never request a haircut at Sport Clips again. Hope they go out of business here in Dunkirk asap.
