He said that he could get the job done in one week and because of the type of wood in our home it would be better to go darker. Along the way there were some hiccups involving the color of the floor and how the floor would stain, but joe did stay in communication with us. HOWEVER Joe is a yes man. He will yes you the death and then when you aren't satisfied he will say "I don't know what else there is to do." I asked for an even dark finish and many of the panels were different colors as you can see in the picture. I had another independent company and one of Joe's employees come look at the floor. Both stated that some steps were missed. The floors are scratching left and right and we will definitely have to get another company to redo the floors. In the end I paid Joe over $3,000 and said the job was fine because it was too much hassle to get him to take accountability. I waited a month just to see if the color would settle in but it didn't. I called joe one last time to get advice and see if there's anything we could do. His response "this doesn't concern me anymore and of course other companies would tell you the floors look bad." While some parts of the home look beautiful other parts look absolutely awful and with all of the scratches we will definitely need to redo the floors.

After getting proposals from 5 contractors, we decided to go with LIMC for the project. Tommy and his son came by twice to ensure the measurements are correct and their proposal is one of the most competitive in terms of pricing. I wanted to have a concrete base for the pavers because my previous patio was set on regular gravel base and had settled unevenly after just two years. The whole project took about two weeks from start to finish. Tommy's crew worked efficiently without cutting any corners. You can definitely tell that they are experienced with concrete and masonry. We decided to go with the Cambridge Toffee Onyx ledgestone pavers with Mocha Border. For the driveway, we went with graphite colored concrete with pavers circle and apron. The result was spectacular. I have gotten so many compliments from neighbors on my driveway. The blue stone stoops were excellent as well. But if you want to have the doors replaced they will customize for you. It can't be a few doors, it needs to be many. My kitchen is still young and we are seniors hardly use it. They should find a way to help me get a touch-up paint without unnecessarily replacing costly doors. Nicole, in reference to your response below, if you recall you transferred me to Michelle. As stated above, Michelle told me i could not just replace one or two doors. She referenced another customer who had 8 or 9 replaced. She was able to help them after a color had been discontinued. "They would customize as they were purchasing many doors and she didn't think the company would accommodate me". Obviously, the company has a way to make discontinued colors. I can work with a small bottle. It is very fair of me to hold you responsible when i was told i would never have a problem. You made no earnest attempt to help me solve the issue without replacing many costly doors. I will call company directly myself and see if i can get the color. Benjamin Moore makes a sea shell and it looks very similar. From what I understand online this company is in line with Benjamin Moore who still makes sea shell white. Hopefully they can confirm this is the same color. Maybe you have learned something here to help other customers. My purpose in writing this review is informative for other customers as 90,000 is a lot of money to spend and then be told there is nothing to be done.
