That does not excuse poor service and broken car windows. This happened September 8 around 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I was calling them since then because they left without informing me that they broke the window so it is now 9:30 AM and when I received an answer finally this morning the lady was absolutely disgusting disgustingly rude telling me that I'm being rude because I told her that I've been calling since yesterday and nobody answers the phone or calls back. So I tell her OK. I would like to come to the location and speak in person turns out she told me they don't have a location, which is even weirder... also because they're telling me that they don't want to go through insurance and "their glass man" is gonna come and fix my window, but I already made a claim so she got pissed off and hung up on me. ARE YOU KIDDING!! I have said since yesterday somebody needs to come and clean the glass up that your workers decided to just blow all over the place in the lawn in the beds with the bushes and where we park our cars in parking spots. This place has many dogs that walk around, my main concern was the dogs not my car and they still did not care. ** She laughed at me when I said dogs are gonna step on the glass and be hurt. Someone needs to come clean up. I want to grab a handful of that glass and smear it in her face. :) respectfully of course Other residents from here have also called and complained and they never heard a callback from this company. We've lived here for almost 4 years and the whole time these landscapers do not blow off the sidewalks they don't edge or go around trees or just do a proper job at all, and now they broke my window and ignored me. So I asked why I was being ignored and she said they weren't. "I was gonna call you back this morning, I had to talk to the owner and he's out at work right now so he can't call you". OK so when you own a business, especially landscaping business, the owner is on the phone most of the time. I've worked for one so I know how it works and for all of this to happen and not be told about it before they left and not contacted for 12 hours is ridiculous and so not professional, just like the woman on the phone. Value should be free since they suck and very rude. It now makes sense.. they do is big locations because then there won't be many complaints. If it was a home residence it would be a completely different story. I'm sure. So now for four years, I have yet to have anything good to say about them.
