Could see a 2nd pair of shoes (face down thru the hole) out of the corner of my eye. Figured maybe she was staying in the room just to make sure everything was on the "up & up" - which I was ok with. Then noticed the 2nd lady walked to the other end of the room (where my belongings were) and I heard what I believe was my glasses (which were wrapped up in my shirt) and keys being moved. Looked over and sure enough the 2nd lady was over there, and the one that was giving the massage tried to stand between my view of the other one and tried to pretend there wasn't anyone else there. I made it clear I could see her, she then tried to claim the other person was "new" and "in training" and will leave now. Definitely came across like they were trying to go thru my belongings/wallet. Won't go there again, and will not recommend. Which is a shame, because the room and table was very new and clean. Will go back to "Whole Health Massage" on Lincoln from now on.

Went In for a "knot" treatment and it was intense but Carla was careful and deliberate with her treatment. For a second I almost thought it hadn't worked because the next day I still had a lot of pain, but the following day all my pain was gone so I realize now that the pain I was feeling the day before was soreness from the massage. I came in with natural long blond hair that had never been colored before and she ruined it. I had to have my hair done at another salon as a color correction because she did not have enough experience to color my hair the color I requested. Corrine did not bleach my blonde hair because she felt it was light enough for the color to take. When she was done I showed her the picture of how I wanted my hair and told her it wasn't even close, and she told me my hair would lighten up after and few washes. She also apologized and told me she knew better, that she should have bleached my hair to begin with instead of just using color. She should have never charged me after admitting to me she messed up. After paying her $120 and having my hair ruined I left the salon crying. I then called her back a few hours later to let her know that there was no way my hair was going to lighten up to the color I requested after what she did. So she said I could come back to the salon to have her bleach my hair again, and unfortunately I came back thinking she was going to fix it but all she did was lighten the red/burgendy color up around my face so it wasn't so shocking to me. I would not recommend this salon to anyone after what happened to me. I've waited a few weeks to post this because I hate to leave a bad review for someone but my hair is still going through color correction because of this and I'm still upset about it and I do not want someone else to go through what I've been through.
