Went In for a "knot" treatment and it was intense but Carla was careful and deliberate with her treatment. For a second I almost thought it hadn't worked because the next day I still had a lot of pain, but the following day all my pain was gone so I realize now that the pain I was feeling the day before was soreness from the massage.
