She had zero people skills, let alone hairdressing skills were questionable. I don't understand how people work directly with people daily and behave like this at their job! I really do believe that she was racist. Immediately saw me and treated me like she had a distain for a certain type of people. I saw her how she interacted and spoke to other people. It was definitely not the same vibe. It's unfortunate experience all together. I paid money to be treated like this. It gave me a gross feeling for the rest of my day. However as a mom and grown woman I don't feel the need to make a big deal in public when people do the wrong thing I just chose not to give them my business again.
