I came in with natural long blond hair that had never been colored before and she ruined it. I had to have my hair done at another salon as a color correction because she did not have enough experience to color my hair the color I requested. Corrine did not bleach my blonde hair because she felt it was light enough for the color to take. When she was done I showed her the picture of how I wanted my hair and told her it wasn't even close, and she told me my hair would lighten up after and few washes. She also apologized and told me she knew better, that she should have bleached my hair to begin with instead of just using color. She should have never charged me after admitting to me she messed up. After paying her $120 and having my hair ruined I left the salon crying. I then called her back a few hours later to let her know that there was no way my hair was going to lighten up to the color I requested after what she did. So she said I could come back to the salon to have her bleach my hair again, and unfortunately I came back thinking she was going to fix it but all she did was lighten the red/burgendy color up around my face so it wasn't so shocking to me. I would not recommend this salon to anyone after what happened to me. I've waited a few weeks to post this because I hate to leave a bad review for someone but my hair is still going through color correction because of this and I'm still upset about it and I do not want someone else to go through what I've been through.

She has done my hair multiple times throughout the past couple years, the most recent being in August, right before I left for Burning Man..Not only did the design and colors she choose for me go above and beyond my expectations, but my hair stood up for 2 weeks in the desert- with the dust, wind and all the elements!!! Even when I was ready to take them out they still looked on point and I could have easily kept them in for another couple of weeks -at least!!! The compliments I received were endless ... She had zero people skills, let alone hairdressing skills were questionable. I don't understand how people work directly with people daily and behave like this at their job! I really do believe that she was racist. Immediately saw me and treated me like she had a distain for a certain type of people. I saw her how she interacted and spoke to other people. It was definitely not the same vibe. It's unfortunate experience all together. I paid money to be treated like this. It gave me a gross feeling for the rest of my day.
