Lora is also very knowledgeable and offered me suggestions for how to ease tension in my leg muscles using a foam roller, to continue loosening the muscles she worked on. She also doesn't rattle on with unnecessary chatter...unless that's what you want. I prefer quiet time to reflect and breathe into the work. Her demeanor is relaxed and soothing and at no point did I feel rushed, including afterwards when she encouraged me to take a few minutes to stretch and breathe before rising to dress.
