I have been going to Carla for about 2 months now on a weekly basis to have my shoulder and thigh worked on. She has been very knowledgeable with what's causing the pain and how to work on the issue. What she has been doing has help with the pain. Thank you Carla for the help. read more

Went in to see Carla for the very first time last week as I had injured myself at the gym and couldn't move my neck without a lot of pain. Went In for a "knot" treatment and it was intense but Carla was careful and deliberate with her treatment. For a second I almost thought it hadn't worked because the next day I still had a lot of pain, but the following day all my pain was gone so I realize now that the pain I was feeling the day before was soreness from the massage. She's also very fairly priced as well, def will see her again! read more

I have had a chronic knee problem for the last few months. Add on top of that a family wedding with lots of work and travel by car involved. My chiropractor is great but I've still been having issues taking the stairs at our house. Carla listened and went to work. I am in better shape taking those stairs up and down than I have been in weeks. Thank you Carla! Excellent care! read more

I have had chronic sciatic nerve pain, in my left leg, for the past 6 months. Pain that is debilitating and many times a 10/10 in pain. For the first time in 6 months, I have experienced relief. Carla was extremely knowledgeable of the bodies muscular and nervous system. She educated me during the process, which I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated. I have been very protective over my leg and expressed that to her. She took the whole massage step by step, making sure I was ok. Thank you Carla for the amazing massage and look forward to returning soon! read more

I recently underwent a major surgery in southern California and on the flight home I was in so much pain. In need of a lymphatic drain massage as well as a general relaxation relief, I immediately hooped on the phone to google local massage therapist who could help me. I had a bit of trouble finding someone who A, knew how to and B willing to even try. Luckily I came across Carla and and sooooo thankful that I did. Upon my arrival, Carla and I talked in depth about my needs as I was 5 days post-surgery. She was warm, kind, very soothing, and straight forward. She understood how much pain I was in, was honestly interested in helping me feel better and making sure that I felt better and more importantly felt relief from the pressure pains I was feeling as a result of fluid buildup. She gave me quite possibly the best massage I have ever had in my life. Carla combined various techniques from the massage and physical therapy worlds, and I left Carla's office feeling like a new human being. She worked my back out in ways that no other massage therapist or physical therapist has been able to, and it has led to results that have lasted longer than a few hour's. I continued to go to her 2/3 times a week over the next 8 weeks religiously. With her help I did not have to return to my surgeon in southern California for revision or to surgically release the fluid buildup. Not to mention the knots, lumps and muscle tightness that she had to deal with in the mix as well. I TRULY so grateful that I came across her and I cannot thank Carla enough for her work, her in depth knowledge, and her genuine kindness. read more

Carla was amazing! Not only was the massage great, but she spent time discussing what was bothering me beforehand and talking thru the process so I knew what to expect. I had been having serious pain in my neck back and hands and after 90 min with her, I feel great! My gripping issues are almost back to normal and my neck and back feel transformed. If you're looking for a professional true massage therepist, beyond what a spa give you, she's the answer! read more

I just had my third fantastic massage with Carla. I often get pain in my neck and shoulders due mostly to damage from working 30+ years at a desk job. Carla is very patient and takes the time to talk with you to find out the cause of your pain. As another reviewer mentioned, Carla is very knowledgeable about how our muscles work, and will go over the scheduled time to work on an area that really needs it. Carla told me it is actually tight pectoral muscles causing most of the pain in my shoulders since they pull my shoulders forward, so she did a lot of work loosening them up with deep tissue massage in addition to a soothing shoulder, neck, back, hands and feet massage. Absolutely forget-where-you are glorious! Needless to say, I highly recommend Carla. read more

Carla is amazing. She made an appointment for me the next day (which I didn't realize until after was her day off). She was patient, informative, thorough and most of all, understanding and caring. This is the first experience I've had with massage therapist where I didn't leave feeling ashamed for my bad posture. I know I have bad posture and I need to work on it, but Carla was caring and didn't make me feel like it was my fault and until I get my life together I'll never escape my pain. She dedicated plenty of time to me at an incredibly fair price (ridiculously fair, to be honest) and gave me honest (and super helpful!) tips on self care in the future. I will be scheduling another appointment soon! read more

Just called Carla early this morning. Described my back discomfort. She spent 15 minutes at least diagnosing and making sensible recommendations. Including referrals to other practitioners. A superb professional. If I had a more serious or recurring condition she would be my first choice. read more

Carla is a lifesaver! I have been seeing her once a week for a couple of months now for back and shoulder pain and she has done wonders on my back. She offers a great package deal and has very flexible appointment times. I honestly can't imagine not seeing her as often as I do now and can definitely feel it when I skip a week. I would 100% recommend her for just a relaxing massage or for treatment of an injury. read more

She really knows her stuff! Super helpful and informative about injuries and how to help. Great for both relaxing and deep tissue.

Carla not only gives a great massage but is a great caring person also. I have been going to her for several years and won't stop, you can't go wrong with Carla. read more

Carla gives an amazing massage! I was in a lot of pain in my shoulder, neck, and mid back. She took the time beforehand to find out what I was concerned about and my history. You can tell she is very knowledgeable about how our muscles work. She did deep tissue work on me, but made sure I was ok with that before hand which I appreciated. She also spent extra time with me than was scheduled because of the bad state I was in. She really helped me! I will go back to her again for sure! Loved her! read more

Carla is very strong and not lazy. She will get to all those places that hurt.

Carla has a nice place. My daughyer bought me 60 minutes for an hour. I told Carla I have a special spot I'd like you to work on. She suggested 90 minuyes so we can. "really get those spots deep." She never touched that area. Never went deep anywhere. Carla DID NOT DELIVER AT ALL. Wont be returning for any reason. VERY DISSAPOINTED. read more
