I thoroughly enjoyed my massage session with Josh. I'm a big advocate for massage, but am 5 months pregnant and wasn't sure if I'd be able to get comfortable or if he'd be able to access deep tissue with me laying on my side. I was very happy with how it all worked out. He propped me up with pillows and was able to rub/work my back/neck muscles really well despite me laying on my side. It felt incredible and I left feeling great and woke up the next day feeling great. It seemed like the best way to work out pregnancy-related soreness in my hips and tension in my back due to the increased weight of the baby/pregnancy. Since it was my first prenatal massage and my first time working with Josh, he communicated with me throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable and getting the most out of our session. I have been experiencing severe back and joint pain for several months, and the pain is felt in both muscle and tissue in the pelvic region. I had my first appointment with Candi expecting a massage to relieve the tension.
