There's not one person at this office that makes me feel uneasy. As soon as I walk in the door, I feel welcomed. They take so much time and care to make sure the work you're getting done is to the highest standards. If they wouldn't want the work done on them, they wouldn't do it to you. I've receive the best care here. They were able to fix bad work I've received at a different dental office. This is the kind of place you leave feeling like, "Dang, I should have came here first." The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service I received for my implant has been a nightmare. So far, the implant broke not even a year that i had it. Took it back so they can fix it and that was time consuming. It was replaced, then 3 months later a tooth broke. It was fixed and now another tooth broke again 3 months later. This is so frustrating and the money that I spent on this implant was well over $20,000... I shouldn't be having these kinds of issues. Terrible service and false advertising. My company has an agreement with this office that includes free whitening with a cleaning. I went in for my appointment and left with a treatment plan for a $4,000 service -- and no whitening at all. When I asked about the whitening, they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about. They continued calling me about cleanings until I finally spoke with an employee named Daniel and explained what happened. He apologized but said the whitening was not in-house; it was supposed to be a tray. I agreed to that, but I never even received the tray. He then told me he could not see it in my chart due to "miscommunication" and said he would remove me from the call list. This was misleading, dishonest extremely unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. Do not advertise services you clearly do not intend to provide. read more

This has to be one of the best dental practices in the city. From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave you are at complete ease. Not only is the facility state of the art, brand new, has the latest equipment the staff is phenomenal. You are treated very well and everything is explained to you in detail until you are at ease. The doctors here are amazing they are very nice, expeditious, and very thorough. I personally had an experience with feelings today with Dr. Samir, and he is fantastic. He is gentle, thorough, and very understanding. And most importantly he is very fast. I had two cavities that needed filling and he did them under 15 minutes. Awful experience. I went to the Cypress location for a consultation in December and was quoted a price I couldn't afford, so I never followed up with them. Camila from their office contacts me in January, offering a "discount" on the treatment quoted in December; I told her I would get back to her to see if I could proceed. This week, I called and asked for Camila, and Megan said she wasn't available but that she could help me. I told her about my conversation with Camila and what I was able to pay. She accepted it and emailed me the treatment plan along with the new discount quote, and I paid a $1500 down payment. Two days later, I informed them that I was unaware we had dental insurance and wanted to see if using dental made a difference. That is when they began to claim that they had not quoted the entire treatment and that the price quoted was only for braces. According to the invoice, the total amount billed to me was $7000, and the discount offer was $3000, bringing the balance to $4000. They now informed me that $7000 was the total treatment and that the dental would only cover $1500, leaving me with a balance of $5500. What I don't understand is why they would contact me in January to offer me a discount and then tell me that the discount did not cover the entire treatment. I believe they were attempting to defraud me, but only to obtain a portion of the treatment; Megan is the founder and owner of Nudenistry, and she has not admitted to what she clearly signed the new quoted treatment plan. I will remove this review once the owner explains why and how this employee is allowed to treat me as a scammer or thief. This woman owes my daughter and me an apology and acknowledgement for her actions. I don't care if she's the boss; if you went to college, you should have been taught to be ethical. read more

I have to say that the first time I was here the office staff didn't explain anything, but the gentleman who took my x-rays did a great job and the dentist was through and answered all of my questions. I was confused about what was going on. So I asked for a second appointment to get things clarified and decided to go ahead and get a cleaning of my teeth. The office staff was different and much better at explaining what they were doing, how much I need to pay before proceeding and why they wanted to go this route. I will be back as soon as I can obtain the funds needed. Very nice staff and very clean, modern facility with free parking lot. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! These people are all scammers. Worst place I've ever been to. I went for a FREE exam and consultation, and got an estimate for an extraction and implant. First they signed me up for a credit card when I didn't ask for one, which made my credit score go from a 760 to a 620 the next day. Next they started saying they used materials during my free exam and that I now owe $870. I never even received anything or got any of the work done from them and now they have sent me to collections and I "owe" over $905. Last night I chipped my tooth around 7 PM. I had seen Nu Dentistry being built out during Covid and was now open for business. So I called them...they have 24 hour answering service and emergency services. They were able to book me first thing the next morning at 9 AM. I arrived and processed my paperwork electronically in a matter of minutes. The layout is absolutely wonderful and is completely above standard when it comes to safety and social distancing... They used Covid-19 as a way to actually build a medical facility that accommodates high high level of sanitation and proximity. Dr. Samir Alrajab and his team was on point, professional, and helpful.
