Dental! It was a long process with too many mistakes and no accountability to who made them. The establishment who does her cosmetics work need to be replace for her to be the number one for Houston. Her office wants you to pay all the money before the services are completed. Once that is done, I do not feel like you get the services you deserve. She talked to you through her staff and not directly when there are problems. If I had to do it all over again. I feel as if paid too much for the services or lack of that I received. read more

My experience was very disappointing. I am a firm believer in quality customer service and i did not receive that at all. I came based off research and presumed knowledgable and sincere care however received the opposite. The receptionist seemed as though i was an inconvenience and Dr. Alani was not much better. Understanding she wanted to get out by noon, you still should not rush through consultations and clients. No time was taken with me and nothing was clearly discussed nor option besides one offered. This review is way over due, but I'll still let you know. I went in for a cleaning and they called me before to verify my information and confirmed the cleaning was cover 100% by the insurance. While cleaning the dental hygienists decided I needed a deep cleaning, without consent she processed and decide to add it to the services which they were trying to make me pay $120 for a cleaning that I'd get for free anywhere regardless if it was a deep clean or not. Doing a procedure without consent is illegal from my knowledge. This dentist is just money hungry and will break ethical laws to obtain it. I do not recommend. read more

A couple years ago, I briefly skimmed an article on Dr. Alani's SnapOnSmile procedure. I was curious, but didn't bother pursuing it further due to what I imagined would be either costly cosmetic dentistry or something "affordable" yet completely lacking in quality. Last April, I was sent a photo from a family friend taken at a family event. My smile is usually confined to conceal the missing teeth (located towards the side/back of my mouth). I watched as she detailed a rather uncomplicated, non-invasive (not to mention cost efficient) solution to my problem. So I made my first appt the next day. I was greeted (as continued to present day) by her courteous, friendly and accommodating team. Admittedly, I remained somewhat reticent as to the final results. Dr. Alani's staff is very kind and thorough. It is an all female office and someone always says hello when I walk in. Located just down the street from the galleria, her office is a neat and up to date on technology. Sometimes it can get a little chilly so I would bring a sweater. They didn't just try to sell me on one expensive procedure. Dr. Alani sat with with me and we went through all of my options. And thus far I have been very pleased with the treatment I have received.
