They have a nice first time offer of $69 for xray and cleaning. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. The office and rooms are neat and they have tvs in each room for viewing while waiting. They explained each step to me and after my xrays they explained what the next steps were before the doctor came in. There was a long wait. I only saw 1 dentist there but I was told they were short on the staff the day I went. The dentist explained some concerns and options for me and they brought me a quote to think things over. The dentist did my cleaning with an electric tool. It was very painful for me. Next time I will ask if he can use the manual one. But the dentist was kind and I can tell he was working hard to get to all of the clients waiting. read more

There are a number things wrong at this dentist place. In no particular order 1. The front office is extremely bad. They do not return calls or emails, they do not send documentation after several requests. 2. Care particularly from the dentist is very rushed and he misses things 3. They definitely over file claims - look through your bill and you will routinely see high risk asssessments for which they bill extra even when other dentists don't (I compared and switched) 4. They take more Xrays (now they force twice a year on routine xrays) and you guessed it - they bill you extra. The 1-star I gave is for the hygenist who catches more issues than the dentist does! read more

Pricing is affordable. Appointments are always so quick. The dentist is very honest with you about what is best for your smile. I've been coming here for months for a full smile makeover. Part of which consisted of all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth needing to be removed. Every dentist I asked before Supreme said they'd have to be surgically removed but not him! He cut these gums open with me awake but of course numbed up and got those suckers out with a quickness. I didn't feel a think but relief. Root canals were something another dentist made me terrified of in the past, mainly because the quack took like 6 hours and got a chemical in my jaw. NOT SUPREME! Quickest and most painless dang root canal I've ever had. Will return at the end of my smile journey with my before and after pics. read more

My first mistake was using a Groupon for dental. But my insurance changed and I didn't have the same dental coverage as before so I decided to go this route. This Groupon included x-rays cleaning and whitening. It was a great deal. The second mistake I made was going to an opportunistic dental office with no cavities. It's very hard to make money off of someone that doesn't have typical dental problems. But they found a way, I promise you. Approximately four years ago I went to the dentist and had a very deep cleaning done, the kind that you need to have your mouth numbed for. The kind that cost me $1000 out-of-pocket. So I come to this office and I swear to you I knew when I met the dentist that he was going to tell me that I needed a very expensive procedure. Guess what, he said I needed this very deep cleaning again. I went 50 years before having the first one but all of a sudden four years later I need it again? OK. I told him that I just wanted to have my teeth cleaned because that procedure was so terrible and so painful that I did not think I could go through it again. He told me basically too bad, they will only do that very expensive procedure or nothing, basically my teeth either have to be deep cleaned or I don't get them cleaned at all. I had relocated to Phoenix for a short while and went to the dentist there and they said that I also needed the deep cleaning, but I said that I was headed back to NYC where I lived and I would have it done by my dentist there, so they went ahead and cleaned my teeth and I went to New York and had the deeper cleaning done there. These people are saying they cannot do anything but the deep cleaning, that's the standard. Clearly, that is a lie. Also, my car is in the shop and I really didn't need it so I didn't get a rental, I thought if I needed to go anywhere an Uber would be cheaper. So I took an Uber to this office and back home and that cost me almost $40, for nothing. I was so angry when I left here that I was about to lose it. Make sure if you go to the dentist that you have problems with your teeth and you have money to spend otherwise you are not important to them. read more

Friendly staff but the doctor who had been trying to get me to replace my veneers did something to cause 2 of my veneers that are at the back in my mouth to crack just a couple of days after my visit there. He seemed to be pissed off that I wasn't going to buy into his scam. He was doing my teeth cleaning and was very ruff, I kept jumping!! That is probably because he was damaging my my left and right veneers at the very back!! This doctor needs to loose his license!! There's no way both would crack at the same time like they did when I hadn't even eaten anything that would cause them to crack!!!! I am going to report that quack - he must be on coke or worse!!!!! I am from out of town and went to this place for a deep cleaning and a filling, just from info I got on a flyer. They took my X-rays and the doctor (could not remember his name) examined me. When he began going over my options, he suggested a bridge but when I asked him a couple of questions, he was dubious and not completely sure of his response. He then gave me a shot of anesthesia and finished the filling, stating he could have used a color that matched my tooth's but chose to go with a lighter color... and that if I wanted, he could do it all over again. I looked at it in the mirror and decided it was not worth to go over the procedure again, but I thought that was a very unprofessional thing to do. I received a written estimate which I thought was fair and went home. Two weeks later, the filling fell off while brushing. I went back to this office, and when the doctor came, I saluted him but he completely ignored me, then he went on to prep me for the filling. Only this time, he was in a rush and not only did not gave me anesthesia, and was very rude when talking to the nurse who was helping him, as well as how he went about the procedure. He then rushed out of the room and went back to his desk and his phone, as I later realized when walking out of there. The nurse had asked him if that was it, but he was already gone. I asked the nurse if there was something wrong with the guy, or if he was having a bad day, but she just told me something like "that's how he is". As expected, the second filling fell off 10 days later, only this time I am not going back there for round three. I am not one to say negative things about people, but if somebody had warned me about their experience with a particular professional and how they conduct themselves with their patients and their staff, I would have not taken my business to them. If you think about it, it's not only the poor service that I received, but the fact that they charged my insurance over $800.00 for my visit, which practically cut my "insurance allowance" in half, and now that I have to find another dentist, I will end up paying more out-of-pocket for services to be rendered. Lesson learned... again. Do your research before putting your health and your money on somebody else's hands. read more

I got there at 9:50 for my 10am appointment. The dentist started cleaning my teeth at 11:15. I waited 1 1/2 hours to see the dentist!! When I did he was so rough with my teeth that I was still spitting out blood an hour after the appointment. It's been 4 hours since my appointment and my mouth still hurts SO much. I opted out of flossing, because my mouth hurt so much. The dentist was in too much of a hurry to get a new paying customer into the chair that he was digging into my gums and not taking his time. They have extra fees for everything so be careful! read more

I had been with my old dentist for decades and when he recently sold his practice I wanted to try out another office/doctor. I found Supreme on Groupon. Found great reviews and decided to give them a try. I live less then a mile from their office so that's a huge plus for me. The staff was informative, transparent and friendly. They diagnosed some issues and gave me options and a game plan with no pressure. I'll have to book subsequent appointments to get the full results but based on my experience so far I'd be quite happy to do so. Their office is clean, staff attentive and location is perfect for me. This office is in a shopping center between San Felipe & Fountain View (same center with HEB). It's beautiful, clean, and the staff took great care of me. First off, I want to say the female doctor that works on Saturday is AMAZING! She is professional, kind and patient! I had a wonderful first impression with my youngest daughter there. BUT when I went to get my cleaning done by Dr. Drew it wasn't the best. I was early and got called back late but I didn't let that phase me because sometimes you can get behind and I understand. The staff is friendly and nice. Dr. Drew is not patient and unprofessional in some sorts. Making comments and just no manners. Saying while looking at my Invisalign consultation, "Damn! That's you." My cleaning was done roughly. I wanted to cry!! But I brushed it off and thought maybe I'm being sensitive. When I went tonight for my dental work, I had already rescheduled for them from 6:15 to 5 per their request but still got called back later. When back there I had the light directly in my face, didn't get numb correctly the first time. No sensitivity or empathy for me. When finally numb my work was rushed and unprofessionally done. He made a comment to my oldest daughter who was with me saying, "oh you have a smile just like your mom!" "Braces too huh?!" Mind you my teeth aren't even bad like that! She is only 11!! I had to ask for sunglasses to keep all the guck out of my eyes. I got hit 3 times while they were working passing things around roughly. I was practically drowning in my own saliva and from the liquids they used for my fillings. When checking my bite, they left gauze in my mouth and then said it was good to go. When I sat up, I instantly could tell it was wrong. I had a big space in between. I asked for a mirror to check and asked to have it fixed. Dr. Drew says oh now you're biting correctly, and I tell him um no you had gauze in my mouth the first time. To make a longer story short I sat in my car and cried afterwards. I have NEVER in my life had such a bad experience. When I asked the assistant what the rush was for, she said oh we have our thanksgiving dinner to go to! I told her I will never come back and how I felt!! I am going to another dentist to have this work re checked and my bite. I don't know how long he has been a dentist, but I know what all was incorrectly done. read more

If I could give zero star I would, this was the worse dental experience I've ever had. My appointment was at 2pm on Saturday, 7/30. I got there 5 mins before 2pm. I had previously filled out all the paperwork online. I didn't get called until 2:30 to get my X-ray taken. After that I was asked to go back out and wait until a room becomes available. And finally at 2:40, I was taken to a room and by then it was already 40 mins past my appointment time and still haven't seen the doctor. Another 10 mins gone by, the doctor came in, did not introduce himself nor apologize for the delay and started asking me some basic questions about my teeth and did a quick examination on my teeth. After that all he said was there is nothing concerning with your teeth, we can go ahead and get your teeth cleaned and then have you come back in 6 months. And by then it was almost 3, I was expected him to start cleaning my teeth, but then he left the room!! Another 10 mins gone by before this girl came in the room and started polishing my teeth. And after that, she started flossing me, she couldn't even tell I had a bridge and kept trying to floss that same place, and the way she flossed my teeth was so unprofessional - she would just go through each gap once and didn't even floss all of my teeth before she told me I was done. As you can imagine, I was so confused at that point and told her I don't feel like my teeth got cleaned. She said oh each clinic does things differently. I told her the dentist that I've had in the past would remove teeth stones for me. Then she said we've been looking for a dental hygienist, but we still don't have one just yet. I was like but still I don't feel like my teeth is cleaned. Then she pointed at the machine right next to me and said the doctor didn't clean you with this machine? I was like no! She then apologized and said oh I'm so sorry, I thought you were done because they told me to come in and finish you up. When I keep questioning her, she then said sometimes you can be polished at the beginning and at the end. Different people do things differently. (By the way, they never polished me a second time). She then went out to get the dentist. By then it's already 3:10. I waited for another 7-10 mins before the doctor came in, again no apologies, while he was cleaning me he burned my right upper lip with the tool because it's hot and it kept touching my upper lip. He was so unprofessional that he also splashed water on my face. All he kept saying was you cleaned your teeth very well, there is not much blood at all, there is nothing much I could do for you. After scaling, he then asked me to walk out of the room and asked me to rinse my mouth with some mouthwash. While I was rinsing my mouth, he left without telling me anything about my teeth or how I could better care for my teeth. I saw him walked toward the front desk and talked to the receptionist, then he walked past me without saying anything at all! When I walked to the receptionist, she asked me how my experience was, I told her everything that had gone down. She apologized and said she will relay my feedback to the dentist. And said to compensate me, she had included some sample teeth whitening kit for me to take home and said that she will waive my copayment. I was like I know you are in network of my insurance and I know this is covered in my insurance and that there won't be a copayment. She's like well sometimes there is one, I will confirm on Monday. But Im just telling you that even if there is one, I will waive it for you. She's making it seemed like she's doing me a favor while she knows she's not because it's covered in my insurance. When I left the clinic, it's already 3:30. A simple basic teeth cleaning session lasted one and a half hour is just unheard of!! This place is an absolute joke. I can't believe they are still in business! Avoid this place at all cost!! read more
