My family made a deal with Tommy over two years ago to get a tractor. The shop is a few lots down from my family's property. Over these last two years, we have gone through two imaginary tractors. What I mean by that is the first one "needed repairs" so we waited for those repairs to get done. Then we were told hey, I have a better tractor for you but it also needs work. So we waited again. My mother, who has been working with Tommy and blindly trusting our new neighbor finally got fed up and said look can we just get a refund. Tommy has on multiple occasions told my mother that he would pay her back. Apparently, he tried to screw her out of the 5,000 he owed her for the tractor and rather suggested that he pay her back 2,400, I was completely unaware of this. On June the 26th, 2020 I went with my mother to speak with Tommy. He did all he could to try and not talk about the money but I finally cut the small talk short and cut to the point. He agreed to repay my mother $3,800 Monday 6/29/2020 at 1 pm. I asked if he could put that in writing and this lazy slimy tractor man said I can just text you. If you're still reading this good on you but My mom still hasn't gotten her refund. PLEASE save yourself and do not come here. Tommy likes to say that his deals are separate completely separate from the business, if that is true he shouldn't be working there. There is no accountability at this shop. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Now less than a year later, the truck was having misfires and blew the catalytic converters. Brought to another shop just to find out that the spark plugs Tim put in the truck were not the right size and were used. I guess ripping customers off is how this business stays open because this is now our second bad service experience where we had to bring our vehicles elsewhere for the same issue within a short period of time.
