Mykhaylo arrived on time, removed his shoes, performed the procedure quietly & efficiently, was very friendly and polite. Showed me before/after pictures of the vents and they look so much better. More importantly, we were considering another company that wanted to charge us double LP's rate and said that we had mold throughout our system, which sounded alarmist.
