NSD was hired as a third party by Home Depot to deliver my order. Well NSD did not attempt to call to give me a four hour window. They showed up at my house on a Sunday and when I didn't answer because I wasn't there they marked my items as delivered. Absolute WORST delivery service we have ever had the experience of dealing with. They were supposed to deliver on Thursday, never showed up. We called the next day and they were going to deliver that evening. Never showed up. Never called. We waited around TWO days... they wasted our time and money since we could have been working. I could literally cry with frustration. Then WE had to call yesterday to get an update. They told us it would be delivered today.. I just checked the tracking.. and ANOTHER delay saying it will be delivered tomorrow.. AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL TO TELL US. I had to look. It has been at the San Antonio hub for at least a week!! HOW ARE THERE ANY DELAYS?! They told us that the driver got a late start the first day and then the truck broke down the second day. Not sure how many more excuses we can take. This company is giving JCPenney a bad reputation. We were told on multiple occasions that NSD would provide "White Glove" delivery services. There wasn't anything of a "White Glove" service on this delivery. This was supposed to be a "two man" delivery event. There was one delivery guy ( young fellow in mid 20's) carrying two box springs and two LARGE mattresses. I helped the best I could. But at my age of 75 and having had multiple back surgeries, this probably wasn't the best scenario. Both mattresses were soiled by his dirty hands and one of the box springs had a hole in it. Everything was loosely wrapped in plastic which was very dirty. My wife suggested he go to our bathroom and was his hands. Unfortunately, this was after he had already soiled both mattresses. Why was the plastic so dirty on mattresses that had just been manufactured and expedited to us? By the way, we were told that the delivery would be between 12 and 4 PM and that we would receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to anticipated delivery. Just as we sat down to eat, he arrived at 1:30PM. We would not have started the meal had we known when he was coming. We feel that what JCPenney is expecting for their customers is not what is happening. Time to change to another delivery company! read more

If I could give negative stars, I sure would do so. This company has lost their mind. We purchased a patio set from Lowe's.com and this is the delivery company. Lowe's should be ashamed. You will waste your time on the phone with them. I swear they blocked my number, I've called so much. When I do call, it hangs up on me after 16 minutes. No one will answer my call, do the call back option and I can't even get the online chat person to chat with me. I found the email to a CEO type person and he responded within 24 hours. The person he passed it onto has taken more than 24 hours to fix this problem. I agree...NSD needs to stand for NO SHOW DELIVERY! Does anyone recall the SNL character Leonard Pinth Garnell? He hosted a show that introduced "incredibly bad theater" or "absolutely terrible opera". Well, he could dedicate a mini-series to NSD's "Unparalleled Poor Service". Its remarkable really....when they do offer some information, it usually ends up being completely inaccurate or, frankly, a lie. I won't going into the details other than to say my May 4th order was scheduled for May 16th delivery. From May 16 to May 20, no one could really tell me where the product was other than "it hasn't reached the local terminal yet", followed by a flurry of automated calls promising deliveries that never happened. Bravo. Absolutely dreadful. Finally, it reached the local terminal, who called to say "the truck broke down", code for "Memorial Day weekend is coming and we ain't workin' today". Excellent. Truly bad. I offered to pick it up, which is when they told me they only had one of the pieces. I cancelled my order. Despite acknowledging the cancellation, two guys in a Ryder Truck dumped it in my driveway four days later anyway. Brilliant! Couldn't be worse. read more

I was contacted on Thursday, May 9 to setup my delivery for my Proform elliptical machine, to be delivered on Friday, May 10 between 2-6pm. No one never showed up nor called me. I called NSD to inquire about my delivery and was told there wasn't anything in their system showing a scheduled delivery. No apology, no resolution, not even a supervisor spoke with me. What an easy and pleasant experience. I got an email that the furniture would be delivered the next day between 9:45 and 12:45. That day, the truck arrived at 10:30 and the two gentlemen immediately started hefting the large boxes into the house. They were cheerful and careful and done within minutes. Terrible customer service. They scheduled my delivery for a Saturday on a holiday weekend without contacting me even though the email says they will call first. I sat around all day and couldn't get in touch with anyone. No one called or showed up to deliver my bike. Monday morning in Memorial Day they call at 830am and say they will be at my house in 20 min. No apology or acknowledgment they missed the appt Saturday. I am extremely disappointed in our attempted delivery. After placing my order for a treadmill through Echelon I only received an email from your company stating that I'd be receiving a call to set up delivery in the next couple days. NO CALL! After 3-4 days I began calling and could never get through to talk to someone about delivery and assumed I was waiting for a call. That call never came. Your delivery service employees ended up dropping our 250 treadmill was dropped in the middle of our driveway with NO NOTICE. Again, I tried calling your companies number and after waiting 38 min I was disconnected with an automated voice saying, "We will call you back". Never received a call . I have spoken to echelon and reported this whole situation to them and of course they are very apologetic. However I have yet to be called back from anybody to get this treadmill upstairs and set up like it was supposed to be and what I paid for. I also received an email asking me how my delivery was. Though the two guys did not deliver within the appointed window, a fact which initially caused me to panic since I had to miss work to receive the package, they did come the same day. Highly disappointed in Home Depot for using this joke of a courier, any courier, especially one that delivers large home appliances, such as bathtubs.. unless you're a handyman or blue collar by trade, most folks have their professional scheduled to start on a defined timeline but due to this incompetent, unreliable courier "non stop delivery aka nsd" my delivery's late scheduled for 17th "rescheduled" (w/out notifying me) to the 19th & has been at the local terminal (1 hr from my home) since the 5th with no movement, whatsoever. NSD is the worst delivery company I have ever experienced. I have been trying for two weeks to reachout to them in order to schedule a pick up appointment for a return. I got one response that the terminal will contact me to schedule a date time. When I escalated this issue, the NSD supervisor did try to contact the NSD terminal and nobody answers!!! Co-workers at the same company can not reach out to each other!! What about the client?!!! I super highly recommend that if you make an order which involves NSD, cancel the order right away to avoid being in a so long nightmare. So yes, things were frustrating in the beginning before I found that email, but then they set it right pretty quick. Original Review: NSD was chosen by Amazon to deliver my TV. This company was supposed to deliver and install my Mirror (workout mirror). They struggled opening the box. Finally got it out and leaned it again my wall and plugged it in. I called Mirror to get help to set it up. They said the installer should of done that. Nope! I also told them that the installer left the anchors and said it was fine leaning against the wall. I am extreamly disappointed with this company. I had purchases furniture at the beginning of February that was originally supposed to be delivered on Feb 8. I received a phone call the night before and was told it would be delivered between 9am and 1pm. The website updated to deliver between 12 and 3pm. No delivery that day and no call to me stating why. I contacted customer service which was no help at all. They told me the terminal was closed and that they would escalate the ticket. Never received a phone call back regarding this first issue. Next day say that the shipment was supposed to be delivered on 2/9 again no call at all and the truck never showed up. this then got rescheduled for 2/10, again with no call to verify and when I called customer service I was told again that they would escalate the issue. No call... Monday now rolls around and it is scheduled to be delivered 2/14 asked to speak to terminal to verify this and they said they could not contact the terminal. I am at loss for what needs to be done because no matter who you talk to it is the same exact answer with no response from any one. read more

At this point I have not a even received my delivery. I bought a garage organizer from Costco a couple months ago and my purchase has now been in transit for a couple weeks. I try using the website to track and have no luck, I call with no luck (hours of hold time), left messages, used the IVR, and sent emails - all of this with no luck. According to the original email my estimated delivery is today, not sure if I'm just suppose to sit at home all week or what. This company truly is just simply not responsive. I hate leaving bad reviews. I try very hard just to leave good ones. This unfortunately is not one of those times. This company (NSD) is used by Amazon. They scheduled a delivery through Amazon. I took the day off to accept the deliver because it states someone must be present to take delivery. Guess what? No delivery. When I tried to contact NSD the only way I could reach them is though their bot chat. I was promised a call back the next day and of course that never happened. I then notice that the delivery date was changed on Amazon's website and marked that the change was a request from me. Can you believe it? I never made any such request and now I am nervous to take off another day without talking to someone and getting a conformation in fear that the delivery again will not be made. Since then I have contacted Amazon and guess what? They couldn't reach NSD either. Hopefully, eventually, I will get my delivery but I am not counting on it at this point and all I can do is cross my fingers then hope and pray. I will do an update if the delivery is actually made. I am paying for "white glove service" to the tune of $249. Call them and you sit on hold - chat online doesn't work. I called NordicTrack and they were able to reach someone with the company. They said they didn't have the product and canceled the order - news to me!! They told NordicTrack they didn't have the product in their warehouse - then why schedule delivery?!? I was just reading the guys post 9 months later and saw where he said the truck used was a 2019. This was Jan. 2019 so the truck would have only been 4 months old. I wish I had taken a picture of this thing. More like 1999. Rust everywhere. Creaked and popped when they were backing up. I am telling anyone that reads this. STAY AWAY FROM NSD. We had another NSD delivery this week from Home Depot and it could not have been better. This time the truck was a newer truck and they came during business hours. The one Spanish guy, The one that had me sign could not have been a nicer guy. The other guy was kind of nasty but no biggie as far as I am concerned. The pallets were wrapped and they were nice to bring one of the pallets into the warehouse. When my warehouse manager asked about bringing the 2nd pallet in, The nasty Spanish guy said something she could not understand and left the pallet outside. Was no big deal either way. She was just asking and did not deserve the attitude she got. I really don't care where they leave the items. We have a forklift and can move them ourselves. But the guys attitude and the way he acted when he could have just said "No. We do not bring pallets into the warehouse" instead of have the tude he did just shows that NSD is still not all the way there. But the other guy was as nice as he could be. Very professional and represented their company like a delivery driver should. The other guy needs to be fired. If one of my people acted like that towards a customer, They would not get a second chance!! Overall NSD was a night and day difference from last years experience!! The company showed up to deliver a queen size mattress with only a driver and no helper. I had to assist the driver in carrying the new mattress from the truck into my 88-year old parents' house. I also had to assist the driver in carrying a defective mattress being returned to the manufacturer from my parents' bedroom out of the house to the delivery truck. Previously, this company delivered a new mattress to my parents' house. My parents had pre-paid JC Penney for their "white glove" service which was supposed to consist of bringing the new mattress into my parents' house and then removing the old mattress. All they did was leave the new mattress in my parents' garage and drive off without taking the old mattress away. We tried for a few days to contact NSD to get them to come pick up the old mattress. My 88-year old parents had to walk around a heavy queen sized mattress tipped on its side against furniture in their bedroom (a dangerous safety hazard) for a few days. My parents (who are on a fixed income) gave up on waiting for NSD to call back to arrange pickup of the old mattress, so paid a junk hauling service $234 to carry off and dispose of the old mattress. Four days later NSD finally called back to try and schedule pickup of the old mattress. When we told them we had already arranged to have the old mattress removed at our own cost, they said to send the $234 invoice to their claims department who would reimburse my parents via a check. I helped my parents send the invoice to NSD's claims department. It's been nearly two months since we sent them the invoice for reimbursement, but they have not yet send my parents their check for $234. This delivery services is terrible and non-responsive. They are difficult to contact and make dishonest statements and promises that they don't honor. I wouldn't recommend NSD for delivery of anything to anybody. read more

I waited around and the day came and went without a delivery. When I went to check the tracking again, it said my order was delivered the day prior AND that it was still out for delivery. This is the 3rd time Home Depot has used them to deliver to me. The first time, I was missing items that just disappeared. The second time they delivered a large vanity and sink without notice, didn't even ring the bell, right in the middle of my driveway. They blocked my car in and I had no way of moving it. There was plenty of space to the side of the driveway, but this is where they dropped it. The third time, my item was never picked up from the producer until a week after my delivery date and after 2 Home Depot contacts. Then then still never updated me as HD said they would and I had to call, over a week after my item was to be delivered. It was just a small fire pit I should have bought at the store. If I could give NSD a zero or negative score I would. This has to be one of the most unprofessional service providers I have ever seen. Assuming you can even get a hold of them - they told NordicTrack a week ago that they delivered my treadmill that cost me several thousand dollars (that was supposed to have the setup service where it is assembled) and they even sent a delivery form with a signature they said was from someone at my delivery dock confirming delivery. I have been to my loading dock multiple times and even visited multiple other buildings loading docks in my area and nothing. The person they said signed for it does not live in my complex or work in my building staff. I can't even find a record of that individual in the Bay Area. I told them even before the delivery my building requires a Certificate of Insurance for the delivery so I need that sent to me before - nothing - no response. I am shocked that any retailer would use this company - 1.5 stars and 1,000+ reviews and some pretty shocking horror stories and many are the same exact theme where furniture, equipment, etc. was not delivered and NSD said it was or just tough luck. Unbelievable. Now I am being told by NordicTrack that I have to file a police report reporting the item was stolen to get my refund back. I am filing the police complaint today and I let NordicTrack know about this so hopefully NSD is shut down soon. I am even emailing executives at NordicTrack - associating with NSD completely damages their brand - I will never buy another product from them based on this. read more
