They've had my TV for over a week. When you talk to customer service they will say they will ask the terminal. When they come back from putting you on a long hold, (probably just muted and sitting around pretending they are doing something) they say the terminal will contact you or they couldn't get ahold of anyone at the terminal. No call backs, no messages, no emails, no communication at all. My home theater project is on hold waiting for the TV that's been 2 hours away for 9 days now. I tell them I can just drive down an pick it up, but they say they can't allow that. This is stupid. My sister in law drove out 1600 miles from California in 2 days, didn't 2 days with us and drove 2 days back. 20 hours of driving 1 way, but this place can't go the final 2 hours or 109 miles. Placed two online orders from Home Depot on 8/13/21. The items were bundled into one box and shipped via NSD, tracking # 21243085. The package arrived to the local terminal on 8/16/21 and had an estimated delivery date of 8/18/21 to 8/20/21. The package has not moved since. Since NSD does not answer the phones, the only way to get in touch is through their live chat which you have to spend 20+ minutes clicking on until it finally goes through and doesn't give you a 404 error. I've contacted NSD 5 times now and they always tell me that "the local terminal will reach out in 24-48 hours to schedule delivery" they never call... I've contacted Home Depot about this 3 times now. Home Depot reaches out to NSD and was told twice "they will reach out in 24-48 hours to schedule delivery." On their last attempt, the NSD rep said he put in an "urgent" request to the terminal and I will hear from someone within a hour. Now over 24 hours later, no call, no update, still no package... Delivery service that was used to deliver my Echelon bike. Some confusion with the actual shipping and delivery date, but they were pretty responsive. Guys that delivered the bike did not have masks on. Pretty concerning in a pandemic. They also put the handlebars on backwards. Most irritating and inconvenient, they took the tools used to put the bike together ; this was a problem because there was a stopper that needed to be removed so the wheel would turn. I have had several items delivered from Home Depot and every time this company amazes me how horrible there service and communication is. They told me there would be a courtesy call and an expected delivery window. I never received the call and the delivery occurred 8 hours outside of the window. We had a mattress and box spring delivered and the old one removed. It took a long time from the time it was ordered until it was delivered. I called for delivery information and got an answering machine. It said texting would result in a quicker response. I sent a text and received a response in a timely manner. The day of the delivery, I received an approximate delivery time and a tracking number. I was able to track it throughout the day and it arrived at the expected time. Luckily I work from home and have the physical ability to help with the lifting, I had to continually tell the deliver guy to stop as he was causing damage to my door casings and my drywall. I would call the number to try to reschedule and wait on hold until they would eventually say they would call back by never would call back. This happened multiple times and could not get in contact with anyone from nsd. I eventually called the company I ordered the treadmill through and they got in contact with nsd. They did try to deliver a few days later but it was damaged and I refused delivery. I had to reorder the treadmill and nsd was going to reship a new one. I confirmed a delivery with nsd between the hours of 4 and 8 pm. They came that day at 9:00 am and luckily I was home. I don't understand why even bother confirming a time if they are just going to deliver whenever they feel like it anyway. I wish it was possible to give negative stars as a rating. My package has been in transit since January 4th as of this review it has been shipping for 15 days. We have had 2 promised delivery appointments. 1 was canceled because they suddenly realized they didn't actually have my item, and the other 1 was a missed appointment where there driver never showed or called. No one is able to locate my package, the driver is unreachable according to the company and they have no real idea when or if my package will arrive. Why does Amazon use this company? Emanuel showed up with 2 large pieces of furniture at 8am for a 10am-2pm delivery time. The 2nd person "called out sick" today and thus Emanuel showed up solo. We paid for delivery to room of choice. Emanuel told us that we didn't purchase "white glove service" and he was only allowed to go up 22 steps per house. 1 piece of furniture is broken at the bottom. Unfortunately this is the worst experience I have had with a white glove service vendor. They never called to set up a delivery date and time amd just showed up. I was not home but my son was. He called amd I came home from a meeting as quickly as possible only to be bum-rushed to sign delivery and set up paperwork for my Nordictrack eliptical machine. No testing the unit no adjustments for my height, no instruction. Turned out to be assembled incorrectly and maladjusted settings made it near impossible to use. When attempting to call the company to discuss I called no fewer than 15 times over one week, only to get caught in a hold/auto hang up cycle. No one ever returned my call and I got the feeling no one was 'there' there. If there was a zero star rating that is what they would get. They told Home Depot it was delivered on June 6, 2022 which it was NOT. Per there own policy they were to call me day before delivering (also DID NOT HAPPEN) They showed up at my house unannounced 6/8/2022 dropped cooler in driveway abt 6' from my garage. I'm giving some stars for the actual delivery team that provided the "white glove service" and assembled the treadmill I ordered from Nordictrac. This company will send you multiple emails saying they will call to schedule a time frame. I just happened to check the tracking email and they conveniently scheduled my time slot WITHOUT calling me. I reached out via chat and phone at least three times to get this scheduled. Twice they scheduled me without my knowledge and when you call they can only offer you a day. Apparently the time slots (very wide time slots) are scheduled by "the computer". So I had to wait again hoping they didn't pick another time I would be unavailable. read more

When we purchased the furniture we were told we'd have it within 48 hours of NSD receiving it. Do yourself a favor and run, not walk, away from this company. We ordered a vanity from Home Depot that arrived with the granite countertop shattered into pieces. No big deal, things happen, right? Wrong. We initiated the return through Home Depot and were told that NSD would be reaching out to us to schedule pickup. NSD could be the worst delivery company. First they called me on Friday telling me they were delivering my treadmill that day (4 days earlier than scheduled to a house I didn't live in yet). I later found out they showed up looking to pickup a treadmill and weren't actually delivering it. They sent a text on Sunday confirming delivery for the following day. On Monday, they called to cancel my delivery and told me they would call to reschedule. No phone call. On Tuesday I tried to call but their message directed me to use their online chat feature for faster service, so I did. After I explained my situation about how they cancelled my delivery and never called to reschedule, "Nada" told me that she sent an email to the local delivery center "with high importance" assuring me that someone would call within 24 hours to schedule a delivery. I told her I needed it delivered by Friday because I hired a technician to install it on Saturday. No call back on Wednesday. So today, Thursday, I get back on the chat feature to figure out what's going on. "Dominique" informs me that the warehouse will do a dock sweep today by 2pm to find my treadmill. I guess they lost it. I come to find out that NSD can't schedule a delivery until a dock sweep is done to find the item so Nada told me a lie because she never ordered a dock sweep to find my treadmill to have someone call me. Now I'm sitting around until 2pm today to see if they call back. Oh and they won't give me a direct phone number to call. Dominique told me the general number has long wait times because of the volume of calls (probably all people trying to get their stuff delivered). So I guess I will get back on the chat feature at 2:01 today because I doubt they will call me. I will update this review and change my rating if I receive better service from them. I ordered a safe through a chain store. Shipping to the front door was free. Shipping to a room of choice (up to two flights of stairs) was an extra $115. The safe was 290 lbs, so I was glad to pay the extra to have it delivered to a room of choice - which in my case was down one flight of stairs in my basement. The chain store hired NSD to provide the "white glove" delivery. Two NSD delivery guys brought the safe to my front door on a dolly and after trying to lift it up said they would need a third guy to get it down the stairs. After calling back to their boss, they told us they would reschedule a time to come back with a third guy and put it in my room of choice. I even got a voicemail from the local NSD office later that afternoon (which to my great regret, I missed) trying to schedule a time for the delivery guys to come back out. The next day I called back to schedule and suddenly they decided that "my stairs were too narrow". Nothing at all was said about the stairs being too narrow before - not by the delivery guys who were present in my home and not on the voicemail from their office asking me to call back to reschedule. They refused to discuss the extra money I paid to have it delivered to my room of choice since it was the chain store that hired them. To the question of whether the safe was too wide for my stairs - it was 20.25" deep and 19" wide. I have normal sized stairs. There is literally no way the safe was too wide for the stairs. Heavy? Yes. Wide? No. I am now out of luck, with a safe sitting next to my front door and NSD gets to keep my money. I will have to pay another 100-150 to have actual movers come out and do the job I already paid NSD to do. This isn't just poor service, it is an outright scam. They realized sometime after they left my house that I have no leverage and no recourse but to leave a bad review if they decided to just say screw it, and wash their hands of completing the service they had been paid for, so that is exactly what they did. If you are considering doing business with them, I can only say they will probably not hesitate to do the same to you. read more
