Was suppose to have all my items delivered today. Delivery driver showed up only had 3 out of the 4 items. Claims they never put it on the truck told us its still at the warehouse but because they are local should be able to deliversoon, then said well maybe next week. Called multiple times, took over two hours to get someone on the phone to be told we have to wait 24-48hrs for them to look into it and search the warehouse for our item but yet they say it's delivered. We have another item coming which said it was delivered to us days ago but never recieved the item. When we called home depot they escalated the issues and now it's sitting in a different state waiting to be transported to us. This is one of the worse experiences we had with having anything delivered to us! read more

Absolutely the worst. The two young guys delivering my treadmill could not handle the delivery. They could barely lift or move the box. They dropped it at my door and got out of here as fast as they could. I'm 51 and moved it into my house alone. I received an email from 1StopBedrooms on 6/1/23 telling me my furniture was delivered to the "white glove delivery service", and I would be contacted within a week to schedule the delivery to my home. I paid extra for delivery into the 1st. room of the house. After a 13.5-hour workday, and stopping elsewhere, I got home at 10:30 p.m. only to find 6 big ass boxes in my driveway. I had to "hump" the smaller boxes (48, 48, and 61 lbs.) into the house alone, and shuffle the 100, 101, and 106 lb. boxes into the garage. We had storms that evening, and anyone with a pickup truck or van could have made off with $2,700 worth of furniture. What the hell kind of company conducts business like this? read more

I specifically ordered a water heater from HD under the assumption that it would be delivered in a reasonable amount of time... but here I am, waiting on a product that's been sitting in an NSD warehouse for over two weeks. Now, as our family is about to go on a vacation and leave the house, I need to worry about A. the new water heater sitting outside in the weather while we're gone and B. my existing water heater flooding my basement. We had a 160lb dresser delivered. There was only ONE person that showed up to make our delivery. He was expected to somehow move a 160lb dresser up a steep mountainside driveway by himself. Luckily my husband was home and was able to help him. The delivery person was very nice and honest. This is the fault of the company. We were given a 4 hour window for delivery and were told we would get a call 30min prior to arrival of the delivery. We did not receive that call so luckily we made arrangements to be home during our 4 hour window. Our dresser arrived with the packaging and dresser itself damaged...which I'm guessing happens frequently if this company is sending one person to move and deliver hundreds of pounds of furniture. Worst customer service. Because of heavy damages from a previous delivery, the sender suggested I take some pics of delivery when the replacement arrives. But, the drivers that dropped off my big package threatened me with lawyers saying that I'm not allowed to take pictures. This company was hired to deliver, install and pick up my old wine refrigerator. They arrived on time, which was appreciated. It was lightly raining so they decided to bring the fridge attached to a pallet on a dolly through my house and made a mess and didn't attempt to clean. They delivered the fridge but claimed they don't pick up or install, so they left without cleaning up from opening and removing the fridge or their wheel marks. I immediately called the manufacturer of the refrigerator and they insist they paid for white glove service. A couple days later I get notified that they didn't pick up the defective fridge because I refused to let them take it. They asked for a review and I wouldn't have bothered until the drivers lied about not picking up the old one. I wouldn't pay these guys to sweep my floor! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid $99 for the "white glove service." This includes delivery, assembly and hauling away all debris. My husband was home to accept the delivery. When I got home the screen was not level and there was a gap in the plastic where the screen stand/bar attaches inside. There was no knob but a handle to move the screen up and down and it is almost impossible to work. Nothing was explained to my husband and after a 15 minute assembly they left with a $20 tip each and the tools that came with the instructions. I had to call ProForm and they are sending a repair tech this week to fix the assembly. I am very unhappy with their service and I am attaching pictures. read more

I contacted NSD concerning my return back to Home Depot. My first return date was for January 23, 2023 for a 10am pickup and no one never showed up. I called Home Depot customer service and they got in contact with someone at NSD and was informed to ask me if I can wait until after 5 and if they do not show up then call back. I had a doctors appointment at 4:30 and could not wait. They asked if I could put the vanity in my driveway just in case they showed up. I informed them the box is too heavy for me to lift and I will not leave it outside just in case they show up. Well, they never showed up. On January 24, 2023. No one showed up to my residence to pick up the vanity. I called Home Depot customer service again and they transferred me to NSD customer service. I was told by the representative that I would have my return/pickup appointment set for January 25, 2023 between the hours or 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. No one never showed up yet to pick up the vanity, nor did I receive a return call. Home Depot later told me NSD truck broke down, but this was still after my pickup timeframe. Again, no one called me to inform that I will not be receiving a pick up. I have called NSD several times and I received no answer. All I got was an automated system informing me someone will call me. I have called Home Depot back and they're unaware that NSD is not picking up my vanity. This is poor customer service. The shipping bill on the box clearly displayed the other customer's name, address and phone number, it was 70 miles away. I called the final mile delivery company, Arnoff Shipping and Storage of Poughkeepsie, NY but they had no interest in addressing their blunder. They refused to address my complaint and told me I'd have to take it up with the company from whom I purchased the product. Since the item was urgently needed I ended up having to pay someone to drive the 140 miles round trip to get my shipment and deliver it properly. The delivery company called left a message and a date they were gonna deliver my $3000 plus bar set. They never spoke to me. I called when I got off work and left a message for them to call me back after working hours tomorrow. They never called me back. They delivered my merchandise while I was not at home. They gave my merchandise to contractors that was at my house. The contractors thinking they were helping me out, placed the bar in my unfinished garage with no doors and no protection from moisture. There were several holes in the boxes and scratches and different places on my bar. My merchandise sat in the garage outside for almost 2 weeks until they could come out again to put it inside my house, which is what I paid for. I am now in a lengthy negotiation with 1StopBedrooms.com trying to get compensation and repairs on my bar. read more

On August 28, NSD delivered a Home Depot package to my house at 11:30 pm WITHOUT any prior notification to set a delivery date/time. The package was left in the pouring rain overnight. My package was not scheduled to get delivered until September 14 - September 24. I never received a phone call, email, or text message regarding this delivery. I received delivery of JcPenney mattress set from this company. I paid $25 JCP for "Haul Away" yet when the two delivery person arrived they refused to provide the service I paid for stating the box spring was "stained". They could not provide any written documentation that they have restrictions on condition of items hauled away. I have not yet been refunded for the service I did not receive. I will pay again for "haul away" service if the staff of this company are not going to "haul away" and get to decide if they are going to provide a service that's already paid for and have NOTHING in writing regarding their policies. I have been waiting on a delivery since August 13th. It's been in the destination city since August 24th. My experience hasn't been the best. I was out of town while the company contacted me to do delivery over weekend, which i agreed. Opened the garage for them so they can assemble the machine. When i come home i see its assembled but all the covers that go on machine for cosmetic beauty were not installed. Box was on ground so I figured ill install those covers. Started working on it and it was missing covers and missing screws. I have the machine but it really looks ugly without those covers. NSD is a horrible delivery service. Don't use them. They delivered toilets I bought from Home Depot. I had no choice on the delivery service, I guess NSD is the service Home Depot uses...they should switch. Anyway, the first delivery they broke one of the three toilets they delivered. Then, when they delivered a replacement toilet a month later, they where supposed to delivery it inside my home but they left it at the curb. Also, they are supposed to call 30 minutes before they deliver. I never got a call. When I realized they left the toilet on the curb, I tried to get them to come back by calling Home Depot and NSD. The men delivering the item had NO GLOVES or anything to clean their hands from the FILTHY packaging when removing the mattress from the plastic wrapping. I ordered a generator after some serious damage from hurricane Helene and myself and my family really needed the generator. The generator was shipped and after couple weeks (shown on the tracking) it showed it arrived at a local NSD depot in Lynchburg VA. Instruction showed NSD would communicate directly to me setting up a delivery date. I waited a week waiting for communication from NSD. When I had not heard anything I checked online and it recommended I contact a company called Hub Group. Long story short I contacted the HUB Group 3 time as that appeared to be the only way to try and get any answers over the past month and half. HUB stated they are unable to contact the local NSD LYNCHBURG VA Depot. So, no support, no calls, no schedule time, no delivery, of a product that is really needed. Anything purchased in future that NSD is required for delivery I will not purchase, it far less time and energy just to find a better delivery system then deal with this type of terrible service. read more

Received a replacement from Amazon after about a week of no response. Then they said they were going to deliver it sometime in January. We told them to cancel the delivery, they said they did. A couple of days later that delivered the package without knocking on the door and placed the 300lb package against our garage.
