Just a follow up on my NSD delivery. I opened the item and icing on the cake, major damage. The item is around 250lbs and it looks like it was dropped from the back of the truck to the ground. It has a metal frame around the item and that was even bent along with about three other issues. I contacted the seller and it's all set up for a return. I specifically asked who was picking it up and it's a different carrier. So what's the chances when the new item gets delivered it will be NSD. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This company has more tan 1 MONTH playing with my package, my time and my energy. I ordered a pool table from Amazon. And its being 1 MONTH LATE and they only reschedule the delivery date. Every time I call it's around 15-20 minutes of holding time. And after that they told me it's not their fault. I don't know why Amazon (a very responsible company) is dealing with this kind of trash companys. i don't have enough words to describe how frustrated I am. Home depot delivers with them. I live in rural Los Angeles. One lane, paved road up a hill. Only 2 houses. They did not call ahead as they say they do. They claimed they came to the house but didn't and went back to depot. After calling many times I was finally told the truck was too big for the road. If it was a big rig, yes. I'm on 7 acres. They told me they were transferring to a smaller truck and was told I didn't have to be home. On the way out I saw the truck at the beginning of my road. Didn't call ahead. Large truck but no issues for any other driver. This driver said he would not go up the hill and was about to go back without delivery. He said it's the same truck. Nonstop Delivery was the company contracted by NordicTrack to deliver my treadmill. There were a lot of issues with my delivery: (1) I was told by a NordicTrack rep that Nonstop Delivery would contact me to schedule a convenient time for delivery within 48 hours of receiving the item. They sent me a text one evening at 6:15pm INFORMING me (not asking me) that they would be arriving between 11am and 3pm the following day, giving me less than 17 hours notice. I tried to schedule for the following Monday but they could not accommodate. I was supposed to be in the office, but had to change my plans so I could be home between 11 and 3. (2) As it was approaching 3pm and I didn't have any communication from the delivery company (I was supposed to get a 30 minutes heads up call), I called Nonstop Delivery to get a status check. They informed me that the deliveries were running 3-4 HOURS late. Why was this not proactively communicated to me? Where was the explanation? If I hadn't called myself, would I have just been left wondering, thinking I'd been ghosted? So at this point, I had to stay at my house all day waiting for them. They eventually showed up at 545pm. (3) The movers came in, dropped off a box, and said goodbye. A few problems - (a) They dropped off the wrong box. I ordered a treadmill and I think what they dropped off was a fridge. (b) I ordered white glove delivery. They just dropped off the box (the wrong box) inside my door. When I told them I ordered a treadmill and white glove delivery, they double checked and told me I was right, but they were not very nice about it and obviously not happy they had to do it. (c) They never gave me the 30 minutes heads up call! I told the dispatcher that with the 3-4 hour LATE delivery time, it was especially important that they give me a 30 minutes heads up. They did not. Luckily I was home. (4) Lastly, the movers left MAJOR marks all over my newly painted walls (see photos), caused by dragging the treadmill box along the wall. So many misses in my experience. I strongly urge NordicTrack to reconsider its partnership with this delivery company. Even though I love my NordicTrack now that it's finally here, I would almost rather buy a different treadmill if it would save me the pain and delays associated with this delivery. read more

This was the most unprofessional and rude shipping company I have ever dealt with. They were extremely difficult to get on the phone. Sat on hold for 17 minutes 3 times...just to have a computer say "we will call you back" and hang up. They "schedule" delivery through text without getting confirmation. I wasn't even in the state. They showed up at my house and said they were leaving the item in the driveway when we had not confirmed a delivery. My husband had to be extremely aggressive with them to ensure they didn't leave the item with us not being able to secure it for another day. The customer support(if you can call it that) barely allowed you talk on the phone and hung up abruptly after each call. They DAMAGED our driveway with the delivery truck. Extremely unprofessional....who even attempts to back an "Enterprise Rental Truck" into an inclined driveway. The box was opened and damaged on 2 different sides. The box was delivered UP SIDE DOWN and left on front porch...UP SIDE DOWN! Clearly marked which side was UP and fragile. See photos. Asked the delivery driver why the box was opened and he just kinda stuttered and walked away. Was very shocked that the item was not largely damaged. Update: We received a call from a supervisor who was able to get our delivery here today before the scheduled time. We really appreciate the quick response and assistance from him BUT our package arrived with damaged pieces. That is the reason why I'm not updating my star review. The price we paid for this gazebo we should have received a product that was not damaged. We have not put it together yet so I hope and pray nothing else is damaged and/or missing parts. As I told the supervisor his company has a lot of issues and they need to be addressed quickly. Our experience was horrible from start to finish. I submitted an RMA with Home Depot to return a damaged patio door. That went fine. Now let's get to NSD. First communication from them was to schedule pickup. I detailed the days I was available and what days I preferred. While away on one of the days I was not available, I get a text saying the pickup has been scheduled for the next day. This is another day I am not available. I respond and tell them I am not available and to please schedule on one of the dates I am available. Next day comes.....I get a call from NSD. It's a driver saying he is at my house to pick up the patio door. Why? I am unavailable. He says this happens all the time and he will let his supervisor know. Since then it has been radio silence. I'm at a loss. I recently purchased a treadmill from NordicTrack and NSD has been tasked to deliver my treadmill. I received my tracking number and scheduled my delivery date for July 30th. My delivery timeframe was 4pm to 8pm. I received an automated phone call that stated the same information. Unfortunately, my treadmill was never delivered. I tried to call (multiple times) to get an update but no one answered the phone or returned my call. I also sent several emails with only auto-replies to check the website. The chat feature on the website doesn't workout at all.  I spent too much money to not receive any information on my delivery order. How hard is it to pick a phone or update a website with updated tracking information. BTW - the tracking still states out for delivery. I did not have the best experience with this delivery process. They have an automated system which makes it challenging to get any live person to assist you. However the delivery team that showed up, i have nothing but good things to say about them. The company no showed once and on the day they finally delivered they did not call me 30 mins away. They said they did but I did not talk to them live. When they did show up it was top notch service. I paid for the white glove delivery and they did an amazing job. This was supposed to be white glove service for a bedroom set. This means they bring everything into the house, unpack it, put everything together and then leave with all the boxes, etc. with them. When they got here, there were two gentlemen, that did not speak good English at all. One of them just asked me to open the garage door so they could put the stuff inside. I told them no it was white glove service, and they had to bring it in the house. I gave them specific instructions where to put dresser in one room and the rest of the furniture in another. They put the dresser in the room with everything else. I had to have them move it. Putting everything together was just OK. Stuff was a little uneven and drawers didn't close correctly. We fix that on our own. to me, this is not white glove at all. read more

I ordered an ProForm Elliptical and paid $99 extra for it to be delivered inside. When they arrived, I was watching as one of the delivery persons DROPPED the box from the truck, which was about 5 feet! There was no mechanism on the truck to lower it to the ground. The box is clearly labeled "Sensitive Electronics" and "Fragile". When I looked at the box inside, it looks like it had been dropped on the other side as well. Then the other delivery person balked about taking it to a rear entryway. I paid $99 and I get attitude for specifying which doorway it goes in. They eventually took it to the door I requested. I haven't unboxed my elliptical yet, but if anything is broken or not working, I would hold NSD responsible. read more

I purchased an item for my master bath remodel. Upon purchase I had to choose a delivery date and time. Due needing a signature upon delivery. The soonest available date was 2 weeks away. I was okay with that after spending close to 1k I figured I was set. After less than a week I receive a text saying the item will be delivered the next day over a week early on a Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm. After being over an hour late I contacted Amazon customer service. They contacted NSD. NSD guaranteed Amazon that the item would be delivered that day by 9 pm. It's Sunday morning I haven't heard a word from NSD. AMAZON contacted them being Sunday they couldn't schedule or give a reason why they didn't show up yesterday other than I would have to wait until Monday to reschedule. They open at 6 am. I do not open at 6am and instructed not to call me prior to 8 am. My next order will state do not use NSD for delivery or I will cancel order and purchase somewhere else. I get covid19 is slowing things down but they contacted me rescheduled the date, didn't show on time guaranteed me a time and still didn't show up. So if negative stars were available I would use them all. Follow up on Monday was able to contact through chat on website. No one knew why my item wasn't delivered on Saturday. Yet they changed the date to Saturday. So no what. I won't be available after 12pm most of the week and I let them know. So customer service and Amazon tells them item must be delivered in the am. About 4 pm I receive an automated call from NSD my item will be delivered tomorrow between 330 and 6pm. So I start pressing buttons so I can talk to someone. I end up on hold for 15 minutes they kick me off saying I will receive a phone call when a representative is available. I am done. I call Amazon again. I don't want the item anymore I will reorder it or purchase somewhere else with special instructions not to use NSD as a delivery company. What a slap in the face tell a company you won't be available and that's the only time they can deliver it it. After the 15 hour window they couldn't meet on Saturday. What a poorly run delivery department. They should be cleaning house there. Hundreds of hard workers looking for work and to have company's reputation ruined by delivery drivers and schedulers. I would be ashamed to be a member of management at that company. Clearly they need a some sort help or a consulting firm to come in and figure out why a shipping company that sets it's own delivery times and schedule can't make it's deliveries on time. read more

I received notification on 12/24/20 that NSD had received a package and would be scheduling delivery of it. I was never contacted. I have made several attempts via phone calls and emails to schedule the delivery of this package, but I have not received a phone call or been able to schedule delivery. After reading many of the Yelp reviews, i was concerned but wanted to give the company a chance. I saw their extra mile email address on the Yelp reviews and decided to try it before making negative comments on yelp or other sites. However, i sent that extra mile emai a message and haven't heard back. Extra mile?! How about going one inch. Horrible company and the worst customer service i have experienced. Delivery of vanity was scheduled for next week then out of the blue arrived today. No call or anything. Guy left it at the door. We brought it inside, opened it and discovered the marble top had a crack in the center from front to back. I suspect that the guy didn't set it down gently and marble is fragile. It's 178 pounds and it was just him and a dolly (saw him leave after my dogs let me know he was here). No idea how he could get it off the truck and at my door by himself with just a dolly. He also left a piece of paper with the tracking number on top that could have easily blown away. It said if there was any damage to note it in the proof of delivery paperwork, which I did not receive. It also said Delivery Requirements for my order included a 30 min courtesy precall, which I did not receive. I called the number on the sheet. Had to enter my tracking number and zip code twice then was placed on hold for ten minutes. Then was given the option for a call back. It's been 45 minutes with no call back. If I had a choice in shipping company I would not have chose this one. Update: apparently they did call the night prior to delivery but my phone marked it as a "Political Call". Delivery men from this company were rude and inconsiderate; just doing the bare minimum. At first, they tried to not even bring the item into my unit, saying I had to do it myself (the thing weighed over 300 pounds). Then, they left behind a lot of trash. I chased them down and asked them to clean up after themselves, to which they said, "Okay, we'll drive around and grab it" and then just took off. Probably the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced from a company. They could care less about customer experience, being polite or considerate, and unethically lie to customers. It took them over a month to ship my order. Then, once that month was over, they pushed the delivery date back an additional 3 days. On that delivery day, I received no phone call, and my package never arrived, citing "undeliverable". Upon investigation, THEY had written the 'B' unit in my address alongside my phone number, which was, of course, on the wrong line. This somehow rendered it undeliverable, despite the address still being correct. Common sense would have easily deduced the problem, or they could have simply called me, which they seem to hate doing. Instead, the package went back to the dock to be rescheduled for a delivery date a week later. It is now 7PM a week later, and still no delivery and no communication. Can't get ahold of customer service either. I ordered on April 18th, and I'm still waiting for my product, which was a birthday present for my husband. I don't write bad reviews. I write GOOD reviews. But no part of this experience has been positive, and I hope Home Depot drops this company before it ruins their reputation. read more
