I'm at a loss on what to say about this company, I don't like giving bad reviews but the experience with NSD shipping is horrible. i Bought a birthday present for my sons few weeks ago, through Amazon. My son really wanted a bigger quad and paid for the difference, he is 10. We had the delivery scheduled for a Monday and I took work off to be availabl for the delivery, I never showed up. I tried reaching out to them on Tuesday, and could not get through. I called Amazon and they were able to talk to them, and got it rescheduled for Wednesday. again no show for the delivery. after talking to Amazon again, I got a call from NSD, they said that they can't find my item in their warehouse. The gal called again later and said it was lost and Amazon was being difficult to get a replacemen. After another day of more of the same, I called Amazon on Friday. They reached out to NSD, and they told the rep they found the item and would deliver it on Saturday. Saturday came, and once again no delivery, and my son is in tears because he wants his gift, and he has anxiously waited by the door each delivery day. Don't even know what to tell him. We tried finding the product locally, to no advail, and the item is now nearly $200 more than what we paid and can't afford to replace it. And I can't get ahold of NSD. This company is horrible, if you order a large item from Amazon, please request NSD is not the delivery company! read more

I ordered a new grill thru Home Depot. With an ETA of June 23. It didn't a arrive. The shipping company NSD had delayed it until the 26th. It had arrived at their local facility on June 21st at noon. The 26th came and went. No calls, no communications. I called Home Depot. No help there. Tracked a website for NSD and used the chat line. I was assured that I would get a scheduled date and time soon. Never happened. Made several other calls to both companies over a 6 day period. Total waste of time. Further update: spent last evening putting the legs on. This morning, a friend came over to help my husband flip the table over. Turns out that it was damaged in transit. Pictures show that the damage to the table align with a hole in the box, which we discovered after seeing the hole in the table. Words cannot convey how upset I am with this delivery company. Update: air hockey table was finally delivered four days after scheduled delivery (I truly believe that was only because I was a squeaky wheel). Never received the courtesy call that was supposed to occur one half hour prior to delivery. This company has a terrible business model, due to really horrible communication deficits. Very poor and disappointing service. No clear contact info posted in delivery communication. Had to call Home Depot's manager for her to look up number in the system. Then, could only leave voicemail to get return call back with no one there to answer phones. Anytime info had to be communicated, they only sent repeated automated messages instead of calling and always gave conflicting information. I requested in advance for items to be rescheduled as I wasn't going to be home and needed to be to inspect for any damage prior to accepting the items, but they were very rude and not accommodating. Two women (forgot their names) were very uncooperative and unhelpful. They don't really care about damage to the items or to your property. I told them I needed to be present to make sure nothing on my property gets damaged and they said just let the delivery personnel damage it and then submit a claim. That's their attitude - go ahead and damage your expensive house with our careless delivery people and then waste your time filing claims to get a lowball amount less than what it costs to repair. I had to cancel appointments just to make it home by the unwavering scheduled delivery time that they so adamantly could not change to any other day whatsoever in the future no matter what. Then, the driver and helper wanted to use dollies to wheel huge boxes through a narrow passage that required the items to just be carried through. The guys agreed to carry the items, luckily, or else a lot of stuff would have been damaged or scraped in the process. Overall, this company makes it difficult, is not easy or friendly to deal with and has created very stringent policies without accommodating customers. Would highly recommend Home Depot, JCPenney, Wayfair, 1Stop Bedroom, Flex a Bed and Octane to find a better carrier to deal with. I am not even sure to start with their list of ineptitudes. Well, I ordered a Jet Lathe through Amazon with a delivery date of June 11, 2021. The item arrived in my state of NC from the literal farthest point away from me, WA in 5 days. The order then sat in their terminal for 5 days before the delivery date. Well, I was lied to, sorry, TOLD the item would be delivered between 9 am-12 am the following day. I had a feeling this was not going to be the case so I chatted with them. They confirmed that it would, in fact, be delivered the following day and the original time. Well... the next day came and I did not trust anything they had told me so I checked their online tracker, and wouldn't you know, it was not even scheduled for delivery. I called them again, which is useless. I chatted with them to find out that it was going to be delivered between 3 pm-6 pm the NEXT day. I will not even be in town to receive the package so I asked amazon to notify them that I will be picking it up in a terminal. They are theoretically "going to call for an address and time for pickup." We will see if this is the case. All in all, avoid this company like the plague. Between their sad excuse for customer service, complete lack of contact methods that result in speaking to someone, and their complete disregard for agreed-upon delivery dates, you would be better off asking the company you are buying from to not use them. If anyone wants to start a petition to ask Amazon and Home Depot to stop using them as a carrier I would love to get on board with that! NSD is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. They never contacted us about our delivery. We called the number the vendor gave us. The person who answered gave us the time of yesterday in a window between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. At 7:45 p.m. our doorbell rang. It was the neighbor telling us we had a palette of boxes in front of our garage. We looked on our Ring camera and saw they pulled up, delivered to our garage door, walked around our driveway a bit, and then drove off. No ring on the doorbell, no phone call. Nothing. If not for the neighbor we would have left it out on the driveway all night. The boxes were strapped together on a pallet, but one of them had come open because there were footprints on it, looking like someone stepped on it to close it back up. Poor communication as never set up delivery. I had to initiate after it sat in area for over a week with several phone calls. The delivery driver never contact 30 min in advance like supposed to and left the boxes in my driveway in the rain. I was home the entire time and saw it when I had another delivery arriving as the driver raced out of the driveway to avoid any communication. The product would have been soaked if I hadn't had the other drivers bring into my garage. I would not recommend using this company for any deliveries. read more

I ordered a new couch-in-box from Bed Bath and Beyond, and they used this company to deliver it for me. I received good communication via text and on the day of, two delivery guys came on by within the delivery window, as scheduled. They were nice enough to leave it outside my unit door for threshold delivery instead of just inside the condo building door, so I wouldn't have to ask a neighbor to help me carry it across the lobby and down the hall. Delivered my Treadmill and the guys that did it where great. Problem was they plugged in the unit and asked me to sign a piece of paper and they ran off. Screen was damaged and I was not given ample time to inspect the unit. There are also some of the trim that is not aligned right. I am at a loss. My baby's crib was ordered. We have received multiple delays for delivery since mid July and my item is at the local terminal per the website tracker for weeks. We have sat on hold only to have an automation say someone will call us back and it disconnected. No one calls. For weeks. Emails are auto replies saying to go to website. The website has no working way to connect with customer service. I have never made a complaint to the better business bureau before but I'm getting close. I need to have this crib before my baby comes and I was assured by the store I purchased from I would have it 2 weeks ago. At this rate I'm genuinely concerned I'm never getting it. Their website talks about great customer service but they obviously don't care at all. If you have staffing issues then at least automate a realistic delivery date instead of leaving us hanging. I received my shipment ahead of schedule, and NSD were really helpful and gracious working with me to schedule the delivery early before I needed to leave town. The two guys that dropped off my boxes were very nice and went above and beyond to take the boxes off the pallet. The entire shipment was plastic wrapped and only had minor wear to be expected on a trip from New Jersey to Arizona. read more

Ordered a vacuum cleaner from Home Depot on 7/14. Nothing crazy, just a cordless Shark vacuum. They stated delivery would occur approximately 7/17 or 7/18. HD hands the ball off to NonStop Delivery for last-mile delivery. Their logistics center received the vacuum on 7/16, today is 7/27 and no movement. This company was sketchy before and a few days late from a prior Home Depot order but wasn't a big deal. This was beyond sketchy considering their logistics warehouse is 30/minutes North of my house. To have the product sit there 11/days without movement is extremely pitiful. Total failure for a last-mile delivery service. Order was cancelled and placed with Amazon instead (will be here tomorrow). Amazon definitely shows up. Home Depot will lose future orders from our household for this snafu. They definitely should have another provider. With 2000/stores and a $350/billion company valuation, they should be their own last-mile delivery service. That would take another week or so, for them to contact us to schedule a pick, so that at that point HD will refund the amount of those pieces. I rarely leave bad reviews, but the service at NSD can be greatly improved. The communication was nearly nonexistent. No one answered the phone when you call customer service and then the call eventually just hangs up. No one answers the chat when you leave a message, and you have to find a third-party to go through just to talk to someone. If a delivery person does reach out to you when they reach your property and missed the call, they will not pick up when you call back even if its immediately after missing the call. After several days of multiple emails, calls, and even having Amazon customer service contact them several times. I finally got my baby bed delivered. The delivery person was very nice and helpful when they arrived which is why I opted for 2 stars instead of one. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company if you have other options. read more

The delivery men made a mistake and drove off with one of my two packages for my dining table (despite the packing slip that stated there were two pieces needing to be delivered, "PCS QTY 1 of 2"). It has been two weeks of constantly trying to contact NSD customer service and find my other package, only to find that the phone number and online chat are completely unmonitored, and they have been unresponsive by email. I read all the different solutions on Yelp today (the several different email addresses that other customers have left) so hopefully one of those works. It is completely unacceptable that NSD wouldn't have immediately realized their mistake, and automatically contacted me to set up another delivery date for the package. Both packages are marked as delivered online, but somewhere in an NSD warehouse there is a huge package just sitting there. It also doesn't make sense that they wouldn't have realized the mistake, being that the large, solid wood table legs are in a huge package (the huge, heavy, cement tabletop came in a wooden crate). At the moment, I am completely out of luck until the legs are delivered, since the table is out of stock. All I'm looking for is for the second package to be found and delivered. For example, "Confirm a delivery today between 4-8pm." What if you can't confirm or need to change the date/time, or if it's not a delivery but an installation? Not an option. You have no way to contact them. I don't know why the person responding to these reviews can't either answer the phone or get someone to fix the IVR. The delivery guys (who didn't install) spoke no English. The link in the text to confirm says "This order is not available for confirmation." Again no call and absolutely no package. Contacted Home Depot was told to contact credit card company to dispute transaction to get money back. Tried contacting NSD Delivery to no avail. My advice to anyone getting anything large delivered ask who is delivering and where it we be delivered to? If it's not being brought to your door don't do it or else you will have a heavy package delivered somewhere ( who knows) that you will then have to move yourself. This is an unprofessional company, no idea why Home Depot uses them for delivery. They never answer the phone, never have anyone on the live chat on their website, nor do they respond to any messages via email or their website. After spending hours on the phone trying to reach NSD, I called Home Depot, who contacted NSD and said the driver had an issue finding the address. That means the driver didn't bother even looking up my address on Google maps nor did he call me, they sent the package back to their distribution center with no delivery attempt or phone call and now I am struggling spending hours on the phone trying to get my packager delivered. I just spend 50 minutes on hold trying to reach an agent, no one answered and then the line was disconnected!!!
