I have been waiting over two months for my shipment from NSD. They do not return calls, they do not respond online. Update 2/18/22: After emailing the ema provided by "Pat L" below, someone from NSD finally replied to my email on Monday at 9:45am. She said she asked the local warehouse to search for the item. After hearing nothing, I emailed again on Tuesday morning. She said that they allow the warehouse 3 days to complete their search. I'm not sure why they needed three extra days after tracking showed they had the item for 5 days already, but I decided to wait and see. 3 days came and went, no response. Today, Friday, I emailed again asking for an update as it has been 4 full days. She provided a vague response that they do not have the item and let Home Depot know. Essentially, they lost it, damaged it, or stole it, and are not going to do anything about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We ordered an expensive bathroom vanity from Home Depot that was to be delivered by NSD last week. A truck showed up while we were outside, so we waited outside. The drivers never got out of the truck to look for the item or to talk with us, and then just drove away! This is all on camera. They have not updated the tracking since Wednesday, and all it says is that an "exception" occurred. No one from this company responds. We have sent several emails, countless phone calls, and failed attempts to use their awful chat service on their website. If you are going to purchase something from Home Depot, call and ask if they use NSD to ship. If you actually want your item, avoid this company like the plague. read more

I came across this company after purchasing a Nordictrack commercial treadmill for my home. They appear to be the company contracted by Nordictrack to deliver and assemble in this area. Their dispatch reached out to me to coordinate a date for delivery. When they arrived to setup, they were quick and they assembled the machine for me. There were a few screws I had to tighten after assembly, but overall, they did a good job. What they need to improve is their scheduling and notification system. They had different dates on their text messages and emails. When trying to talk to a person, I could never get in touch with anyone. But overall, the product was delivered and works well. read more

I appear to have had a similar experience with this company as others did. First off the delivery personnel did not ask if they needed to remove their shoes or already remove themselves or ask/have shoe covers. We had to ask them after the fact. They complied but they had already been inside and after my wife had just cleaned the floors. We could never directly contact this Company and had to go through JCPenney to get any information about Delivery of our item. They were supposed to call before coming and they didn't. They had to assemble the Dining Room Set and every screw needed tightening. There were at least 7 that were extremely loose. One was barely in the hole! We had to clean up after they left. A couple of the chairs were wobbly and we had to try and fix them ourselves. The Delivery personnel should have checked this as part of the Assembly. They cleaned all the boxes but there were still small debris left. NOT what I would call "White Glove" Delivery Service! The Delivery personnel, themselves, were friendly enough but if they had done a few things better, it would have been a more pleasurable experience . read more

Three weeks late and still waiting: the package was ordered through Amazon with NSD as the carrier. Amazon said it was late due to weather in another state and gave me another date. That day came and went. I was then given another bogus date. When it failed to arrive I was told the package was in my hometown but now without a delivery date. Amazon has decided to send me another package, hopefully with another carrier. After reading other reviews on here, I see that many people are having the same problem. Are the packages being lost or are they being stolen? I feel like I've been lied to and involved in a scam. How are they able to track a package, but lose it at the same time? I have never dealt with a more irresponsible company. We had an accidental order for 2 big items from Home Depot, and it was too late to cancel. When NSD called to coordinate delivery we told the driver that "we want to refuse delivery." They showed up anyway, and we told the driver in person "we want to refuse delivery". They left, and returned and delivered our 2 giant items without telling us. Now I have 2 big bathroom vanities sitting in front of my home entrance waiting 8+ weeks for a return. I cannot get through the phone number. They had the wrong phone number on my account (how? they take the data from home depot), we fixed it but then they canceled our return. She told me I will get a call back to schedule the pick up in 48 hours, and I asked her if she was 100 percent sure about that multiple times, she said YES! However, no one call me after 48 hours, when I call the customer service again, no one answered it! These guys are the absolute worst. Across all my Home Depot purchases, I cringe when NSD is the logistics company assigned for delivery. I ordered a frameless glass shower door and when plans changed, needed to exchange it for a different size. Scheduled a pickup return for 12/19. No show. No possible way to contact them. Send an email, no response but the tracking number reschedules for a 12/23 pickup. No show! At this point I have a $1300, 200lb box sitting on my front yard so I end up paying some guys to load it to their truck and do the return in store. Merry Christmas update Wow home depot keeps using this company. Tried to order a pressure cooker that was on sale. First attempt i look at the tracking number and im like oh crap they're using NSD again and of course it never shows by delivery date. Customer service is fake. Contacting NSD by phone or email is a waste of time. They don't answer and have you hold for 15 minutes then hang. My full email response was "Thank you for contacting customer service". That was it. I don't think this is an issue for them because the customer does not get to pick if NSD is used. They are a third party that arranges shipments to carriers and companies such as Amazon use them. They must block contact with final customers, and let Amazon deal with any issues. I don't enjoy this type of review. I'll make it detailed to clarify. Having a treadmill delivered should be exciting, unfortunately this one was a poor one. It started out positively. I receive a call & text confirming a date, which I was not avail. Reaching NSD was easy, The person noted I'd get another call for a different date. He even estimated when I might expect that call. I received a text on Friday to confirm Mon delivery. A simple reply back to confirm & I receive a "thank you" to acknowledge. I also received an email indicating that I would receive a call on Mon morning to narrow the delivery timeframe. The good experience did not last beyond confirming the appointment unfortunately. ISSUE #1: I never received a call on Mon morning to narrow the window. I work in a position where I need to be on conference calls often; Not knowing if I was going to get pulled away was extremely stressful. I did not receive any communication until around 2:30pm. Indicating that a deliver person would be there in 30 minutes. ISSUE #2: Nearly 2 hours later they finally show up. No call, no updates. I ended up calling at about 4:15p and the man indicated he would check on it. As luck would have it, about 2-3 min after I hung up, the driver arrived. I don't have concern that it took longer, I understand that sometimes building these machines doesn't always go quickly. However I am bothered by the lack of communication to keep me informed. ISSUE #3: This delivery company sent 1 person to deliver/assemble this treadmill. This treadmill is extremely large/heavy. Instructions/box indicate 2 persons required. The result - I had to take part in the moving & assembly. Again, this was not ideal for me the be pulled away from work ISSUE #4: The installation person damaged the machine. B/c he was solo, he was trying to balance the heavy handle and thread the wiring (Ithe instructions state to have one person hold while the other wires) While doing the balancing act, he dropped it on the top housing that covers the treadmill belt which put a notable gouge in the plastic. He didn't say anything, I had to go over to see the gouge...he still didn't say anything after I pointed it out. I had to just bring it to the attention of the manager via phone. I have requested the delivery company contact the treadmill Co have the housing replaced. This issue is still unresolved. ISSUE #5: The delivery person tried to throw away a parts. During the clean up, I heard a significant rattle inside of one of the boxes with the trash. I questioned it and got no response, so I picked up the box and looked inside. I found the plastic housing cover for the fan, a large handful of washers, and 1 screw. I had to tell him several times that that was a piece that needed to be installed. At one point he told me it wasn't needed. Of course, that was not acceptable to leave parts off of this very expensive equipment. It took multiple requests before he attempted. He eventually tried to put it on, but didn't bother to read how the wires were supposed to be routed through the tube, so he just crimped the wires with the housing. He only had 1 screw (it required 2) b/c he lost the second one. He didn't bother to look for it - I had to look & was not able to find it in any of the loose packaging. I had to call the delivery manager - he came out 2 days later and had to get screw from the hardware store. I also do not know if the washers were supposed to be put on, there were too many of them to be spares, so I am certain that he just cut the corner at the expense of putting it together properly. After he left, I also located bolts on the machine that were loose hanging out of the holes. Looking over the machine after he left, there was also another missing screw holding in the tablet. ISSUE #6: Extremely unprofessional. He spend the entire time on speakerphone. I expect someone performing work for us to be focused on the job; It is clear that his focus was diverted b/c it was not t assembled properly, missing pieces, skipping washers, & not tightening bolts. He also asked if I had a drill after I told him that the piece he tried to throw away needed to be installed, he had already put his drill in his truck and I guess that he didn't want to be bothered to retrieve it. In addition to all of this, the service person didn't bother to wear a mask while in my home while clearly I wore one the entire time he was in my home. During a pandemic, it should be understood that the service persons was expected to wear a mask while in the home of a customer. ISSUE #7: Debris in the road. When the driver left quite a bit of debris in front of my home. There were several plastic straps, small pieces of wrapping, a 8 inch piece of wood from the palette and some sort of sorting slip. He did take away the box and a majority of the packaging, but certainly did not ensure he cleaned up after himself. Overall, and extremely disappointing & frustrating experience. read more

HORRIBLE!! We bought two loveseats from a company and they used this delivery company for the local delivery. We paid for the "room of choice" delivery which is any room on any floor. For the record, there were 4 options for delivery: 1. Outside Drop Off Scheduled delivery to the outside entrance of your home or building at the ground level. 2. In Home Drop Off Scheduled delivery to the immediate entryway inside your home. 3.Room of Choice Delivery Scheduled delivery to your room of choice on any floor. 4. White Glove Delivery Room of Choice + Full Assembly & Packaging Removal. (The above is copied and pasted directly from the website we bought from. When the guys got here, they told us they would only carry the loveseats to just inside the house, not up the stairs where we needed them. We told them we paid and extra $129 for the "room of choice delivery" because we knew we wouldn't be able to carry them up the stairs. They still refused. I got out my phone and showed them exactly what it says, word-for-word. This went back and forth for about 10 minutes, with the two guys not giving a darn what we said. Finally, one of them got on the phone and called a manager (I assume), but they both spoke in Spanish the entire time so I had no idea what either of them said. NSD was selected to be the final leg in the journey for my new tv. It was rescheduled from my original time for two weeks later without notifying me. Then they missed the delivery window/day without any notification. It has since been 2 more days and NSD has not responded to any of my phone calls, emails, and their online chat errors out without anyone ever joining. Amazon has been unable to get a response as well when reaching out. At this point its hard not to consider the TV to be a lost item and this company to have effectively stolen it. You can not get in touch with anyone there on the phone (even Home Depot was unable to) and their web form & emails go unanswered. It's seldom that I leave reviews but I will when the service has been absolutely horrible. First off this shipping company is very unprofessional and does not stick to the guidelines that they created themselves. I made a purchase (a mattress) on 4/20/23 and my items began its shipping process about 6 days later. This is not the problem because it was already expected on my end. This courier/shipping service contacted me saying that my items will be delivered on 5/4/23, which was also fine because I already knew this was the timeline given by the company. They also stated that someone will contact me 30 min prior upon delivery that day. On 5/4/23 I waited between the hours of 2pm-6pm because that was around the time the delivery guys said they would arrive. Mind you I had to block out my schedule because of this delivery. I waited and no one showed up. I called them the next morning and spoke to a woman named, Carla. She said that the truck had some issues that day, apologized and said they were scheduled to deliver my bed on 5/5/23 between the hours of 2pm-6pm. I understood and waited again to no one showing up. I also blocked out my schedule again 2 days in a row so that I would be available for delivery. To no surprise, no one showed up again. I've been sleeping on the floor now for 2 days now. I was pretty upset at this point and called them only to get no response and the phone going straight to voicemail. The weekend passes and I've been sleeping on the floor going on 4 days straight. At this point I have no idea what is happening because the shipping company would not pick up my call and ignored me. Monday comes and I finally get a call from Carla saying that the delivery guys did show up on 5/5/23 and said I wasn't home so they left. They had my phone number and said specifically that they would call me. Carla was obviously lying to me because I was home all day and night that Friday 5/5/23. I even ordered food for delivery with the worry that I might miss the delivery guys for my bed. She kept insisting that the guys showed up and after a few minutes of back and forth nonsense, she said the delivery guys will be showing up the next day Tuesday 5/9/23. She said "too bad, but the truck is already loaded for that Monday so I would have to wait another day for my shipment. They finally show up on Tuesday and my back and hips are killing me at this point after sleeping on the floor for 5 days in a row. The bed came in tact and was brought into my room. I get an email from the company the next day 5/10/23 to please leave them a positive review for them on Yelp because of their excellent service. The audacity! Well so here I am, leaving them a review although it's not a positive one. In fact to anyone reading this review, I am truly sorry if you are subjected to using this trash ass company for your shipping services but if you have other options, definitely use the alternative. If I had four hands I would give this company, 4 thumbs down. UPDATE and REPLYING: I've been reading some of the other reviews about this company and it's seems like this hack Patrick, who calls himself the manager of this company, replies back with the same generic response to any bad review. Some of these people have some really bad experiences and his same response is, "Please respond back with your tracking number and we will get your delivery in order". Well the product is already here you dummy. What can you possibly do now to accommodate my delivery? Give me back some money that I spent for the product? NSD attempted to contact me on 2/22/22 to schedule delivery, but they used an old phone number I didn't realize was still associated with my HD account. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone or online chat. I've spoken with Home Depot twice and neither of their customer service reps was able to contact NSD. No one responds to the phone. I am frustrated and out of options for communication. Cancelling the order and reordering seems like a waste of time and money for all involved. Terrible customer service. Impossible to actually get in touch with anyone. My delivery was short two full pieces of furniture, no one has contacted me to explain why and what would be done to find and deliver the missing pieces. I tried calling several times but wait on hold until disconnected, emails sent without a return response, and the chat function on their website doesn't work, just sends back error messages. Also, upon delivery I was not offered a copy of the delivery receipt. When I asked for one I was told if I wanted a copy I would need to find a away to copy it myself. Horrible delivery service. When we made our purchase, we were given a delivery estimate of December 3. It is now December 10, and we're still waiting. To make matters worse, NSD's tracking system shows huge gaps, with two and three day periods where our purchases appear to be spending days just sitting somewhere, at one point taking four days to go 15 miles. Sadly, after it made this epic four day journey from Denver to Aurora, it has sat for two more days. If they're going to claim inclement weather, the bad weather only arrived today. I've been waiting on delivery for an item since December 16th. In between that time, my shipment has shown as out for delivery on multiple different days, only for it to never show up. Every time I reached out to customer support they told me the terminal would call me to confirm my delivery, but I've never received a phone call. In light of this, I provided my phone number to NSD reps to request to be contacted. I requested a phone call over ten times, but haven't heard a thing. Every customer service rep I've spoken to says my local terminal doesn't answer their emails or phone calls. How is that acceptable as a business? Why is there no point of escalation? It's now been over one month, and I haven't been told what's going on with my package, where it is, when I can expect to receive it, why it's been showing as "out for delivery" over 4 times, then it never shows up. I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a bathtub through Lowes on December 2, Lowes uses NSD for deliveries. The only reason I ordered this bathtub is because it was supposed to get here by December 9th. I called every week for a month and every week I was told they are trying to locate it and it should be there soon. Finally I had enough and tried to cancel the order through Lowes. As soon as I tried to cancel it the order magically appeared and NSD delivered it 1/19. MORE THAN A MONTH LATER, and guess what just opened the package and it is completely unusable and damaged. I called Lowes for a refund and to return the tub since it's no use to me and they said I have to wait up to 21 days because that's how long it takes NSD to pick it up. 21 days??? The delivery instructions said they would deliver it in the front of my house. I asked if they could wheel it to the back and they said no problem. This is literally the worst company I have dealt with. I ordered a treadmill over a month and a half ago and still have not received it. I have reached out by email and phone over 20 times with no answer or reply. I'm canceling the order with NordicTrack. I can't believe this company is still in business.
