I always use Almas...she is very nice and welcoming. I stopped here today and although Almas was not around, I thought the other people here would do a good job. Well that was not the case....there were two women and none of them bothered to welcome me, I actually thought they were clients so I went to sit down. The younger one told me to sit down and started ripping my eyebrows off! At the same time she was on the phone!!! While on the job!!! How rude and unprofessional. I asked her to be gentle as the pain was too much and she continued to roll her eyes and said I have a lot of hair.....ummm yes I have a lot of hair....so what! Do your damn job and get off the phone in the first place!! If you did not want to take good care of clients today you should have stayed home . I am giving this place a 1 star just because of the rude person I found today....otherwise this is a pretty good place. Lesson of this review: if you find this young lady with headphones on, do yourself a favor and don't sit on that chair...make a u-turn and walk out! read more

Everyone says eyebrows frame your face but I think well-styled brows can even make you look younger. Who needs Botox when you've got a great threading expert. Simple clean salon with friendly service. Basic eyebrow threading is $10 and they filled it my brows with some powder afterwards. Mojgan was very nice, listening to how I prefer my brows and taking her time to make sure they were as I wanted. This was my go to spot for over a year now! I come in and see Stephanie about every other week. She is the best. Always so sweet and accommodating! I almost always have an excellent experience. And the results are pretty consistent. However after today I will not be returning. Nor will I be recommending anyone else to this location. I showed up 15 minutes before they were to close on a Sunday. Online it clearly states that they're open till 5 PM. I walked in and the lady who normally has her kids with her, front desk. She very rudely told me that they were closed. As I explained to her that there was still 15 minutes left. She said that her ride was there and she has kids so she couldn't stay to help me. I was the only customer in the store. And as a regular customer I know that it only takes a few moments for an eyebrow thread. I could've been done before 5 o'clock. Yet she was unwilling to help me! I told her that I would not be back and I would be reaching out to ownership. I have ran several businesses and know how extremely unprofessional it is too close early with the front door wide open while on your cell phone and then tell the customer that you have to go because your ride is there. Maybe you should tell your ride to show up after 5 o'clock. Thanks for the great experience for the past year but I will not be back. read more
