Nowak is an outstanding Gem of a restaurant with Michelin Star quality cuisine, soothing atmosphere and amazing staff service. We are greeted like family as we enter into this amazing restaurant. Our favorite server Ian knows all the intricate details of the dishes and makes the best recommendations among the many fabulous options. The best appetizer is the Lobster with the white wine cream sauce ( this appetizer will blow your mind with flavor and the sauce is something very unusual and special). All of The entrees are delicious. As always- the spaghetti is a must-have option but everything on the menu is fantastic. However Today's chef feature was oh so delicious. The garlic butter fried chicken was a hit along with delicious garlic butter potatoes. This was the best chicken that i have ever had in my life. So crispy so tender so juicy and oh so flavorful. This chicken was a sophisticated cuisine with a comfort food flare. I would have included a photo but i ate it up too fast. Lol As always the meal ended with My heaven on earth dessert of the Lemond Ice Box Pie. This pie is oh so delicious that it makes an appearance in my dreams several nights a week and has me constantly craving for it. Not only did i have a slice of the lemon pie for dessert but i also purchased an entire pie to take home to serve for memorial weekend guests. This pie is simply the best of the best. Its my favorite. If my house was on fire - i would go back into the flames to rescue this pie. (Love it love it love it). Bon appetite my friends

Great food, great service, cool atmosphere. Food comes pretty quickly. Probably the best steak joint in Sandy Springs.

We came here for our annual twins birthday dinner and I was very impressed. Nowak's is tucked away in a strip mall and although it's not an ideal location, the interior and food make up for it. Food was delicious and service was great and informative about their specials and what their favorites. I now have to take my girlfriend back since she saw all the pics I posted on my IG story.

We ended up at this location due to the Morningside location being closed for the Fourth of July holiday. It's located in a shopping center in Sandy Springs. We had a party of 6 to celebrate a birthday and were seated promptly upon arrival. My drink of choice was a sidecar. It was delectable! I'm still dreaming of the Nowak's shrimp appetizer. It's made in the New Orleans bbq shrimp style and it's amazing. My filet was cooked perfectly. Their truffle fries are really good as well. The service was great throughout the evening and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great food and service. French onion soup and Porterhouse steak were delicious. Will definitely be back. Don't be turned off by the odd location.

Filet, corn, brussel sprouts.

Excellent service and amazing food. Desserts are homemade! Owner and staff were over the top taking care of our service!

Delicious Branzino and grilled asparagus (added lemon to both)

This is my second time here and both times have been so good. We came as a party of 3 and left so happy and full. I love Mexican food holy moly We got the queso and octopus shrimp ceviche as starters. The queso was 3 cheeses: American, cotija, and Oaxacan. They heated it up under a salamander so it was nice and crispy on top, while being gooey all throughout. Also came with a couple of nice salsas. The ceviche was not my favorite because I don't prefer raw(ish) octopus, but the squid ink sauce was very flavorful. For our mains the 3 of us shared the red snapper, tuetano with lamb, and the mixteco poblano pepper. Red snapper had a nice charred smoky flavor from being grilled. Was more meaty than flaky in texture. It was our second time getting the mixteco poblano pepper and it hits. Highly recommend eating with some of the salsa as well if you get queso. The duck carnitas in it wasn't particularly duck-y today, but still very good. Best dish is definitely the tuetano. The bone marrow is so incredibly flavorful with the blue corn tortillas. Add some of the pickled onions and it's hard to go wrong with that flavor combo of salt, fat, and acid. if you're going to order one thing, I'd order this and share with a friend and tbh it's enough to be filling. For dessert we got the volcan de chocolate (basically lava cake). The lava cake and coconut ice cream combo is fantastic. You get bits of coconut flakes as you eat! Fair warning it isn't the brownie texture you may be used to, it's a bit more cakey. Amazing service the whole night! Almost got our cars booted because we forgot to validate until 1.5 hours in but luckily we were fine. The staff let us know they have been booting cars though so be wary!

We kicked things off with a couple of incredible Mezcal cocktails that were perfectly balanced and full of flavor. For lunch, we ordered the ribeye tacos and the chicken with mole sauce, and both dishes were outstanding. The ribeye tacos were tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, while the mole sauce on the chicken was rich, authentic, and unforgettable. A huge shout-out to our server, Oscar, who made the entire experience even better. He was attentive, personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided the kind of service that keeps you coming back. The ambiance deserves just as much praise. The music, décor, and overall atmosphere created a sophisticated, grown-and-sexy vibe that made it perfect for a relaxed date lunch. It's one of those places where you can enjoy amazing food, great cocktails, and simply take your time. Casi Cielo has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorite restaurants. We can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Highly recommend!

My all time favorite meal in the Atlanta area is chefs shanghai lobster with an awesome curry sauce served with uniquely fried spinach and sticky rice. No place in the region has this speciality delight. This meal is one that you think about on your way there and dream about how delicious it was afterwards The best appetizers i have tried so far include The wagu dumplings which are super must have; the delicious lobster bites; and the awesome spinach salad. You cannot leave this 5 star - fine establishment until you end your fabulous meal with the homemade sorbet. The flavors change often but the blood orange is my favorite. Anyway, it was yet another excellent experience last week, this time in the Sandy Springs area. Made a reservation but ended up sitting at the bar. Not that anything was wrong - it's just that the bar opens earlier than the restaurant so I went in for an adult beverage or ten and ended up just staying, eating and drinking there. There are two TV's so if you wanted to watch something ... Seats at the bar and a few tables too but not really set up for large groups. Unless you just want to stand around. Almost forgot to mention parking. There's valet but I just parked in the plaza's lot - not that I was trying to avoid tipping the valet, I just happened to pull in and spaces were available. It wasn't like that when I left. The line of cars waiting for valet was backed up a few. Sitting at the bar, it was excellent service. The drinks were straight and neat and went well with dinner. See pics. Grabbed the Lobster Bisque, the Prime Ribeye, Grilled Asparagus, Aged Balsamic and had to have dessert - Peach Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream. Steak prepared as requested - RARE. I would have liked the Asparagus to be grilled just a little more and I should have grabbed me a dessert wine to go with dessert but that was on me. Was there during the week and it was hopping. Be sure to make reservations or try your luck at the bar. Me, I got there before the restaurant opened so everything was golden from beginning to end.

We were a little concerned with the potential for heat given it was late June, but we were very comfortable with the river and fans for cooling as well as our umbrella for shade. We both ordered steaks and the came out perfect! Our server made exceptional recommendations (which we happily followed) and overall our experience was second to none. For both our steaks, they were cooked to perfection and the flavor can't be matched. I neglected to get photos, but I HIGHLY recommend getting the rolls. Not only are they super buttery and have honey butter on the side, but the flake salt on top adds that special little something that puts them over the top. First of all, the parking situation was abysmal if you wanted to self-park. The lot fills up quickly and it isn't clear which spots are reserved for valet or open to the public. After driving around for 15 minutes, I decided to order take out instead. It would have been nice to know if there had been an overflow parking lot. The food itself was decent, but nothing spectacular. I had the cowboy steak, the calamari, and the lobster Mac and cheese. The steak was prepared well with the perfect doneness, but was missing some more salt. The calamari was mediocre with the batter being more mushy than crispy, even when eaten fresh. The lobster Mac and cheese was unfortunately not great either. The lobster was cooked well, but the portion size was small compared to the cost. The shells were not cooked al dente, but more on the overcooked side. Pros: Staff and servers were friendly. Cons: Limited parking space. Very expensive for the meager portion size. Flavor isn't quite up to par with what I've had at other steakhouses.
