It's been a rough move for me, but fortunately I found a nice place to stay at with my friend. Unfortunately, our water heater broke shortly after I moved in. I looked at a lot of other plumbers, but went with NOW, and couldn't be happier. Kevin was efficient quick to get us a quote and great price options, and showed up on time for our appointment! He was very courteous, professional, and well mannered. He did an awesome job! I would recommend using this company before any others. We have many locations and I will be referring them! Thank you for great service today!!! read more

I want to write this reviewing after speaking with Zane on the phone today. I called Zane with an urgent question about my water heater and he picked up right away. He was helpful, honest, and gave me the answer I needed about replacing my water heater. I could tell he was the type of person who wouldn't lie to you to make a quick dollar. Next time you need a water heater, give NOW! a call and ask to speak to Zane! read more

Hats off to Kevin for providing top class service and information! Our heater's ignition went off for the first time and we didn't know the path forward. He helped us order the part we needed and saved us money too. As soon as we had the part, he came in same day and finished the job in no time! Not only that, he also tested the pipeline and gave us some helpful tips. Highly recommended! read more

I recently had an issue with the water heater at my home but luckily came across this business on Yelp. I called NOW! Water Heaters to get some info / request a quote, and they were actually able to help me figure out what was wrong quickly over the phone. The plumber I spoke to walked me through how to relight the light on my water heater (without any charge!) and without trying to tell me I needed a new heater or sell me anything. I'm super appreciative of the help I received and now I know where I'll be going when I do need a new water heater or if I have any other issues come up! read more

Woke up this morning to a flooded kitchen, not a great way to start my weekend. This is my first time experiencing a broken water heater I was so worried it was going to be a whole dramatic issue but it wasn't, I called and Tina assured me they could fix it without a hitch. They were out to my house by noon and I'm getting a new water heater tomorrow before noon. Seems too good to be true but it's happening. Top notch service thank you!! read more

For me, heated water is something I take for granted so right when it goes out, it's like all hell breaks loose. Thankfully Now! was able to help very quickly! If you need a water heater replaced, look no further! The people working at Now! are super professional, respond quickly, communicate really well, and overall do a really good job. Just over the phone, they were able to assess the situation, talk about options, give quotes, and set up times! I definitely recommend them! read more

So glad I found these guys! They were able to help me out and schedule me in on the same day. The price was a little expensive for me, but they were the only ones that could come over on the same day to fix my water heater issue so I can't complain. Overall: Service was great! Everything went smoothly :) I'm not great with names, but the guy who came was really nice and I'm so glad he didn't push me to purchase extra services. read more

Best service and installation was immediately available to meet our disaster. Not having heated water in this household of 10 wreaked havoc on everyone. Thank you for your attention to get it done without a flaw. It could not have been done at a more reasonable pricing without your advice to improve the heater suggested by another company. We appreciate every dollar. I give two thumbs up!!! read more

I was shopping around for a new water heater and when I called NOW! Water Heaters and they were willing to come out super early in the morning so I wouldn't have to miss work. I was so excited cause I wasn't able to find anyone to come out at the time that was convenient for me. So after I called in they said they would have a technician call me back to officially set up the appointment. Just 10 minutes later the technician called, set up the appointment, gave me a price over the phone and even gave me more of his personal information like name, personal number, etc. He did the installation for me and I was very satisfied with the installation, price and professionalism. If you are looking for rapid service and great customer service, I would recommend. read more

These guys did great! I have an electric water heater in a pretty tight closet (Condos in this area, am i right? sheesh) and it wasn't putting out as much hot water as I thought it would - water went cold fast. Charlie came over found the issue was that one of the heating elements went bad. Even with the heater being in such a cramped space Charlie was able to replace the heating element (instead of having to buy a whole new water heater) and now I can soak in a HOT Epsom salt bath after a long ride instead of a tepid one. Oh yeah, no mess either! read more

These guys are life savers. I was visiting my parents for the upcoming holidays when their water heater broke. They had it broken for 2 days when I got there and they had no idea what to do. It was an old water heater that needed some parts replaced. Luckily I found NOW! Water Heaters and asked them for a quote. They got back to me right away and the person I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and professional. I called late at night and we were still able to get Charlie out to help us the next morning and took great care of us. He took the time to talk us through the issues we were having and fixed it right up. The service, communication, and pricing was just great and I highly recommend them if you ever have any troubles with your water heater. I can't thank them enough! read more

After calling these guys I knew I wanted to work with them. They gave such great service over the phone I knew they would do a good job. The lady who helped me over the phone, and Kevin who did the replacement for me were both super friendly. It wasn't an easy job and it took some time to get the hot water heater installed but they got it done and it looks great! A lot better than before. But more importantly, it works a lot better now too. I'm really impressed with how knowledgeable they were. Highly recommend these guys and they're great service. read more

This company really came through in a pinch. Had a bit of an emergency and these guys were right there with exactly what I needed. Professional service, quality work, and fast response time--plus a fair price. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future! read more

Our water heater gave out on us recently, after calling around for a few quotes, I was finally content when I called Now! Water heaters! They had the best quote and customer service experience! The receptionist was super kind as well! Kevin guided me through a few tactics to try to get my water heater running but after a few failed attempts they came out and fixed it right away! They were so prompt, efficient and detailed! I would definitely recommend Now! Water Heaters ! read more

Our fairly new hot water heater shut off recently which was very unexpected (of course when the in-laws were staying over). Trevor was our knight in shining armor. He provided us with an affordable quote on the spot, he was on time and quick with repairs, he was extremely professional, straight forward with all of my questions, and polite/patient with my father-in-laws. If you're looking for high-quality service at an affordable price look no further than NOW! Water Heaters. We'll definitely be using them again the next time we have any issues and will be referring all of our family and friends to them! read more

Where do I start?! I have an old home in East San Jose and the water went cold through the house one morning. Found Now! on yelp and contacted them. Trevor and his guys did an amazing job of installing the new Water Heater. Trevor answered all my questions and kept me informed when they would need to change things around to get the project completed. The crew was super friendly and left no mess behind on the big job. Great company and great people!! read more

I called about 7 different water heater companies and most of them seemed to give me a quote before even asking me what was wrong with it! I called this place and Kevin made me feel comfortable by asking me questions and giving me an estimate of how much it was going to cost. They came the same day and fixed my heater for a very reasonable price! This is what I call world class service. read more

I've used them twice now and they've remain awesome! The first time was when I needed to get my water heater repaired. This was about a year and a half ago. I knew that when it came to finally replace my water heater I would use them again. They installed a tankless water heater for me over the weekend. They got me in quick since I was out of hot water and had a son. It was really nice. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. It's expensive to get a new water heater so I'm glad I went with people I could trust. They are the best! I will use them from now on for all my water heater issues. read more

While I was initially concerned because they wouldn't provide an estimate over the phone like other plumbing companies, they offered a free visit to assess and give an estimate. Zane arrived on time and helped sort through several different options, ultimately suggesting the approach of putting two water heaters in parallel service to supply the entire home. He outlined the pros/cons and costs with each option, and didn't pressure us for any particular choice. His estimate visit was Monday afternoon and he returned Tuesday morning to install my new water heater. He was prompt, called when he was on the way, protected carpets and other areas of our home during the work, and was very professional. The water heater was installed on time and at the quoted price. So far there have been no issues with the work. read more

These guys really deserve an "A" in costumer service. A couple days ago I woke up just to find out my heater was broken. Since I take showers every morning it was a big deal for me so I gave them a call. The lady who answered my call asked me a couple questions about my heater but I didn't have any idea about where to find that information. She kindly guided me through all the labels and I was able to provide her with the information. She offered to fix it in 2 days but I couldn't wait that long so I requested an earlier appointment in case they got a cancellation. A couple hours later I got another call from her letting me know one of the technicians was on my area and he was willing to stop by my place. I couldn't be happier, especially when I found out he was working overtime just to fix my heater that same day. I couldn't be happier with them. For me this company was a lifesaver and the price seems reasonable to me. I would call them again for sure if I ever need help with my heater on the future read more

Our old water heater progressively took longer to heat after periods of high water demand. We've had other plumbers come in and suggest acid treatment, but when it also sprung a leak, I knew it was time to change. I spoke to Trevor over the phone about replacement options, spoke to him about my previous heating problems. We have a large household, so I wanted a larger tank, which was more money, and would have required some alterations to the floor. He succinctly explained the heating costs associated with larger tanks, and heating savings when replacing to tankless, even though they're 1.5x the cost of the tanked heaters. Where I live the heating gas is cheaper than electricity, but the extra up front costs still pay off within a short time, especially with my large household water demand. And never worrying about hot water problems has been fantastic. The drilling and brazing was done professionally, they plumbed the water and gas lines outside, and attached the heater to the wall under the roof. Very satisfied. A worry free experience overall read more

I called early this morning a little before 10 to set up an appointment to have a plumber come out and replace our broken hot water heater. I waited only 2 hours for the plumber to show up! Charlie installed the new water heater and went over the work he did and the warranty information. Great stuff! One of the nicest guys I've met in the service industry! I got that hot water now! ;) read more

NOW! water heaters saved my life! My water heater broke; no idea what happened, it just stopped making hot water. I left a message with Yelp late last night (after 10pm), and they got back to me within 20 minutes and set up a time for this morning. Less than 24 hours after my initial message and problem solved!! Everything is perfect and it didn't cost me a ton of money! Kevin is the bomb...so lucky to have found these guys!!! Use them if you find yourself in dire straights, like me. You won't regret it...count on that!! read more

They were great. They came the day after I called and installed a brand new, high end, water heater. My wife, who has a general phobia of contractors, said they were polite, cleaned up and were prompt with everything. We've used numerous plumbers in the past and nobody has compared to the level of service we got from them. read more

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I started my weekend with a cold shower and a hot water heater that stopped working. It took the plumber less then 5 minutes and my water heater was working again. Since it was such a quick fix they didn't even charge me. read more

Called in and expected to be put on a waiting list since the other places I called had a waitlist. These guys actually had availability that same day and keep in mind I called in the late afternoon too. Their receptionist was sweet and put my job as a priority since there was no hot water coming out anymore. Their employees that did the work were awesome. They worked hard and had really nice manners. My husband even mentioned to me that they did a great job and that he was impressed as well. For getting an entire water heater installed we were amazed of how quick the job was done. You can tell the two guys that came out are partners and have done this quite a bit. We really appreciate having hot water the same night as calling in! Thanks NOW! Water Heaters. read more

Called Now! water Heaters on Saturday afternoon and left a message about needing a replacement and the size of heater we wanted. Less than ten minutes later we were called back and scheduling up the appointment. They needed to do it early the next day on Sunday to fit us in, but with a weeks worth of laundry needing to be done, we were happy to be the early customers of the day. John arrived about ten minutes early and when we opened the garage door to give him access to the water heater location, we saw he had unloaded the replacement heater, a ladder and his tools. He got right to work and installed a new heater in about an hour and a half. He walked us through the details of our new heater and we paid him and it was done! We would recommend this company without reservation as they were prompt to respond to us, came on time, hauled away the old heater for disposal, and left us happy with our new efficient water heater. read more

NOW! ! was the only company that I could get to give us a reasonable price on short notice. Trevor knew exactly what I needed when I told him the type of tankless water heater we had, and was kind enough to come and help us out without adding a huge charge for an emergency situation. Lucky for us, they had the required water heater quickly available, put it on their truck and showed up in no time. The job took quite a while to complete and their technician was at our house well into the evening, and I couldn't appreciate him more. It's nice to see a company willing to help their customers and make them them happy instead of charging an arm and a leg when they know they have someone over a barrel. I would use them again without hesitation. read more

My wife let me know that there wasn't any hot water coming out of the shower one morning. I told her to make sure everything looked okay around the water heater. When she looked in our garage there was a puddle of water and it was leaking quite a bit. We called NOW! Water Heaters and they took care of us. They had Trevor come take a look. He let us know that we needed a new water heater and he could come back in a few hours after his last appointment to install it. Trevor was friendly and got the job done fast, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a new water heater in. read more

I live in a house with nine other roommates and when our water heater went it out it was important to get it fixed ASAP! I called them on a Tuesday afternoon and they came out on Wednesday and replaced our water heater. Had some issues and misunderstandings with original install but the owner Zane made everything right at the end of the day. I was anxious to get hot water so they were the first and only plumbing company I called in regards to having my water heater replaced. I have an older home, so things can get tricky, I should have taken a bit more time to get the full scope of the job for sure. Thank you Zane and Trevor for your professionalism! I appreciate you getting my new water heater installed with a few minor tweeks that were taken care of immediately. read more

When i realized our water heater wasn't working I called RNWH. Scheduled an estimate when they arrived their technician Trevor identified the issue and as luck would have it had the parts to repair it. All in all it took him a couple of hours to get things fixed up and in proper order. He gave us a guarantee for the work and we thanked him. Great customer service and dependable with great rates. read more
