The guys always unblocked the area and threw all of our cloths on the floor, instead of simply stepping out into the hallway and taking the 2 steps thru the bathroom door. I confronted them about the truly revolting state of the bathroom after they had used it, but they just stood there pretending to not speak English. It is unspeakable here how disrespectful they were towards our property. There were soiled towels and blankets from the initial leakage, and they guys simply shoved them in the nearest closet on top of all of our clean clothing. I called Alpha at the recommendation of my Auto mechanic shop. It was earlier in the day so I didn't hear from them for a few hours. Right away he knew what to look for and said he would make it tonight and I jokingly said "we're up until midnight"... Well sometimes after 7: 00 pm I got a text saying they are on their way. Despite this he came all the way down to Branford at 9 PM just so we could be operational. Our motor was blown and he replaced it with a shiny new one right away. He could have not answered since it was end of day and he could have scheduled me after he returned or referred me to someone else but he didn't. He was responsive and upon meeting him, you could tell he cared. He also was very reasonably priced (and given the circumstance I fully anticipated it was going to cost me an arm and a leg)!
