It's very simple, just go with Now & Forever Love. We first talked to Helen and right away I was so comfortable talking to her. She set us up with Erica and the rest is history. Her communication was amazing and she was so helpful and trustworthy with any task. She thought of things I would never have imagined. She made our wedding perfect (and I do mean perfect). Both my husband and I are not planners or decision makers or organized. AND OUR WEDDING WAS PERFECT. Why? Because of our wedding planners. We started with the 3 month package and upgraded to the planning package. Worth every penny. read more

We got married last October and Corinth was our incredible day-of coordinator. I knew I didn't want to spend the day worrying about logistics, and having someone with her expertise was absolutely the right choice. From the moment we reached out to N&FL to the actual wedding day, the entire timeline was under three months (I know...crazy!). Despite the quick turnaround, Corinth made sure everything came together seamlessly. In the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, she kept everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. What really stood out was how proactive she was. Since our venue was a space she hadn't worked in before, Corinth actually visited ahead of time to familiarize herself with it, figure out the best locations for vendor setups, and ask thoughtful questions we hadn't even considered. That level of care and preparation made a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind. Because of Corinth and her calm, positive energy, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a single thing. If you want someone who will hype you up, keep everything running smoothly, and make your wedding day feel easy and fun, Corinth is your person. We're so grateful she was part of our big day! read more

My husband and I absolutely LOVED working with Kaitlin from Now & Forever Love. We recently got married in September and have been in communication with her since last December/January. From the very beginning, Kaitlin set the tone with monthly check-ins, and as the wedding drew closer, she increased communication to every couple of weeks. Her consistency, organization, and reassurance kept us on track and prevented us from falling behind on important tasks. Even though we only booked the "Love" package/month-of coordination, Kaitlin went above and beyond. She was always happy to provide vendor recommendations, guidance on tricky wedding decisions, and support whenever we needed it. She created a detailed timeline, helped us with rehearsal, and handled all communication with our vendors leading up to and on the big day--ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Thanks to her, we hardly felt stressed or overwhelmed!! On our wedding day, Kaitlin and her assistant Jazmin worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Because of them, my husband and I were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment. When a couple of minor hiccups popped up due to the venue running behind, they pivoted effortlessly and kept us informed--so smoothly that we hardly even noticed there was an issue! We can't recommend Now & Forever Love highly enough. Kaitlin's professionalism, organization, and calming presence made our day more perfect than we ever imagined. If you're on the fence about booking, do yourself (and your fiancee) a favor and say YES--you won't regret it! read more

We first connected with Lisa. She was so helpful and kind on the phone, but sadly she was unavailable on our wedding date. We were then introduced to and got on another call with Helen & Kaitlin. We spoke with now 3 different coordinators from Now & Forever Love team, and we genuinely enjoyed talking with each one of them and decided we would not regret choosing Now & Forever Love (and here's the spoiler: we didn't). Kaitlin was our lead coordinator, and we really can't thank her enough! We absolutely loved working with her from beginning to end. She always answered our questions professionally with a pleasant smile and much patience, helping us feel calm but also excited for the wedding day. She helped us keep on track and pushed us forward so elegantly. We especially can't imagine what it would've been like without her on our wedding day. She took care of everything flawlessly, and all we had to do was just relax, see how the day unfolded, and enjoy our time together and with our guests. We also received great feedback from our family & wedding party about how remarkable she was at her job. Thanks Kaitlin for your help in making our dream day come true! Alongside Kaitlin, Helen helped us print our wedding day signs and programs. The last month leading up to the wedding day was ROUGH (especially the last 2 weeks)! We were overly optimistic about doing the signs and programs by ourselves, and we were in deep trouble. Helen literally saved us. She helped guide us in the right direction with our designs and delivered everything the way we had envisioned. Thanks Helen for your sleepless nights, testing prints, printing/folding paper & tying ribbons whilst taking care of your other weddings! Overall - we had such a great, positive experience with Now & Forever Love. We will 100% recommend them to all our friends and we are so excited to follow and admire their future work. read more

My wife and I got married in early July of this year and it was only remotely possible thanks to Now and Forever! We're so glad we booked them for coordinating our wedding. We paid for a 3 month coordinating service and were assigned Kaitlin as our coordinator. She was incredibly detailed and punctual and really took a load off of our shoulders. We immediately felt so much more confident in having the wedding of our dreams after our first interview with Kaitlin. She asked us everything she needed to know to help structure our wedding day and make sure we don't miss any key details. She helped us organize our vendors, procure items, meet deadlines, and so much more. She helped us organize a rehearsal, created a detailed schedule and timeline of our set up, wedding ceremony, and reception and it all went off without a hitch. Kaitlin and her team were on site at our wedding, making sure we got to have every moment we wanted. It was all we could ask for and more. If you're looking for a coordinator, I strongly recommend Now and Forever! Ask for Kaitlin! read more

We found Now & Forever Love from tags of our friends instagram posts as we were looking for day of coordination services. We were actually speaking to 2 other vendors to see which one fit us best. All 3 vendors all provided the same services so we decided to go with Now & Forever Love because they offered team of 3 people (1 lead and 2 assistants) for a slightly lesser price. Initially, we spoke with Helen and she mentioned she would be on maternity leave and that Kaitlin would handle our wedding as a new lead. Even though Kaitlin was a "new lead", she handled our wedding very professionally and experienced! Even though they were doing day of coordination, they offered their services months in advance with monthly check ins and availability if we had any concerns or questions. They also had great vendors recommendations as well. We booked our videographer (boybrooklyn) through them as he was the only one that we loved that had our style. Our first choice of DJ was also recommended through them but we were unable to book as they were already booked for our date. Kaitlin was always available for us if we needed her. She also attended our rehearsal and made sure that we had everything according to her checklist. She was very on top of all the little details that even we didn't knew existed. She also took over as point of contact for our vendors, which was a big help and I didn't even noticed they stopped contacting me lol. On the day of, she made sure we stuck to the schedule and wasn't afraid to direct and lead. She also ensured all the million small things went according our way. We also ended up having a boba hour and one of her assistants were able to pick it up before the ceremony to make sure that it was set up during cocktail hour, which was a big help! Another assistant also remembered my mom's locket that I left on my bouquet and made sure I got it back before the bouquet toss. One thing I really appreciated was that she was able to save me some ice cream (from our ice cream cart), boba and tacos from our late night snack! I wasn't able to eat much that day because I wasn't hungry, and I super appreciate her saving it for me because I would have 100% regretted not being able to eat these goodies during my wedding day. I also didn't ask her to save me anything so I really love how she was proactive in doing these things for me! The next day, a lot of my friends and family complimented her services and told me she really killed it! She also got me some great pictures and videos from the day of which I will be posting! If you guys are looking for a day of coordinator, I highly recommend Kaitlin. read more

If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, then look no further! I have so many wonderful things to say about Lisa (lead coordinator) and Kaitlin (assistant coordinator) that I'm not sure I'll get all of them down in one review. We chose month-of coordination but Lisa began reaching out to us months in advance for monthly check-in's. I was so stressed about all the moving pieces falling into place but Lisa made it happen! Our wedding day was truly flawless because of how seamlessly she handled everything from coordinating with all of our vendors down to every last detail! And if I had a question, they had an answer. Lisa was the first on the venue and the last to leave venue. For coordinators who go ABOVE AND BEYOND, definitely go with Now & Forever Love! I cannot recommend them enough!! read more

Helen and her team far exceeded any expectations we had for our wedding planning experience. I don't even know where to start. Helen is the most professional and communicative person to work with. I thought she and her team were great leading up to the big day, but wow, the day of, they blew us away. They handled everything that came their way. I would ask Helen something I had thought of on the wedding day and it was already done and taken care of. Truly 5 steps ahead of you. We were able to really enjoy our wedding day and that is something I will forever be thankful for. Your wedding vendor selections are the second most important decision to make on your wedding day (bride/groom being #1 lol!), and you truly can not go wrong selecting Now & Forever Love. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Helen and the Now & Forever Team for making our wedding day the best day of our lives. read more

Erica with Now & Forever Love came with a full team. She had details ready for me the moment I arrived. She provided an assistant for our first look, who made sure the brides veil & dress were on point during the entire shoot. Erica also made sure we captured the entire family photo list. She read off names, and helped arrange families, she went above and beyond. As a wedding photographer I see a lot of vendors, and I'm telling you this girl blew it out of the park! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Now and Forever Love. Erica was our day of coordinator, and from our initial planning sessions, to the site visits, to the day of, she was incredible! I think my favorite thing about working with Erica was that she continued to show professionalism and attention to detail. Every little thing we mentioned, requested, or had a question about was answered. She relayed messages to vendors, family, and site personnel without skipping a beat. I think a good wedding coordinator is one who allows you to enjoy the day without worrying about how the details and that is exactly what she did. Without hyperbole, I can say I am 100% satisfied with Erica and the team at Now and Forever Love! read more

DREAM TEAM! Helen and Lisa were AMAZING! After many failed attempts on securing a wedding coordinator that worked with our needs (planned our wedding in 6 months), I took a breath of relief after my meeting with Helen over what I needed for the big day. Being super OCD myself, I appreciated all the details and constant communication I had during the few months leading up to our big day. Even though we opted for month of coordination, Helen and Lisa checked in each month to update us on our timeline, details, etc. Our wedding went off without a hitch! They coordinated with all our vendors so there was no stress on our big day. Even my family raved about how great they all were in keeping everything running smoothly. I can't rave enough about what Helen and her team provides for all of their clients. Don't second guess it, just do it! Hire Team Now & Forever Love!!!! You won't regret it! read more

Erica was such a pleasure to have as our coordinator. We re-scheduled our wedding 3 times and Erica was on top of everything and extended way beyond her duties each time. Feedback about our wedding from the older adults was that is was the most organized and well planned wedding they had ever been to. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about our experience with Erica throughout the process. Helen and assistants on the day of were on top of everything as well. A coordinator has to be able to make immediate executive decisions when the day rolls around, plan critical paths, and plan all the precursors/successors and Erica did it all. We had Erica for years and were her longest clients ever and very sad that the day actually happened and that Erica would no longer be our coordinator. She felt as if she was one of my own friends through the process. Look, weddings are typically the best day for almost everyone and they will almost always correlate coordinator to being amazing unless they did something really wrong such as not anticipating something that ended up terrible. Correlation is not causation here, Erica was 100% amazing mutually exclusive from our actually wedding experience. What I can say is, you'll get someone on top of everything, an absolute pleasure to be in contact with, someone to ensure you are on target for everything and will not have to worry and can enjoy on your big day. It was my best day ever. Best coordinator ever. That is all. read more

I first reached out to the Now & Forever Love team because they were recommended by my venue. I didn't know what to expect, but speaking with Helen was such a pleasure and I was taken aback by how experienced she sounded over the phone, just during the consultation. After the phone call and a few other back and forth communications, my husband and I ultimately decided to go with Helen and her team because of how at ease they made us feel and their willingness to work with us as well! I was set up with one of her other coordinators, Erica, who was amazing and took care of us every step of the way starting a few months before our wedding. Not knowing how to navigate wedding planning during Covid, Erica was on top of her game and helped us coordinate communication with the venues as well as our vendors to ensure everything would go as smoothly as possible on the day of the wedding. Erica and Helen were with us every step of the way on the day of the wedding and we really could not have been happier. I wholeheartedly recommend the Now and Forever Love team to anyoneee looking for any type of planning or coordinating services!! read more

My husband and I met Erica at my husband's brother's wedding. We were truly impressed by her ability to keep her Zen and friendliness all the while coordinating a million different tasks at the same time. We knew we wanted to hire her right away, there was no need to explore any other options. We were so happy she was available to work with us on our wedding day and now that the day happened, we wouldn't have had it any other way. Erica not only coordinated our wedding meticulously in the very way we wanted, but she also helped us manage our emotions along the journey. The night before the wedding, I was texting Erica last minute updates and instead of being flustered by the changes, Erica made me promise to take off my planning hat before I went to bed and to wake up ready to have fun and enjoy the day. Erica's response was exactly what a control freak like me needed to hear and what allowed me take in and enjoy every moment of the day. She had already earned my trust and she did not disappoint us at all. If there's any piece of unsolicited advice I can give to a future bride is that you absolutely need a day-of wedding coordinator. I promise you won't regret having a superstar like Erica help you with your process. read more

My husband reached out to Now and Forever Love in August of 2019 when it was clear that we had no idea how to plan even the smallest of weddings. He chatted on the phone with Helen and got some initial information. A week or so later Helen followed up with him which really impressed me. We met at coffee shop to discuss our vision of a small, 30 person, mountain wedding in the Fall of 2020. At Helen's suggestion we searched VRBO for houses that allowed events and were able to find an awesome "venue" on VRBO - a lodge in Idyllwild. We hired Helen and began the planning! She checked in every month with tasks to be done but considering we were over a year out, we didn't have a ton to do. I booked other vendors and kept in regular touch. Then Covid19 hit. We were so at a loss of how to move forward. Do we cancel? Do we reschedule? Do we downsize? Let me tell you, Helen was an absolute rock throughout every anxious, upset, heartbroken phone call and email. Even when she didn't have an answer right away she stayed optimistic and positive. We decided in July of 2020 to downsize to just 9 guests plus ourselves - the newly dubbed, "microwedding." We discussed social distancing, masks, hand sanitizer, and everything that we would need to do to protect our families while still trying to hold a wedding during a pandemic. Helen handled everything with true grace and ease. No question was too random or silly; she was never condescending and I never felt awkward asking her for help. It really felt more like texting a friend and that was really important to me. She was always excited and enthusiastic in every text, email, and meeting. She even came to my final dress fitting with my sister-in-law to learn how to bustle my gown! When our original caterer (who was bringing all the rentals) ended up falling through, Helen recommend a local rentals vendor in Gardena (La Pinata Party), who were FANTASTIC. We would not have found them without her. When things started getting down to the wire, she was always there with suggestions and a friendly reminder. She also has a really fantastic list of her own rentals which we were thrilled to be able to use. She and her assistant Simon arrived Friday to help set up and get the rehearsal going. I was always confident that we were staying on schedule and that she had every detail covered. I am pretty organized and love lists, but it was invaluable to have Helen take care of so many things like set up, decorations, and scheduling. She arranged our day-of schedule and kept our families and our other vendors (catering, photography, and HMU) up to date on the timeline for the day. It was the perfect day; everything went smoothly and we honestly owe it all to Helen. Our families were extremely impressed at her professionalism and just all-around positive attitude. We would 1000% recommend Helen and Now and Forever Love as a wedding planning team. Helen and her team are amazing! As someone who is very OCD when it comes to tiny details and sticking to a timeline (I'm a corporate event planner and am quite familiar with all the things that can go wrong with any event), Helen made the entire wedding planning process a breeze. My husband and I had zero worries on our wedding day because we knew Helen had our backs. Helen is extremely knowledgeable, professional and so friendly and positive. She was an absolute dream to work with and made everything incredibly easy. I loved that she checked in with me every month, sent me reminders of when things needed to be done and offered to meet with me multiple times in the month leading up to our wedding day. My now-husband and I are so glad we were able to find Helen to be our wedding coordinator. Within an hour of submitting a quote through Yelp, I was able to jump on a call with Helen and begin planning my wedding which was set to happen in less than 2-weeks! She is extremely attentive, sensitive to budgets, and has great insight as to what needs to be done as far as wedding planning goes. She asks personalized questions that are always relevant and very important in making sure that everything goes without a hitch. Not only is Helen super nice and easy to get along with, but you could tell she's very smart, organized, and experienced. On the day of the wedding, she was very timely in picking up and delivering items, such as my bouquet and getting the cake to the venue. When we got to the venue, everything was already set up and she directed me and the groom on how we should go about our ceremony. It was very comforting having Helen nearby keeping track of the schedule, making sure everyone was in place, and keeping things tidy throughout the day. She even help packed up all our belongings at the end of the night so we didn't have to worry about that! All of our guests were so impressed with her as well. Hiring Now and Forever Love was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding day. We booked their Month of/Day of Coordination package, and worked with Karen (our lead coordinator) and Helen. The months leading up to the wedding were a stressful time since we were planning everything ourselves, but we received great guidance from N&FL that we always stayed on track with where we needed to be. We are most grateful for how smooth they made our wedding day. I couldn't tell you if anything went wrong behind the scenes during the day because I did not see or hear about it, which left my husband and I to be totally relaxed and having the time of our lives with each other and our guests. Karen and her assistants absolutely rocked it! They truly took care of us: keeping track of rings/vow books, getting us drinks at the start of cocktail hour, taking pictures with our disposable camera, and pulling the entire reception room together. We would not have had such an amazing and fun day if it weren't for being able to rely on our coordinators. I cannot thank them enough. My husband and I got married earlier this month, and it was the greatest day in large part due to Helen and her team. Not only did guests talk about how good the food was, or how beautiful the bride was (shoutout), but many people also commented on how great Helen was! As a Type A personality, I fully vibed with Helen's organization and professionalism. Before meeting and working with Helen, I thought I could be a wedding coordinator. How little did I know. Even though we only used her day-of services, Helen was available for us for planning and advice months ahead of time. She recommended our great florist, helped me find a skin-colored backless bra, and alerted us of random things of which we wouldn't have thought. We probably should have asked for more help from Helen throughout the planning process - what can't Helen do!?!?! Everything on our wedding day went completely smoothly. 50% of our guests run on Nigerian time, but our entire schedule was on the mark. If there were any mishaps, I am and shall ever be unaware. Our wedding was a huge success all thanks to Helen and her amazing team! I was looking for a wedding coordinator to obviously help with our wedding day needs, but also, I was looking for someone who can keep me on track leading up to the wedding having never attended a wedding let alone been involved with planning a wedding. Right from our initial phone consultation, Helen was so organized and made me feel so comfortable in trusting her to help us. For all the months leading up to the wedding, she was always open to answering any questions we had and helped us contact all our vendors to ensure they were all ready and prepared for the big day. On the day of, everything went off without a hitch. We had Helen and 2 other coordinators help us on the day of where Helen and 1 coordinator helped set up the wedding and helped us to transport our fur babies to the venue and the hotel. Helen and the coordinator's attention to detail was impeccable and made sure everything we prepared for the day of came to life at the venue, plus managing 3 dogs at the same time is not an easy task! The 2nd coordinator Lisa was my lifeline for the day. She was next to me the entire day, making sure I was hydrated and had everything I needed. My feet were getting scratched from my heels and she immediately had bandaids on hand for me. Helen kept us on track, and kept the groomsmen and our families in check which was absolutely necessary. We truly cannot thank the Now & Forever Love Team for their professionalism and attentiveness to us and our families! read more

Helen and her team were absolutely AMAZING. I had booked Helen for the 'day of' coordination but she was so helpful every step of the way! I had to book my own vendors of course, but she would always be responsive if I had any questions about what was reasonable pricing, etc. She also attended the last meeting with my husband and I when we met up with my venue, and she was so on top of making sure everything was put together, helping me make decisions when I was very indecisive, and always reassuring me that I was on track. Helen would always check up on me periodically (from the time I booked her) to make sure I was on track with my to-do list and we had at least 2-3 meetings even though she was just my day-of!!! She truly goes above and beyond and is GREAT. As the wedding got closer, I was a ball of stress. There was a million things to do, and I felt like there were things I was missing. Helen always kept calm, and she always knew what to do. She also made super helpful suggestions and was always so reassuring. She literally was my glue keeping me and my husband sane. I also thought it was really sweet as she would also answer all the questions my husband had, and always reassured him as well :) Helen also coordinated with ALL my vendors for the day of, so that I didn't have to stress at all. She also sent a timeline to my vendors, me, and the bridal party (which they LOVED since she was so organized!) Finally, it was the day of!! The day before, Helen helped us a rehearsal and made sure everything went smoothly. On the day of, we had Erica with the bride (me) the entire day, and she was THE SWEETEST!!!! She always offered me water, tissues, chapstick, everything! It was so nice to always have one of the coordinators with me just in case we needed anything! The whole wedding went so smoothly, and we had the BEST DAY EVER!!!! I would choose Now and forever over and over again to be my coordinators if I could. I highly recommend them to all my friends. Helen is the best!! She's also so much fun to work with. On top of her awesome personality, she also has amazing resources and recs and relationships with other vendors, which made things so easy for us! I've been part of wedding parties with inexperienced wedding coordinators and honestly when things go wrong (and something always does), you'll need someone like Helen to advocate for you and problem-solve with grace and efficiency with the most minimal amount of stress lol. Working with Erica at Now and Forever Love was the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process. We booked Erica for Month & Day of Coordination and we are so glad we did. To start off, I, myself, am a planner and so at first, I didn't really think it was necessary to hire someone to plan/coordinate in addition to everything that I was doing. But I was wrong. Erica handled everything you can think of with all 10+ vendors we had. She coordinated logistics, budgets, payments, schedules, decorations, you name it! Looking back, month-of coordination was the way to go because there was such a seamless hand-off from my planning to Erica's coordination prior to the wedding. As a bride, there can be so many stress-triggers especially during the last month of planning and Erica alleviated most or all of them through the month-of coordination process. On the big day, we felt like guests at our own wedding because we were so well taken care of by Erica and her team and did not have to worry about anything. Between Erica as the lead coordinator and the 2 other coordinators on-site, they took care of all the logistics and ensured all of our guests were taken care of. Not only was Erica extremely professional, but she also became such a good friend to me in the process. You can genuinely tell that she puts her heart into everything she does and ensures the bride/groom, family, and guests have the best day ever. I could not have asked for anyone better and I almost want to plan a wedding all over again just to spend more time with Erica. Lastly, I'd like to specifically point out Erica's attention to detail. She caught every little thing that I overlooked and had a contingency plan ready for anything that could happen. She's a quick and intelligent thinker and will have your back for everything! I highly recommend Erica and Now & Forever Love to every bride out there - you're really missing out if you don't! read more

Our venue, the Colony House, required us to hire a day of coordinator. WTH! We didn't budget for it nor did we think we needed one. But we loved the venue and just figured we just had to do it. We found N&FL through Instagram through our venue. Fast forward to the day of our wedding on 1.11.2020 and we couldn't have been more grateful and impressed with Helen and her team!! From the get go, Helen and I worked together long distance. She finally met my then fiancé, who I warned was pretty crass and goofy. She totally humored him and could hold her own with him. She checked in with me every month leading up to the wedding. She was there to catch anything I missed and the day of kept the agenda and schedule on track. But most of all she kept in contact with both bride and groom which was so so helpful. She helped me drink water, checked in with us, and was a key point of contact with our vendors. I can't recommend Helen and her team enough for all their hard work, professional demeanor, and most of all, helping us remember and experience every moment of our wedding day! Thanks Helen!! read more

Erica was the lead coordinator for my wedding and it couldn't have gone any better! First of all she is so sweet and easy to get along with. We had a couple meetings before the wedding and she helped organize every little detail. Her planning and scheduling allowed us to create a smooth timeline and she definitely opened our eyes to many things we hadn't even thought about. She was super professional and quick to respond. I never had to worry because anytime I had a question, concern, or thought she was there with an answer. During the day of the wedding I was never approached or interrupted by anyone. I was able to fully enjoy my special day because of Erica and the help of her assistants. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again no matter the occasion!! Her positive get the job done attitude truly helped make my wedding day one to never forget. We received so many compliments by our guest about how lovely and organized our wedding was and it couldn't have been done without Erica and her team. Thank you girls you're amazing! read more

I highly recommend Now & Forever Love for your wedding planning. Helen made our wedding run so smoothly. Her team was amazing and very sweet and helpful. We hired Helen to coordinate only for our "day of" but she went out of her way and help beyond that. If you want a stress free wedding, please consider Helen and her team Thank you!!!! read more

Erica was our lead planner for our 3-month wedding coordination and she was an absolute dream to work with! We knew she was the one for us when she came to us with questions we hadn't even thought about, and with her being so experienced, it was amazing to see that she had all the existing relationships with our vendors and knew exactly how to work with them to make it a seamless experience. Once we hired her, she took the lead on all communications and really took the baton and helped put us at ease. She was excellent with offering problem solving ideas before we even had the chance to worry about any questions from our venue that came up closer to our wedding day. Even when my family unfortunately decided to add more to our ceremony during our rehearsal, Erica was so patient and flexible and was able to accommodate all the last minute changes accordingly. I'd recommend her and the Now & Forever Love team to anyone in a heartbeat if you want a team who can provide you with a professional and sweet/kind service! read more

Erica was our coordinator for our wedding, and she has all the qualities that a great wedding coordinator should have - calm, organized/detail-oriented, and a great communicator. She was our month-of coordinator, but she really did so much more. She would send us an update email at the beginning of each month so check on our progress and advise on next steps. I tend to overthink and would get overwhelmed, but she was great at breaking everything down to a manageable level. And weeks leading up to the wedding day, we would talk/text/or email often to make sure all the bases were covered. On the wedding day, it was so nice that I didn't have to worry at all about the venue set up at all and I was amazed at how beautiful everything looked and it turned out exactly how I imagined it. Thank you so much to Erica and Now and Forever Love for helping our special day be so beautiful and memorable! read more

I'm so glad that I met Helen at the Big Fake Wedding. It was the first wedding/bridal event that I had been to, and it was like 1 year before our planned wedding date. I was not really interested in signing with any vendors at the time, but while I was walking around we sparked a conversation. I immediately felt a comfort and trust while talking to Helen. I was definitely in the market for a coordinator, but I did not want a planner as I like to plan and book all my vendors. Although Helen was just serving as a coordinator, she provided so much support through the process (and I booked her almost 1 year prior)! She has great vendor suggestions and is supportive of anything you decide. I felt comfortable asking her any questions about cost-efficiency, what other Korean-Americans tend to do, and any of those other weird details that you wouldn't know where to ask. As my wedding date approached (March 2019), I learned that Helen had like 9 weddings in a row during that time! However, I did not feel that she was busy in any way. She was prompt in responding to all of my questions/planning emails and always drove to where it was most comfortable for me to meet up. She was detailed about schedules, checklists, and communicated well with the wedding party. Then, on the wedding day! I was so impressed by the team! There were 2 girls (Erica took care of the girls) and they were both so sweet and supported the wedding party amazingly (especially to keep my photographer on track with time :P) Also, during the reception, our table greetings were running long so I was getting concerned about guests just sitting there after dinner. Right when I had that thought, Helen came and asked if we should skip the brief open dancing and go straight into cake cutting and that was exactly what I was thinking!! I'm not one to be very bridezilla, but I do have a bit of OCD... I was able to completely let go and trust Helen's team and judgement. Everything turned out beautiful and event ran smoothly! I'd recommend to any one any day! read more

Erica was the Lead Coordinator at our wedding, and she is absolutely amazing. Erica has such an eye for details and gave us numerous suggestions that made our wedding day beautiful. She also competently managed all the details of the day. Not until weeks after the wedding that I began to hear of the issues that came up, and I simply had no idea, because Erica and her team managed it all! She gave us such a peace of mind, and I could simply focus on savoring each moment of the day. But seriously, my husband and I had no idea how much we needed wedding coordinators. We are both generally decent at planning, and we were not looking to have an extravagant wedding. But we would have been so lost without N&FL. Erica and Helen both also gave cost-saving tips, and referred us to excellent vendors that matched our budget. The value you get way exceeds the very reasonable price you pay for their services! From the very beginning of the process, N&FL was very professional, prompt, organized and helpful. Helen was always present during all of our phone calls and meetings, and worked closely with Erica in coordinating our wedding. N&FL is a fantastic company, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding planning/coordination! read more

When my now-husband and I decided to get married, we wanted to keep it small and low-key, and I was convinced I could do it all myself. That said, as our wedding crept closer and closer, I found myself to be increasingly anxious about the nitty-gritty details. A few months before our big day, I decided it might be a good idea to look for a coordinator. On such short notice though, I was panicked that no one would be available and I'd be on my own. Fortunately, when I reached out to Now & Forever Love, they immediately connected me with Lisa (our coordinator) and got the ball rolling!! I cannot say enough amazing things about Lisa (and Ariel-- our day-of assistant). As something of a control-freak myself, I was a little nervous about taking my hands off the wheel. Lisa was communicative, punctual, and immediately made me feel at ease. Considering how much she did for us to make our day go smoothly, pricing was more than fair. Hiring N&FL allowed me to really sit back and enjoy my wedding day in a way I would have never been able to on my own. I am so grateful for the hard work Lisa and Ariel put into coordinating my wedding, and I have them to thank for it truly being the best day of my life. Thank you so much N&FL, Lisa, and Ariel, for making my dream wedding day a reality!! read more

My wedding was perfect! If there were any hiccups I had no idea because Vivian was handling everything behind the scenes. There were constant changes being made to the day-of schedule due to conflicts with our parents' expectations, but Helen and Vivian made everything work. They were super responsive and on top of things. After my husband met them for the first time he said, "they have their sh*t together". A very high praise from a guy that can't tolerate incompetence. I highly recommend them for wedding planning and coordinating. Because of them I was able to enjoy my special day stress free! Thanks guys!!! You are awesome :) read more
