    Kathryn Herring from Embrace Bliss is awesome! I can honestly say that I did not stress out one time once I hired Embrace Bliss. My 13 year-old daughter made a comment to me about Kathryn one day that I thought was funny. She said, "Mom, I didn't like your friends wedding planner because she was bossy and she just got on my nerves. Kathryn isn't like that at all. She's really nice." It's true. Kathryn has a way of getting things done without being pushy or bossy and she has a great personality and sense of humor too. She was so easy to work with and she is a great communicator. She always responded in a timely manner and never left me wondering about anything. If she didn't have an answer for me yet, she would let me know that and wouldn't just leave me hanging until she got one. For our very first meeting, my fiance & I met with Kathryn for about 2 hours where she just talked with us, got to know us, and asked us about our vision. She asked us questions that helped her understand things we liked and didn't like about previous weddings we had been to. Once we hired her, we agreed that she would find our ceremony site, reception venue, photographer, and florist, as well as give us ideas for decorations, and obviously run the show on the big day. I cannot express enough how Kathryn "nailed it" every time with her recommendations. The first reception venue she suggested we LOVED. The first ceremony site she recommended we LOVED. And what was amazing is that everything was in our budget. The Florist and Photographer Kathryn selected were great choices too -- not only because of their high quality, but also because they were so friendly and easy to work with. Kathryn also booked the hairstylist and make-up artist for me and my bridesmaids and everyone look beautiful!!! Kathryn knew that my husband & I are "80s rockers" and that we wanted to have a nice & traditional wedding, but sprinkled with a little bit of "edginess." She made great suggestions along the way for our special day that really made it stand out compared to other weddings I've attended. We were married on July 27, 2014, and my husband & I still have people telling us that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever attended. Some comments I've received are that it was fun, the pace was great -- not too fast and not too much waiting for the next thing to happen, the reception venue was the perfect size for the number of people we had, all of the personal touches (that Kathryn suggested) were great, etc. Kathryn ran the show the day of the event and she did such a great job AND she looked great that day too. She was dressed comfortably but also appropriately for a wedding. At one point she asked me when I wanted to do something and I told her, "I don't want to make any decisions today." She responded, "No problem" with a big smile and she made all of the decisions that day (which she wanted to do anyway but she wanted to make sure I was OK with it first.) Planning a wedding can be so stressful because there is so much to do and remember and certain things need to be completed according to timelines, etc. I honestly can say that hiring a wedding planner was the best money I have ever spent. This was my second wedding and I did not hire a planner the first time. The stress level was night and day between the two. If you live in the South Bay area I would highly recommend Kathryn. She is a gift for any bride!!!

Since our venue was a space she hadn't worked in before, Corinth actually visited ahead of time to familiarize herself with it, figure out the best locations for vendor setups, and ask thoughtful questions we hadn't even considered. That level of care and preparation made a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind. Her consistency, organization, and reassurance kept us on track and prevented us from falling behind on important tasks. Even though we only booked the "Love" package/month-of coordination, Kaitlin went above and beyond. She was always happy to provide vendor recommendations, guidance on tricky wedding decisions, and support whenever we needed it. She created a detailed timeline, helped us with rehearsal, and handled all communication with our vendors leading up to and on the big day--ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Thanks to her, we hardly felt stressed or overwhelmed!! On our wedding day, Kaitlin and her assistant Jazmin worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Because of them, my husband and I were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment. When a couple of minor hiccups popped up due to the venue running behind, they pivoted effortlessly and kept us informed--so smoothly that we hardly even noticed there was an issue! From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Naomi was cool, calm, and collected during our first call, and gave us the faith we needed to know we could do this. We spent many time calling, emailing, texting, and Naomi was always responsive. We purchased the chocolate soufflé package that gave us help for planning a wedding of this size. Naomi helped us so much in finding the right venue, negotiating drinks, food, and other vendors, I really have no idea how we would have had our wedding and stayed IN BUDGET without her! During the day of, Naomi brought in 4-5 people on her team to help accommodate our venue and guest count. She helped us plan the perfect day which ranged from a morning tea ceremony, wedding ceremony, reception, and the in n out truck for a late night bite for our guests. We had such a special time, and Naomi and team ensured we ate and drank everything at the wedding (thank goodness, because we would not have remembered!) We ended the night with our bellies full, tired from the long day, but overall so thankful we hired Naomi and DNT! Thank you!!!
