The son (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name!) is always so kind and helpful. Whenever I come in with my daughter, he offers to help carry our laundry out to my car, which I really appreciate. The pricing is fair, and we've been happy with the overall quality and service. My only small complaint is that some of my husband's shirts tend to come home a little stretched around the shoulders from the hangers. Maybe a different style of hanger could help with that. Aside from that, we've continued coming here for a reason. Great service, good value, and genuinely kind people running the business. Definitely a local spot worth supporting!

I found Lords Cleaners and Laundry close by and decided to give them a whirl even though some of the reviews on Yelp were trending negative but the reviews were more than a year old. I called the establishment. The person answering was helpful with providing information on their services. I went there and handed over a small load of laundry with standard items with no specialized or sensitive cloth or materials. I could have opted for one day turn around or next day service. Nice options! The establishment itself could use a remodel or update, but you can't go on "looks." The next day I received a reminder phone call that my laundry was ready for pick up. The laundry was neatly folded and stacked in a paper bag. The price was just a tad bit over what I estimated but I was very satisfied with the outcome and fresh clothes for my trip which made it worth it for me. I should mention that there is a dry cleaning service available but I did not inquire about this service. So this place is not spiffy or modernized. But I respect that this is a family run business and they know what they're doing. I would strongly recommend this place for laundry and I would expect their dry cleaning to be a similar efficient service.

I was able to make an appointment the same day I found them on yelp. The customer service from the person making the appointments, Dantella and the other girls making the alterations was exceptional. They added a bustle and straps to the dress. The straps made my dress looked more elegant. I was also able to pick up my dress the weekend before my wedding which gave me peace of mind.
