Mario really helped us out after we had a nightmare of a time trying to get our trash hauled away after remodeling our kitchen. Despite the fact that we rented a large dumpster, the city refused to haul it away because it was more than a quarter of the way full!! Junkguys jumped right in and emptied it only 2 hours after I contacted them! Thank you so much Mario! We will only be using junkguys for any future trash removal needs! read more

If I could give this company 100 stars I would. Mario is prompt, efficent, honest, and quick. I called the company the day I needed service since another company flaked out on me and not only did they come out within the same hour the call was made, but they hauled away everything I needed and had amazing customer service. This company is the best hands down and I will be using them again soon. Thank you Mario! read more

Mario was great! I underestimated how much trash I would have while moving out of my house and I ended up needing a dumpster ASAP. Waste Management told me (by recording of course) that it would be 48 hours before someone could even return my call. I went on Yelp to get some quotes and Mario contacted me immediately. He was able to get me what I needed and when I needed it. When it came time to deliver the dumpster, he was prompt, polite and professional. Don't WASTE your time with Waste Management....call Mario instead! read more

JunkGuys Los Angeles was an amazing experience for us! We just moved in a new place and had a lot of boxes and trash to get rid of but not enough room in our garbage bins. This is the first time I used a junk removal service. I found Junkguys here on yelp. I requested a quote and I was contacted immediately. I sent in a few photos and was given a price estimate. The price was such a great deal that I booked the service. Junkguys showed up at my house an hour and a half after I booked them. The guys removed my junk quickly and went on their way. Great service from start to finish! I recommend this company to everyone who needs their junk removed. read more

I've used Mario and his team for two projects and both times they did a fantastic job! First they removed about 1000sq ft of nasty carpet, scraped the glue down to the sub-floor, and hauled it all to the dump. The second project they took out a cement brick flower bed from the 60's and even brought a jack-hammer to remove the concrete base embedded in the soil. They do more than haul junk, so if you have a project that requires demo and removal, these guys are a one stop shop! They are super nice and will work with your requests. I highly recommend them! read more

Excellent service for removing all my junk. The work was done quickly and clean. I will definitely call again when I am cleaning out my garage. The price was good and they responded as soon as I called. read more

I highly recommend Mario and Junk Guys. Mario sent me an estimate by text, arrived an hour later and removed our junk. Great price, great communication, great service - really nice guys who even swept the area before leaving. I've used national chains before that charged 3x what Junk Guys charged and I would call Mario again without hesitation. read more

do not do business with them. they are an under the table business and refuse to give receipts for the sole purpose of avoiding taxes. the owner promises one thing, then simply goes against his word. triple a is a more reliable service. this business will be audited very soon so avoid doing any sketchy business with them. the owner cannot even provide a receipt to his customers at the very least. bad business practices overall. this review should negative stars, but due to yelp's interface i cannot. avoid this business at all costs, you are better off saving more money with triple a. read more

They were awesome! Amazing company! read more

Mario was a complete lifesaver - I can't say enough about his professionalism, especially in the face of a project that turned out much bigger than we initially thought. We had a large amount of what we thought was simple yard waste that had accumulated over several months that our gardener had cleaned up and tossed in our garbage containers. But little did we know that underneath those top layers was mounds and mounds of water-soaked rotten waste that we suspect had been dumped by an unknown source months earlier, only to be covered up by more recent yard waste. Stunk to high heaven and was incredibly difficult to dig out. Not only did Mario take on the project, he did so with such a good-natured attitude, which speaks to his character. Did the job efficiently, thoroughly, and graciously. I also want to mention that Mario always responded quickly and made the entire process smooth and efficient, from initial inquiry (first one to respond) to final payment (convenient contactless options). Bottom line, Mario is worth every penny (and more). Definitely giving him a call next time. read more
