I used this junk removal service for the first time yesterday and was beyond impressed! Mario was the most responsive and earliest available of all the Yelp businesses I sent inquiries to, which already set the tone for a great experience. The team handled everything with ease; navigating a narrow flight of stairs, disassembling furniture when needed, and disposing of it all quickly and professionally. They were efficient, careful, and courteous throughout the entire process. On top of that, they truly have the best pricing in the SGV area. What stood out most was Mario, who was so kind and respectful to his staff. I always take notice of how people treat their team, and that alone spoke volumes about the quality and integrity of this business. I will for sure be using them again and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable junk removal. read more

This was my first time ever using a junk removal company and I am so glad I went with them. They made the process smooth from beginning to end. From the first phone-call which was less than 10 minutes and immediately quoted me and scheduled me. Very professional and on time. They were even a little bit early and it was just so smooth. I am so lucky to have found them and they are great and were of great help. If you ever need a junk removal service contact them, you will not regret it. Highly recommend will definitely use again if needed. read more

TL;DR: Fast, friendly, and professional junk removal service with competitive pricing. Veteran-owned, highly recommend! I needed two couches hauled away and sent out quotes on Saturday night. Mario responded quickly, and I was able to book an appointment for Sunday morning--super efficient turnaround. --Service Experience: Mario was responsive on Yelp, answering all my questions, and was easy to chat with in person. We even talked a bit about LA sports when he arrived--super chill guy. He offered a competitive rate for the two couches and was flexible enough to take on a third couch I added at the last minute for a small extra fee. I may have unintentionally made one couch seem lighter than it was (oops), but Mario didn't complain at all and handled everything like a pro. --Why Choose Mario: *Veteran-owned business. *Great communication and professionalism. *Competitive pricing. *Offers additional services like delivering heavy items to your home. If you're looking for reliable and hassle-free junk removal, Mario is your guy! read more

Mario and team were very responsive and friendly. He got most everything I needed him to take. I would have liked him to take a few more things, but he ran out of room. He also can't take things that have gas or liquids/chemicals inside- I didn't realize this. He accepted Apply Pay, Venmo and/or Zelle. Thanks Mario for the pick up. read more

I had asked for quotes from many junk removal businesses. I was going to go with Mario not only because he was polite, but he is also a veteran. He had one of the lowest prices my mom can afford with her ss income. When I contacted him again to set up the appointment, he increased the fee by $75. I usually trust and try to help veteran owned businesses, but in this case, he had no value to his word. Didn't even try to work with us, very disappointed. Went with another service for $120. read more

I cannot speak more highly of Mario and his business. Moving out of our home over Labor Day weekend, I contacted Mario through Yelp, he responded immediately and offered a bargain to come out right away to haul off an old sectional, several pieces of old furniture and some cardboard. The following day, we realized we had more trash than we could dispose of ourselves, I reached out to Mario and he advised he could be out within the hour to haul off the trash. Two days in a row, two flawless and very fair priced transactions. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you for all your help. read more

Contacted Mario via Yelp when looking to unload the last few items in our storage locker. He was very communicative, on time and the least expensive of the quotes I received via Yelp, based on the pictures I provided. Being the least expensive, I was kind of expecting some sort of bait and switch "estimate" vs. a "firm quote." But I asked him to clarify and he said "firm quote." And indeed, what he quoted me was what he charged me. And after meeting Mario, I would definitely use him again. Good guy. Felt much better about his approach vs. the 1-800 Got Junk guys who won't give you a quote until they are there to take the stuff away. read more

Mario has my service for life. Had a relatively simple job and Mario didn't try to mess around and haggle over price. He gave me his best quote which was 1/2 if not a 1/3 of other competitors. Even if I haggled with the others, I still don't know if they would have competed price wise with Mario. He showed up early, got the job done quick. 10/10 would reccomend. read more
