Needed a trailer to clean out my mother's garage so looked up a few places and this was the only one straight forward, no hidden fees. Contacted them and was easy to reserve it and the drop off and pick up was so easy. The price was better than others as well. The first time was so smooth we rented from them again a few weeks late again so issue I definitely recommend using them. read more

Rubbish Boys - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Super unprofessional experience. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. You can find better prices elsewhere along with more honest, reliable work. From management down to the staff, the level of service was extremely disappointing. Adam, I remember talking to you on IG I got everything through IG . 909-767-9600 your number right? I wish I can pose what you told me so the whole world can see what a CEO talks like. read more

Contacted Adam for a dumpster to do a garage cleanout and spring cleaning for either Saturday or Sunday. Adam was booked for both days but was avaialble for Monday, Memorial Day. We scheduled for Monday between 10 and 12 and received confirmation. Adam called me at 11.15am on Monday asking if we could do it tomorrow instead. He said he had forget that it was a holiday and that all the dumps were closed today, therefore he could not go to the dump. I told him he could pick it up tomorrow and take it to the dump when they were open. He explained that was not the problem, but that all of his dumpsters were full and he could not bring me an empty dumpster as he had previously confirmed. It was very diappointing as we had put aside our plans for the holiday to get the garage cleaned out. He did apologize and then texted me later to ask if he could get a dumpster to us by 1:30pm, would that be fine. By then, we had already informed our adult son that offered to help with the heafvy stuff that it would not happen today and began looking for a more reliable vendor for a future date. read more

Services were amazing from start to finish. Starting with the communication for scheduling the drop off and placement of the dumpster trailer. Adam was punctual on the scheduled arrival. The fact that they allow you 2 days to fill up the trailer relieves a lot of stress trying to get things done with our move. The value of his prices far exceed local quotes i have received. All services requested were fulfilled in a professional manner. Highly Rec! read more

I received good communication regarding info needed to make the appropriate choice for my project from Adam, who is very friendly. The price charged seemed reasonable. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that he picked up the container later than the stated window, preventing my access to move my vehicle into the garage. I would have liked a message stating he would be retrieving it later before the end of the estimate window instead of after. Good experience overall. read more

Great service and good quality trash bins. we're very helpful and responded quickly. Great price! They hauled away all of the junk we had.

Great response time with the absolute best pricing and transparency. They took my stress away with the quick availability and they are not taking advantage of that with higher prices. read more

They dropped the dumpster off fine, I just found out it was only a 15 yard according to the measurements they gave me, but said it was a 20 yard dumpster. I didn't know any difference until I looked up the difference today of what a 15 yard and 20 yard looks like. I originally requested 4 days but told them I would let them know. It was picked up, no call to let me know they were coming, nothing, now I need to get another dumpster. I'm going with waste management, no more mom and pop companies. read more
