I needed some broken patio chairs removed, along with a number of miscellaneous items. Jeff from SoCal Dump and Delivery gave me a good estimate and offered to pick all the items up on the same day. And he did. He was also willing to do it if I wasn't home and I left a check. By the time I was home he was finishing securing "my stuff" on his truck. He was a very pleasant individual. I will use him again should the need arise. Thank you Jeff! read more

Please avoid this scam. Classic bait and switch. I contacted these guys for my demo pickup . They came back with a quote. The day before the project , I was told by Jeff that: 1) They dont have any available trailer for the requested day 2) They don't even service my area. You can read the text msg and their response and the outcome. I almost never give 1 star to a company but this level of incompetence deserves zero stars. read more

Great job by Jeff and team delivering 2-ton waste container on time and giving us an extra 2 hours to ensure our waste was able to make it in container. Container was clean and so easy to use. They left the container doors closest to garage door so all we had to do was open garage door and step right into container to dispose of our garbage. Highly recommended!!! Great communication when scheduling: prompt, courteous, and professional. Night before they even confirmed delivery!! read more

I was in a bind when our tenants moved out and left us with tons of trash and furniture. I was short on time to get rid of it all before our new tenants could move in. Jeff was awesome and answered the phone promptly (after normal business hours), offered a quick quote and was at the residence within the hour and hauled everything away. I was originally just going to give him the trash bags piled up on the side of the house, but he was super accommodating and was able to take the sofas, bookshelf and chairs that I was also trying to get rid of. Easy payment and we were on our way with our day without agonizing on how we would get rid of the junk left at the property. Thanks for the great service and I'm happy to call on Jeff again! read more

The reviews are spot on! The 1st time I called I got sent to voicemail and I just hung up, then a few minutes later Jeff called me back asking me if I needed help. I told him that I was cleaning out my garage and needed a dumpster. I was expecting at least a few days wait even a week but he said he could get one to me in a few hours. The price was very reasonable being a Saturday and the expeditated service. I called at 2 pm and he was here at my house with his 15 yard trash bin by 5pm. I was amazed! Communication was super easy and payment was due when they picked up the bin in 2-3 days, I just had to call them when I was ready. I highly recommend this company and will be calling Jeff again in the spring. Thank you SoCal Dump and Delivery!!! read more

Easiest, smoothest experience. Seriously. I called, talked to Jeff, got a quote, set up a date, then next thing I know there's a dumpster trailer setup right where I needed it. Loaded it up over 2 days, talked about pick up time, paid the man and it was gone. Drop off took about 10 minutes. Pick up took about 40 seconds, because by the time I realized Jeff was here, the trailer was hooked up and out of the driveway. Shook his hand, said or thank yous and that was it. Jeff's also a super nice and easy person to work with as well. 100% would recommend their service every time. And that's also how I found about them. read more
