Nice location and large dining room. It has many noodle entrees to choose from great for a group dining. My entree Primavera Chicken and Vegetables was not made as stated on the menu it was supposed to be made with white wine balsamic vinegar. It was dark and looked and tasted like an Asian dish. I spoke to the server and she came back and told me the chef said it was made correctly. Before I left I spoke to someone in the staging area and said this wasn't made correctly and I think they clearly put aged Balsamic vinegar in a dish calling for White wine Balsamic. They give you a lot of noodles but you have to pay for add ons like meat separately. That's fine. Just wish it was $2-3 instead $5-$8. I went to the one in Atlanta 15 years ago. Had it again in again in Huntsville 7 years ago. In all, it's always decent. The noodles no matter what you get always hit. I like the pad Thai and Alfredo. Alfredo could have been more saucy same with the Pad Thai. I think when they overheat and then close the container it creates a microwave effect making it dry out once it gets to you. On February 19th 2026 I made a Doordash order with Nothing but noodles. I ordered Shrimp scampi with fettucine instead of angel hair, after all options were given. I also ordered Thai curry soup. I requested a side of veggies (which also were an option) my choice was Bean Sprouts. First the Scampi came with angel hair instead of my requested Fettucine and tasteless. The Thai Curry soup mIght has well been Tie soup because there was absolutely nothing Thai about it as far as flavor and ingredients. Now the veggies. I received a bowl of corn and red peppers instead of Bean sprouts which were also tasteless. After tipping my dasher a bit extra for travel( which they deserve), total came to around 76 dollars. I am at the Yelp elite event. Everything I had was good. My favorite is the fettuccini Alfredo. The homemade ranch dressing was the bomb. Chicken Parmesan was really good as well. The salads were really good. The staff was excellent and the place is really nice inside, there is outside patio dining. The atmosphere is made nice by the music that is played. The Kid's Alfredo was really good. We paid for the extra Alfredo, so that might have put it over the top and gave us a great dipping sauce for the Breadsticks that we ordered on the side. One of my kids is on a Creamy Tomato Soup kick. This one was very expensive and was heavy on the garlic. I'm going to try to salvage it with heavy cream tomorrow. That's not what you want to do with a $13 bowl of soup that you had delivered. The Triple Chocolate Cake looks great. It's being saved for tomorrow, so I can't comment on the taste. read more

The quality of the food is not as good as I would have liked but it's still tasty enough to somewhat enjoy. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how spacious the restaurant is. There weren't a lot of people inside and we didn't have to wait in line but we went on a Tuesday at 5pm. I like that once you order up front they have an open kitchen so you can watch them make your food. Service was very friendly. Lots of parking available around the restaurant and there's outdoor seating. Pricing is reasonable for portion size. Wait, Nothing But Noodles did a small gesture that made all of the difference for me tonight. I have not been feeling well, nor eating, but I randomly had a taste for my Spicy Cajun Pasta so I decided to order it even if I couldn't eat it once it got to me. I placed an order online for my little sister and myself and put a note in to make my food with love because I'm sick and this is all I want :(. My sister went to pick it up and spoke of how speedy, great and nice the staff was and how they gave her well wishes (thinking she was me). Food- Ive had the Shanghai noodles, basil pesto, and Pad Thai. My favorite being the Pad Thai followed closely by the basil pesto (if you have room for it that is). That bring me to my next point, the portions are always very large and they don't skimp on the ingredients. Service- Also in my visit the workers have been helpful and friendly each and every time. I can't believe I'm just NOW getting around to writing a review because I've been in love with this place since the very first bowl of noodles. Let's talk staff first: you'd be hard-pressed to find better. Everyone greets you with a smile and is on top of their game. From management to cashiers to cooks, you can tell how great of a team they are and how in sync they work together. And coming from someone in the industry, creating and coaching a great team that acts as one is hard to accomplish as a manager/owner. They're clearly doing something right. Second: cleanliness. The place is Noticeably clean and I literally see someone cleaning almost every time I get in whether it be the bathrooms, tables, or floor. The managers obviously run it like a tight ship which, again, is something I always look for. Third. Their food: Oh. My. Gosh. Now, I may be biased bc I've always said pasta and noodles are my favorite food but it's rare that I go somewhere and I literally like EVERYTHING on the menu (yes that includes the awesome lettuce wraps and breadsticks that could knock OG's out of the park). I typically get the Spicy Japanese Noodles with chicken (udon, bean sprouts, mushrooms, carrots, etc.) and my son just goes for the kids Mac n cheese (and yes, you can add chicken). But a few other favorites are the Thai Peanut, butter noodles (extra Parmesan of course), Pasta Pomodoro, southwest Chipotle, Spicy Cajun (tomato cream sauce is....*chef kiss*), and Spaghetti and Meatballs. But like I said, you can go wrong with ANYTHING on the menu. And finally, the drink options. Other than typical fountain and tea, you can get an "adult beverage" or even milk and apple juice right at the ice bin at the cash register and who doesn't love a mini bottle of wine while eating the best stuffed shells ever?? Or maybe a beer to go with the chicken Parmesan? Like I said. They're doing something right and have been for years. They're a staple in Cahaba Heights and I hope they don't go anywhere soon. I guess you could add on salt, but I try not to for my health/sodium intake. I almost never have a problem with my food being underseasoned, but this def needed two or more diff kinds of cheese added on. I added mushrooms, onions, and spinach to my Alfredo bowl. The noodles were well cooked and so were the veggies, my only complaint was that they lacked seasoning. I'm not a put salt on after my food is prepared kinda girl so I prefer when it is prepared well. The idea behind spicy and sweet noodles made the Singapore Noodles sound like the thing to order but it left a lot to be desired. I ordered mine without meat and extra onions. The extra onions were left off and so were the scallions it is advertised to come with. They were dry and could use more sesame oil maybe.
