Traveling from Mckinney Tx to OKC to celebrate bday. The Edmond OKC store helped us bring the cake right on time. Thx!

Can never ever ever go wrong with a Nothing Bundt Cake. The little Bundtlets are my favorite thing. Also moist and delicious. The service was great, I came in recently to collect my free birthday bundtlet and the employee made it a seem less process. The shop is little and cute which gives you a cake shop vibe. read more

HOLY. CRAP!!!!! DO NOT EVER HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED FROM THIS PLACE! I literally wanted to surprise my fiancée with 12 little mini bundtinis, and they went from $21 to $28 just because of delivery, on top of a $15 delivery fee. So, for 12 mini bite size Bundt cakes it would have cost me $43.98. No thank you. You are WAY too proud of your goods. Never will purchase from this place again. read more

I came in yesterday and ordered two 8 inch carrot cakes. Last night i dropped one off as a Birthday gift and the other one for my family to eat. I ate a slice and for the first time was. disappointed. I have never had one from any of your stores before that were this dry. I literally had to get a big glass of water to get it down. Went to get 3 small Bundt cakes for my friend's birthday party the next day. When I picked out the ones that I wanted I asked the cashier if I could have a box to put them in for safe traveling home. I was told they didn't have any. Right in front of me behind the counter were stacked countless cake boxes. I said, "Then what are those?" The young lady counter person then went and got the apparent manager or person in charge (young lady) who told me I could not have one to safely get my cakes home without them tipping over in the bag they gave me which had two cakes on the bottom of the bag and the other on top of those two making the bag too-heavy and prone to tipping over. I had already paid for them before I asked for thy box or I would have walked out at this point. I told the manager that this was "poor business and terrible customer service and that I would never do business there again." I would have even been willing to pay a charge to get the box but I want given the option. It's no wonder why our country is going down the tubes when you see young people who are so out of touch with customer service and taking care of the ones who actually are actually "the hand that feeds them." They can keep their cake box cause I won't ever do business there again. Upon the drive home the cakes did tip over causing the frosting to get messed up and stick to the top of the containers they were in. read more

They have a free mini cake program on your birthday.....e-mail subscription. I walk in with my drivers license out and show them my birth date....told them the email told me to come get a free mini cake. I'm hit with "I need to see the email". Wow. I didn't have it. I'm done. Y'all keep your free mini cake (that probably cost you $1.00 to make and the rest of them too. Overpriced any way. Great job losing a customer. That's how it's done. read more

I got there 5 Minutes before closing and the young lady at the counter was just so very helpful and kind. Great customer service and the White Raspberry cake was so delicious! read more

Not very nice manager, a young man that I didn't get his name is very rude. Will not return.

The staff at this location is very friendly and accommodating. During the virus lockdown, they worked with me, over the phone, to get a cake ordered, decorated and delivered to my mother for her birthday. Kudos. read more

Their cakes are just awesome. Got a bday one for our daughter in law last week and it was super cute and delicious as well! Great place!

Moist delicious rich. I don't think I've ever gotten a cake from here that was not amazing. I have shopped at other locations and the Tyler one never disappoints. My favorite is the red velvet. I typically will order ahead so I don't have to wait. They have a couple spots in front for curbside pick up so you never have to leave car if concerned about coronavirus read more

I ordered a mixed dozen Bundtinis and was underwhelmed...my family has tried one of each flavor and they have this really weird gooey layer on the bottom; almost like raw cake batter. I've never experienced this on the larger cakes and it was off-putting to say the least. I will order the larger sized ones next time. read more

I can't say enough about this place!!! The cakes are so yummy.... DELICIOUS! The white chocolate raspberry is the best! Every time I drive to Tyler I stop at Marble Slab for ice cream... since this is next door, I have switched my ice cream to CAKE! The only issue I have is when you walk in the door there are about five employees standing at the counter welcoming you and you feel bombarded with hellos. Kinda overwhelming.. that's the only reason they didn't get five stars! read more

We went to get some Mini Bundt cakes yesterday after the issue with the plumbing many of the folks had in the same complex was corrected. I was getting my Annual FREE Birthday Bundt and we purchased two others. For some reason, The White Chocolate Raspberry didn't have as much Rasberry as it normally has had in the past and they have really lessened the amount of frosting! They either have a new cake maker or a different frosting nozzle as the "strips" were much narrower and didn't go all the way down the side. The center was only half full as well. It really bummed me out because it was my Birthday "freebie"! I HOPE this was an isolated incident and not the NEW NORMAL. If so, I don't believe I will be getting a Birthday Bundt next year! read more

The cakes here are so moist and rich in flavor. The icing they use reminds me of a cream cheese frosting. Thick. Smooth. And very tasteful. There are many flavors to choose from. And a few sizes as well. Prices are fair. Before you leave -- sign up for their rewards program so you can get a free cake on your birthday. read more
