We grabbed a few of the small cakes on the way to a friend's house and they were enjoyable but nothing truly special. The carrot cake was tasty and fairly moist but honestly tasted similar to what you'd buy at the grocery store, just in Bundt form and they used the same icing for all the cakes. Service was fast and friendly and we didn't have a wait since there wasn't anyone else in the store on a cold Saturday around noon. The store fairly small and is made for to go orders without any tables or chairs so plan to get your items to go rather than eat there. The saddest customer service I've ever received at any Bundt Cake location ever! I've actually been to this exact location many times and had great service and the staff was always kind and helpful. I don't know if management or ownership has changed here but it has declined drastically. I placed an order for a dozen of their bundtini cakes and they told me to wait 15 min which I did in my car and when I picked up the order they had the box sealed and asked me to check to see if the frosting was alright on all of them through a whole. I did and everything was fine. I get to the car and decided to open the box to grab one of the cakes and I noticed there was a row of chocolate cakes which I did not order, so I went back in the shop and explained to them I didn't order chocolate cake I asked for the chocolate chip cake, the girl said she was sorry and mentioned the chocolate chip was gluten free and asked if I still wanted it, I said yes, that's not problem, I just don't like all that chocolate on top of chocolate for the gluten free is no problem. She took the cakes to the back and explained they're working on it. Didn't say anything else. Johanna comes to the front while I'm still waiting for the box and she's like that will be an extra $.76 and I looked at her confused because no where does it say there is a price difference and the girl that helped me earlier hadn't mentioned anything else ($.76 isn't an issue) so I looked at her and went back out to the car again after I had been waiting for them to switch out three cakes and I said to her, it's a little silly to be so worried about charging a customer $.76 and making me go back out to the car again when you've already inconvenienced the customer by not taking the order correctly the first time and she looks at me dead straight in the face and says "oh, I'm sorry, we could just leave the three chocolate cakes in there for you if you'd like" ... I explained that I want the right cakes I ordered the first time and that I'd pay her $.76... As a business owner and a manager I'm disgusted by her demeanor and lack of professionalism and her attitude is not something customers should have to deal with after waiting for nearly 20-25 min to get a dozen simple cakes. The prices are a bit more than a standard grocery store, but we find the quality is always top notch and worth it for a special treat! I was already expecting that but this location has set such a high bar when it comes to customer service. We are still in the midst of a pandemic and this locale has really done an exceptional job with creating an environment that lessens contact. It was Mother's Day weekend when I decided to just stop in for a few mini cakes. A super busy weekend for them but they were well prepared. The inside was available for drop ins and a designated area outside on the side of the building was dedicated to scheduled pick ups. It all moved effortlessly. The employees were all so extremely personable and helpful. I was in and out in a flash. Wow. I must say I'm completely shocked and disappointed. I've been buying buntinis every year for my twins' birthdays and I couldn't be more disgusted by the complete unprofessionalism and disregard due to "corporate policy". I just spent over $150 to take 5 dozens to my kids' school for their birthday. I was looking for a bag to transport the 5 dozen, but they "don't give them out". There was no offered solution so I kept asking for suggestions to package these so I could carry the 5 dozen. Wondering how I am going to transport these? I HAD TO BUY THE BAGS. When I asked why there were bagged orders sitting in front of me, the answer was that those were for delivery. I was planning to buy the 2 cakes that I normally do for their party on Saturday, but needless to say, that will not be happening. When you charge over $30 a dozen, the least you could do is give me a bag for the oversized boxes. Common sense here. Wow. Stopped in on day 2 of opening. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I asked several questions since it was my first time at any of their stores. They are franchised. This location is located in the Brookfield shopping center around the corner from Kung Fu Tea and across from Chick Fil A. Hours appear to be 9:30-6:00pm. They offered samples of Pumpkin Spice. This sample was super moist and full of flavor. They bake on the premises and they bake daily. They carry mini bundts called bundtinis. These bundtinis are only sold by the dozen for $21. They also have Bundlets of various flavors. The have cakes from 8" to 10" and can be decorated. The store also has lots of cute mugs and platters. After seeing that I could get a 10 inch cake for $2 more, I was told that I could not exchange the cake for the 10 inch cake even though I had not touched or left the store with the cake. Company policy I was told was the reason I could not do the exchange. I then decided to take the cake but asked them if they could ice the cake since I ordered a cake with no frosting. The nice young lady gave me a cake that was already iced in its place so that I would not have to wait. Since the eight inch was so small I ended up purchasing a second cake for $42. Tell me, you could give me another cake, but would not allow me to exchange the cake for a larger one. This makes no sense as I know you will resell the one that was ordered. read more

I am not a huge sweets person, but when it comes to Nothing Bundt Cakes I can't help indulge in their cakes. They are simply phenomenal! The cake is moist and the frosting is to die for. They have a variety of flavors, but my favorite would be the confetti, even though I tried their vanilla one and that was amazing too. I had family in town so wanted to get them to experience the goodness... and boy did they. We demolished this box of bundtinis. A little note about the bundtini box is that they have a pre-made box that already has a standard assortment, or you can customize your dozen. If customizing your dozen you will have to wait approx 20 mins. For me that wasn't a huge deal seeing that I was able to choose which ones I wanted. Love, love, love this place! I ran into this little spot on my way to Trader Joe's right down the street. I like cake (hell who doesn't) and also love to check out new spots so I stopped. Glad I did it is a cute little shop and I love that they provide samples of one of their flavors. They sale full size bundt cakes, smaller size the size of a cupcakes, and the mini bundt which is a little larger than a cupcake. After tasting the red velvet sample I grabbed that flavor and a pecan praline in the mini bundt size. Tried the pecan praline and it is as a good and moist as the red velvet and a great price of $4.25 or $4.75 I can't remember. Definitely will be back to try the other flavors!
