Came on Friday to get some banana 'nilla bundt cake (limited offering). Not only was the cashier super friendly with a charming smile, but the bundt cake is delicious. The ambiance and decor of the establishment is both warm and welcoming and it's filled with delicious treats. Been to another location before. Their cakes are delicious. Smallish store with mall parking outside. I pulled right up to the front door. Took me quite a moment to find the place because my GPS told me "I was here" and I didn't see it cuz it's around the front! Super moist flavorful delicious decadence!!! Banana pudding in the middle topped with cream cheese frosting. Two for $14 + change. Pure banana flavor. Damn, these cakes are good. Got myself and icy cold cup of milk + a fork and went to town. Two thumbs up! read more

We grabbed a few of the small cakes on the way to a friend's house and they were enjoyable but nothing truly special. The carrot cake was tasty and fairly moist but honestly tasted similar to what you'd buy at the grocery store, just in Bundt form and they used the same icing for all the cakes. Service was fast and friendly and we didn't have a wait since there wasn't anyone else in the store on a cold Saturday around noon. The store fairly small and is made for to go orders without any tables or chairs so plan to get your items to go rather than eat there. Honestly we ended up here since there wasn't any parking at the bakery we really wanted to stop at, so this place worked just fine as a substitute and I'd come back but not a place I'd make a special trip to visit. read more

This place does not miss. The cakes are soft, fresh, and delicious. This is my go to spot for a last minute dessert or special occasion cake. They also work very well for distribution at professional events. I have given these cakes as gifts several times and always receive rave reviews. This Springfield location is pristine clean and the customer service is always great. I highly recommend. Thank you for consistently providing a great product and equally great customer service. read more

The saddest customer service I've ever received at any Bundt Cake location ever! I've actually been to this exact location many times and had great service and the staff was always kind and helpful. I don't know if management or ownership has changed here but it has declined drastically. I placed an order for a dozen of their bundtini cakes and they told me to wait 15 min which I did in my car and when I picked up the order they had the box sealed and asked me to check to see if the frosting was alright on all of them through a whole. I did and everything was fine. I get to the car and decided to open the box to grab one of the cakes and I noticed there was a row of chocolate cakes which I did not order, so I went back in the shop and explained to them I didn't order chocolate cake I asked for the chocolate chip cake, the girl said she was sorry and mentioned the chocolate chip was gluten free and asked if I still wanted it, I said yes, that's not problem, I just don't like all that chocolate on top of chocolate for the gluten free is no problem. She took the cakes to the back and explained they're working on it. Didn't say anything else. Johanna comes to the front while I'm still waiting for the box and she's like that will be an extra $.76 and I looked at her confused because no where does it say there is a price difference and the girl that helped me earlier hadn't mentioned anything else ($.76 isn't an issue) so I looked at her and went back out to the car again after I had been waiting for them to switch out three cakes and I said to her, it's a little silly to be so worried about charging a customer $.76 and making me go back out to the car again when you've already inconvenienced the customer by not taking the order correctly the first time and she looks at me dead straight in the face and says "oh, I'm sorry, we could just leave the three chocolate cakes in there for you if you'd like" ... I explained that I want the right cakes I ordered the first time and that I'd pay her $.76... As a business owner and a manager I'm disgusted by her demeanor and lack of professionalism and her attitude is not something customers should have to deal with after waiting for nearly 20-25 min to get a dozen simple cakes. Clearly the staff at this location needs more training! read more

In and out in the less than 5 minutes. The customer service was excellent. Greeted as soon as my mini and walked through the door. All flavors were available which was a first for me (I've been to multiple locations... they're usually out of something I want). The cakes are chilled so allow your Bundt to thaw or at least get to room temperature. Soft, moist and delicious! The store is bright and inviting as most locations are. read more

False advertising and "Customer Care" has gone silent. Complaint not specific to the Springfield store, but to corporate and their 'loyalty rewards program'. Got an email saying I had been given an award and the I could redeem it through a link button. This didn't go anywhere useful and there was no award showing on my account page. After a lengthy online chat and an email exchange, I was told "Customer Care" was informed and would investigate and get back to me within 2 days. LOVE this location and of course the treats. It's easy for us to get to with plenty of parking. I love that we can buy small bundtinis so everyone can have their own flavor. I appreciate the rotation of the special flavor as well. I am just sad when I forget to go before they rotate haha. My son is always happy to have NBC for a celebration or just because. The prices are a bit more than a standard grocery store, but we find the quality is always top notch and worth it for a special treat! It's a cute store with lots of cute gift items if you're going to a celebration party or just because you need something. I've never had a bad experience here. I love they offer (for a small fee) the cake cuter for the large size cake. It's a nice add on if you're going to an event and don't want to carry around a knife and spatula, it's the perfect answer. read more

Not my first time trying Nothing Bundt Cakes, and it's still just as delicious as I remember. Springfield, VA - we'd driven by this place so many times but with a birthday on the horizon it was time to stop in. The shop is cheery and bright with the cake options pleasantly displayed in a cooler front and center. The bakery counter person was cheery and welcoming matching the vibe of the store. This was especially notable given we arrived close to closing time for the evening. She was very helpful in explaining the options for us the first time visitors. I appreciated her careful attention to the pricing details including a cost estimate with tax. We left with two bundtlet and as members of the rewards program. Having tried the lemon bundtlet, I am certain the chocolate chip will be equally light, moist and delicious. I appreciated the brown paper bag as it's very recyclable and looked quite smart with the sticker on it. The plastic container containing the bundtlet seemed recyclable but I would appreciate more guidance on that. Maybe it would be nice if that was paper too. read more

Customer service is always top notch! But was disappointed unfortunately of the new flavor they had that I chose for my bday freebie. Believe the reviews on this one. First if you've ever had a nothing bundt cakes you already know they are delicious!! I was already expecting that but this location has set such a high bar when it comes to customer service. We are still in the midst of a pandemic and this locale has really done an exceptional job with creating an environment that lessens contact. It was Mother's Day weekend when I decided to just stop in for a few mini cakes. A super busy weekend for them but they were well prepared. The inside was available for drop ins and a designated area outside on the side of the building was dedicated to scheduled pick ups. It all moved effortlessly. The employees were all so extremely personable and helpful. I was in and out in a flash. I don't live near Springfield but I'll travel to this particular location just because they take customer service so serious. Highly highly recommend this location. read more

I think , no I know Nothing Bundt Cake has become a staple when celebrating birthdays! They have been amazing during the pandemic as well. You can easily place an order online so it is ready when you need it or you can pop in and pick up your sweet treats. The floor is easily marked to so you can socially distance and the staff is observing all safety protocols. The cakes are always delicious!! Each cake has been super fresh every single time!! Wanted to get a celebratory dessert for my step-mom's 96th birthday - and my what a hit the "Signature" Bundtinis were! We had a small group of 9, so she got to take a few back to her room. The cakes were not overly sweet - and were just the right size for less-than-inflated appetites. The Signature flavors were perfect, and I was in and out of the shop in no time at all! Did I mention the decorations?? Darling party hats and pom-poms added just the happy feeling we were looking for. I'm so glad Nothing Bundt Cakes is also located in our home area. read more

Wow. I must say I'm completely shocked and disappointed. I've been buying buntinis every year for my twins' birthdays and I couldn't be more disgusted by the complete unprofessionalism and disregard due to "corporate policy". I just spent over $150 to take 5 dozens to my kids' school for their birthday. I was looking for a bag to transport the 5 dozen, but they "don't give them out". There was no offered solution so I kept asking for suggestions to package these so I could carry the 5 dozen. Wondering how I am going to transport these? I HAD TO BUY THE BAGS. When I asked why there were bagged orders sitting in front of me, the answer was that those were for delivery. I was planning to buy the 2 cakes that I normally do for their party on Saturday, but needless to say, that will not be happening. When you charge over $30 a dozen, the least you could do is give me a bag for the oversized boxes. Common sense here. Wow. Poor business decisions made by corporate intended to save a couple of pennie's while completely ignoring the customer needs. Thanks, but no thanks. read more

I ALWAYS come here for cakes that are super moist and delicious. You really can't go wrong with any of their flavors. This is a great option to bring to any birthday or parties in general. We especially love this red velvet with cream cheese frosting. It's just so so good. I love their ordering system too where you can pick curbside pick up. They also give you options to add decorations. Their minis are also a great way to try different flavors. Others we've like are the chocolate, carrot, and pecan praline! Do yourself a favor a try their cakes!! read more

Stopped in on day 2 of opening. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I asked several questions since it was my first time at any of their stores. They are franchised. This location is located in the Brookfield shopping center around the corner from Kung Fu Tea and across from Chick Fil A. Hours appear to be 9:30-6:00pm. They offered samples of Pumpkin Spice. This sample was super moist and full of flavor. They bake on the premises and they bake daily. They carry mini bundts called bundtinis. These bundtinis are only sold by the dozen for $21. They also have Bundlets of various flavors. The have cakes from 8" to 10" and can be decorated. The store also has lots of cute mugs and platters. They can also customize and wrap your bundlets. read more

I ordered an eight inch cake. After seeing that I could get a 10 inch cake for $2 more, I was told that I could not exchange the cake for the 10 inch cake even though I had not touched or left the store with the cake. Company policy I was told was the reason I could not do the exchange. I then decided to take the cake but asked them if they could ice the cake since I ordered a cake with no frosting. The nice young lady gave me a cake that was already iced in its place so that I would not have to wait. Since the eight inch was so small I ended up purchasing a second cake for $42. Tell me, you could give me another cake, but would not allow me to exchange the cake for a larger one. This makes no sense as I know you will resell the one that was ordered. read more

I am not a huge sweets person, but when it comes to Nothing Bundt Cakes I can't help indulge in their cakes. They are simply phenomenal! The cake is moist and the frosting is to die for. They have a variety of flavors, but my favorite would be the confetti, even though I tried their vanilla one and that was amazing too. I had family in town so wanted to get them to experience the goodness... and boy did they. We demolished this box of bundtinis. A little note about the bundtini box is that they have a pre-made box that already has a standard assortment, or you can customize your dozen. If customizing your dozen you will have to wait approx 20 mins. For me that wasn't a huge deal seeing that I was able to choose which ones I wanted. Love, love, love this place! Definitely my go to place when I'm feeling for a sweet treat. read more

I ran into this little spot on my way to Trader Joe's right down the street. I like cake (hell who doesn't) and also love to check out new spots so I stopped. Glad I did it is a cute little shop and I love that they provide samples of one of their flavors. They sale full size bundt cakes, smaller size the size of a cupcakes, and the mini bundt which is a little larger than a cupcake. After tasting the red velvet sample I grabbed that flavor and a pecan praline in the mini bundt size. Tried the pecan praline and it is as a good and moist as the red velvet and a great price of $4.25 or $4.75 I can't remember. Definitely will be back to try the other flavors!
