You can immediately tell this is a place built on heart, humility, and truly good people. The service stood out in the best way. I asked whether the Caesar dressing contained anchovies due to a pregnancy restriction, and although our server wasn't completely sure, he handled it with care and thoughtfulness. He brought the dressing on the side and offered to swap it entirely out of an abundance of caution, which meant a lot and showed how much they value their guests' comfort. And the food. Absolutely delicious. Every dish tasted fresh and authentic, and the sauces alone are worth coming back for. You can tell everything is made with intention and pride.
