Ordered and paid using their website a day ahead and picked it up at 5 PM, parking right in front on Laurel, and left it out to come up to room temp for a couple of hours while having a most delicious sushi dinner at Hakkai (they have rolls now). By the time she came back, I had found a congrats greeting card I wanted to get for my colleague and asked her to ring me up again. He actually popped out under the guise of going to the hardware store for a quick errand and had timed everything accordingly. He was very disappointed for two reasons: 1) At the shop, there were 3 employees, but no one helped him when he came in, even though he was simply picking up a pre-order.
