I just moved into the neighborhood and stopped by on my way home for an evening treat. I chose a carrot cake for myself and a white chocolate raspberry for my husband, at the recommendation of the young lady at the counter. The cake was incredibly moist and presentation was spot on. These personal cakes are so cute and big enough to share with someone if you are not a huge sweet lover. I am glad i stopped in and will be back again. read more

Quaint place with pretty great, rich sweets. Giving them leeway for a busy day, but the workers forgot my order 3 times, and I waited for an hour for 3 bundtlets. Good food, far from the most organized. read more

I picked up a strawberries and cream for my boyfriend's birthday. I had to wait about 30-40 minutes while they made it because there weren't any already made. I couldn't decide which flavor I wanted and went back and forth. I think the girl waiting on my got s bit frustrated with me but I wasn't choosing fur myself and I had never tasted any of their cakes. I actually think it would be nice to possibly have at least a few of the flavors for people to sample. The store is small but very clean and cute. The parking is very limited. I wound up parking in the back of the building and had to walk sort of through a drive thru on one side of the building to go in the front door. There's no back entrance. The Bundt cakes are lovely. We brought it to a painting event that evening. It was good but I have to say it's very sweet! You definitely need to have a sweet tooth! I could only eat a few bites. While it's not for me, I do think it's a good and reasonably priced cake to take to an event/party. read more

very disappointed this morning when I get home and there are no decorations on my mini bundts for Christmas. That was one reason I ordered 2 dozen, those little gnomes. Now I have 24 little cakes with no Christmas to them at all. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDERS. Drove in from Slidell, they said I could come back and get them or a refund for. decorations. The cakes are delicious, but the young adolescent workers are horrible! Two young girls working behind the counter were literally laughing and picking a mosquito scab on the other girl's shoulder. Absolutely disgusting! No gloves and didn't wash their hands after. The store was full of customers waiting for their order as they were laughing and doing this. I was so excited to go in with my birthday coupon for a free bundlet. I haven't been in years, so I was thrilled when I received the email. First of all, none of the girls working were friendly at all, which surprised me. Secondly, I told the girl who helped me that I was there to use my birthday coupon and I showed her the email. She first said, I need to check the expiration date, which I thought... well, maybe they have people trying to get things for free. My coupon was not expired and I had double checked before heading that way, so I knew I was good on that front. Next, she asked for my driver's license and wrote down all my information on a clipboard, which was bizarre to me and made me feel like a criminal. Then, she asked which cake I wanted and I looked and picked one and she says, that one isn't included... ok.... Picked a different one and went on my way. Out of curiosity, I checked my email later and nowhere on it does it mention flavor exclusions, so who knows.... I'm sure the cake I picked will be good, but I will never go back due to the weird experience. To the owners or manager, please train your employees to be kind and not so suspicious of customers. While I understand that you have to validated a coupon, being nice would go a long way. read more

The cakes here are delicious. The staff is incredibly nice and also helpful. I ordered my cake the day before I picked it up. When I went to get it I had my hands full with my toddler son. The staff offered to bring the cake to my car and place it inside. The cake I ordered was a pecan praline for my wife's birthday. Everyone loved it! Leftover cake will last about 3-4 days in the refrigerator. read more

Absolutely delicious! The cakes are extremely moist and the frosting to cake ratio is perfectly balanced. I am in love with the chocolate chocolate chip! The parking is a little wacky with no entrance in the front so I passed it up and made it as they were closing. The staff was kind enough to let me in before they locked the doors. I ordered online for pick up the same day as someone highly recommend their cakes. I ordered around 3pm and called back at 5pm to cancel my order as I didn't realize it was that far of a drive from Slidell during traffic time; I had a 6pm pick up and leaving at 5pm I wouldn't have made it in time. I was coming from work. I called to cancel my order and she said it was already made and couldn't cancel. So I lost out on money and received no cake in return! She wasn't even understanding on the phone and I definitely will not use this location ever again! I am very picky when it comes to cake and frosting, as I am avid baker and make my own buttercream, and this is some of the best cake/frosting I've ever had. The cake is perfectly moist and dense, but still manages to feel light and soft. I've tried several of the flavors, and I haven't been disappointed with a single one. The absolute WORST customer service experience in my life!!! I ordered bundtinis and a 10in cake at 1:25pm for pickup the next day at 1pm. Within 3 hours I call because I realize it's just too much for the few people that are coming to the baby shower arranged. What's crazy is I understood if they didn't want to loose the money so I suggested we just do more bundtinis or change the flavor of the larger cake. They wouldn't do ANYTHING!!!!! The cake wasn't even in the process of being made, she stuck to her 48 hour cancellation window she said they have.....ummmm I didn't even order 48 hours in advance!!! I mean I could understand if the cake were made already but seriously ... or even if I just wanted to cancel the whole order. But I was willing to keep the order just remove the larger cake for something else. I will NEVER do business here again!!!! She said they had a 24 hour order window which was a lie because when I ordered at 1:25 PM they had a 5 PM slot....I asked to speak to the manager, she said she would have her call me and she would call the next morning....seriously...by then they probably would start the cake and it would be too late then! Soooooo unprofessional, they act as if they don't make enough money that they can't simply change an order for a customer. She was willing to go through ZERO lengths!! I have never in my life!! I drove almost 3 hours to do business with them...wow is all I can say. I'm beyond upset. Cakes are delicious but not worth this type of experience. read more
