A bit pricy, but everything was clean and well-kept. I would return here for the variety of toppings and prompt service. I wouldn't recommend this location for large parties, though. The staff seemed overwhelmed at the handful of people in there with us, which is more of a staffing problem for the owners to remedy. read more

The Ice Cream was so good that I come back every other day. I would recommend vanilla and chocolate swirl.

Times have changed since I have last gone to TCBY. There's not really a certain price menu for scoops of ice cream. It now goes by weight. This location also servers Mrs. Feilds (cookies) products. It's a nice place to bring your family or kids. Colorful cool spot. They now have soft serve all well. They also have a drive-through. I see there is an offer for Saturday and Sunday $5 fill up. read more

Oh my gosh!!! Banana pudding ice cream the best thing ever !!! You gotta try this I will drive 59 miles for it

'Take your food and get out of here' That is what the white woman cashier at TCBY (1736 Gause Blvd, Slidell, Louisiana) just told me while I was buying 3 quarts of yogurt with my toddler. Here's what exactly happened...so I bought 3 different flavors and when I looked inside the bag, the cashier didn't put the spoons in so I instinctively grabbed couple of spoons from the box on the counter and all hell broke lose. This cashier just went berserk on me. I told her, hey, calm down and I'm sorry, we are all in it together and that she forgot to pack spoons inside the bag with the yogurt so I impulsively grabbed the spoons and that again, I'm sorry. But no way, Jose', this white cashier started giving me a lecture on the pandemic and mask and gloves and not to touch the things behind a counter. Btw, the cashier kept taking her mask off while we were there for 15 min so the cashier, in turn, was the biggest threat to me and the baby. TCBY has CCTV cameras so apparently, the establishment is tolerating this illegal behavior as all employees of retail businesses who come in contact with customers, must wear mask and gloves at all times period. I tried to pacify the situation by apologizing but she wasn't having it and told me that she has to throw all the disposable of 25 spoons out ( big freaking deal) and that, I should take my food and get out of here. Now, as I person of color, brown, I know a Racist if I see one anywhere anytime and this white cashier is a Racist. From her tone, demeanor, voice, angry look of disgust and then what came out of her mouth. TCBY yogurt lost a customer for life and I'll report this incident to TCBY corporate. Racist people should be reported right away and shouldn't be working at our local eateries in the first place. I'll not patronize this establishment ever again and would Not recommend anyone who is expecting a courteous customer service to do so either. read more

TCBY!! Please come to Southern California- specially, Dana Point/Laguna! I am such a fro yo fan and TCBY has always ranked as one of my top favorites. Years ago, I lived in Santa Monica and the TCBY in Montana Ave was a go-to. I loved white chocolate mouse and was happy to see that they still carry that flavor. The only thing different is the self serve stations, like everyone seems to be doing these days. I also find it so funny that fro yo is more expensive in LA vs where I live in CA. Either way, I was not disappointed with the Slidell TCBY - delicious fro yo and the employees were super sweet. Great experience! read more

TCBY has numerous flavors to choose from, and alternates in between seasons! Flavors like toasted marshmallow, and even star berry cream and Oreo is available from time to time. They measure it by ounce, and the gigantic amount of toppings they have make it so hard to choose from, it's a nice treat every once in a while. If you're looking to save a few bucks on the yogurt, they always have coupons and offers available through their Facebook page. My favorite toppings are the strawberry and pineapple boba because they practically burst in your mouth! read more

This TCBY recently opened in Slidell in the new Camellia Square shopping center. It's nice and colorful inside and they rotate the flavors on a weekly basis. I've only tried the soft serve frozen yogurt but they also offer hand dipped yogurts and smoothies. It's a typical frozen yogurt spot where you can fill up your cup with yogurt and toppings and pay per ounce. I really like the Greek honey vanilla and cake batter flavors. Try it swirled, too! read more

Got a great deal using localflavor.com. Nice location. Friendly service. Clean bathroom. Little pricey... Two 'make your own' pints came to a little over $15. Marble slab is a bit cheaper. The difference is the yogurt is weighed. Very good stuff. You can sample the different yogurts. Not every topping goes well with other toppings. To each his own preference though. There is a tv that displays different recipes if you have trouble deciding. The cookies are priced out but there is no signage regarding how much these cups are gonna come to. I saw a kid ahead of me whose yogurt was taller but came out costing less than mine. Perhaps the toppings I chose were heavier or maybe he made his peak like a mountain while I manuevered my cup so that my layers were flatter. I dont know, but I was caught off guard by the price. I dont really like not knowing how much something is until I have to pay for it. What if I didnt bring enough money? Do I scoop what I cant afford out? Im sure I probably couldve asked to weigh it before but it was quite crowded in there. Thats why i only gave it 4 stars. Anyway, thanks to the coupon our total for 2 pints came to $15.47 out of a $20 coupon. So we got a mini cookie cake and 2 nibblers. Havent tasted those yet..so i cant give it a review. Im sure theyre tasty, though. read more

This was my first visit to a TCBY-ever. I was visiting my BFF who lives in Slidell LA, and this location just happens to be less than 2 miles from her house. Our 2 older sons wanted a sweet treat, but didn't want a snowball like the other younger siblings did. I offered to take our sons for frozen yogurt, as I was curious about this business. It just so happened that my BFF had coupons too- deal!! But to be honest, I wouldn't except anything less from her, as we met on a coupon site. Anyways.... I took our sons, and the coupons and was excited to check this place out. It's a self serve, frozen yogurt place, where you add your own toppings at your our discretion. Everything gets put on a scale and weighted out, and multiplied at a "per ounce" price. I was thankful that my friend had "3 ounces free" coupons for our boys, and one for my hubby. My BFFs son kept his simple and just got yogurt. My son got a mix of 2 yogurts, crush nuts and granola. I made a mixed flavor combo for my hubby with crushed mixed nuts topping. Our sons had a great time making their own desserts. The store was super clean and well set up. It was easy to navigate through all the choices. My hubby loved the creation I brought him home. The coupons we had made it a great deal. The price per ounce was a little high compared to other ice cream places, making it a more expensive place to enjoy a frozen treat at. Its probably not a place I would visit without a coupon if I lived near one, as the ounces add up quickly. We will most likely visit on our next return to Slidell, with or without a coupon though, because what the heck, we're on vacation and the kids liked it. read more

TCBY Camellia Square - the outside of a restaurant - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Slidell, Louisiana

We have been to this TCBY multiple times. It is always clean, bathrooms are clean also. They give the local school kids coupons often as rewards. It is a nice gesture and gets us to go in some. The younger teen worker are always nice. They usually have balloon sword the kids can have. This trip I let my girls get their ice cream and I bought a quart of the chocolate chip cookie dough and it is delicious. $9 for the quart which is expensive compare to buying a half gallon somewhere but I purchased a coupon from "Local Flavor" for $10 and got $20 worth of stuff. You can't use this on any other discounts so you have to pay full price but it works out to not be a bad deal. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the older lady who works there is never very welcoming. read more

This place is super hip and funky. With club like laser lights and upbeat music, this place is definitely for the younger generation. They have frozen yogurt in an assortment of flavors that you fill your cup up to your own liking. They also have ice cream in a bunch of different flavors. The toppings are endless, from an assortment of candies, nuts, gummies, sour worms, chocolate and marshmallows just to name a few. Drive through on the side of the building makes it easy to get your sweet treat on the go. And they also have a mrs. Fields in the store as well if you were craving a cookie or brownie of some sort. Staff is very friendly. Prices are a little high, but the quality is definitely there. read more

So glad to see that you all are back in slidell. Love tcby. . everyone need to go try this ice cream. You can't go wrong....

The Country's Best Yogurt (TCBY), great place for getting frozen yogurt. They have a variety (10 flavors) of soft serve and a variety (16 flavors) of hand scooped frozen yogurt, not to mention a large variety (36+ items) of toppings to give it your own flavor twist. The price of this delicious delight is determined by weight. The staff is very friendly and keep the toppings bar tidy. They also keep there restrooms fresh and clean. The music was at a reasonable volume to conversate with you compradre. They have a light effect that flashed against the pearl white wavy wall along with the beats of the music, pretty neat, check out the photos. They have a drive thru but I would imagine unless you have a specific choice of flavors, the drive thru robs you the ability to customize your dessert. You can get your frozen yogurt in a cup, cone, cake, or shake. Great place to hang out inside or outside and enjoy a low fat treat, just watch out with the toppings, you can really pack on the calories and sugars. read more

The store in Slidell was horrendous! Manager was rude and discourteous, very poorly managed. Employee laughed and ignored anything we said. Went in for a $5 banana split, told "no bananas". (Wal- Mart is 2 minutes away, Winn-Dixie, 3. Hey, guess what, they sell bananas!) Told by the "manager" she could not substitute some fruit for lack of bananas. Really? Said she'd give me a sundae, and continued bickering about it. So she gives me a hot fudge sundae. I never said anything about a hot fudge sundae! She throws the thing in the garbage and looks angry!! My my! The sundae she made was pathetic! She said it will be like a banana split, 3 flavors. Nope!! One very larger scoop of chocolate with vanilla under it. Couldn't find the strawberry!! We'll never, ever go back to this place. The "syrup" she put on it was pitiful! YUK!! read more

A ritual weekend stop for my wife and I. Always good yogurt, most of the staff is super nice, and always a clean store.

We used to come here regularly as the kids like to load up on the toppings. But he last time we went, the yogurt was very strange tasting. It had a citric acid flavor that burned our tongues. I told the people working there, and they said it tasted normal. We won't be going back. read more

Love this place. Always so clean and awesome staff. I also found a 50% off deal for TCBY Slidell on LocalFlavor.com. Clipper Magazine's deal site which is similar to Groupon. Great food and wonderful service. A great new find for sure! read more

I love this place! It's about time Slidell got a good fro-yo place. Always clean and hygienic. I stop in Slidell quite often because I have a lot of family here and this is where we always end up coming to at night. The atmosphere is really nice and the workers are always courteous. There's a nice seating area outside the shop. The best part is that they now serve Mrs.Fields cookies. I recommend everyone to stop by this place if you are ever in the area. read more
