I visited the Pontchartrain location. As a first-time customer, I want to mention that the young girl, Holland, working the drive-thru around 6 a.m. was very upbeat and kind. However she couldn't be more than 15-16 years old, if that. After the charge posted to my account, I noticed it was more than double what I was originally charged. My total at the window was just $5.48, and I did not add a tip since I went through the drive-thru. When the charge finalized, it showed over $13.48. I'm not sure if this was an honest mistake or Holland entering an $8 tip that I didn't give her, but it was concerning to see such a large difference after the transaction was completed. I would recommend customers double-checking their receipts and making sure "no tip" is written if they do not intend to leave one, to prevent something like this happening to them. I hope management looks into this so it doesn't happen to other customers. UPDATE: After speaking with Shannon, a shift manager, she stated if I brought my receipt in she'd handle it. I then told her Holland never provided a final receipt, only asked me to sign one and gave me my donuts through the drive-thru window and said "Have a good day". I did inform Shannon that I had a screenshot of the charge being updated in my back account and that she could view it here because I'd already left a review about my experience. Shannon then stated she will reach out to the owner Maddie to have this issue resolved. I will update this review on whether I do or do not receive a resolution to this matter.

Asked to have one feed 20-30 people. I was told it would feed 24 people.... this definitely wasnt going to do that unless everyone got a little taste. Anyway .... Got it home and opened the box... lets start with the letters. They were not cut straight (although I was told a cutter was used) .... the letters were also not cleaned up. I'm not a cake decorator but I'm pretty sure left over powder wasnt supposed to be left on the letters ‍ Next... it was completely uneven and cracked in the back, which you can see in the pictures. -- I got blamed for my driving for this one.. ‍ Next... it couldn't even be cut into pieces. It all crumbled when it was actually cut.... And last but not least, my favorite part.... there was a ribbon at the bottom I was unaware of. So after realizing a knife was going through it I pulled it off, and low and behold it was a ribbon... umm what??? The view was unique and right on the bayou, which added a relaxed, scenic backdrop to the meal. With live jazz and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, the whole experience felt distinctly Louisiana in the best way.
