I went on there Friday morning. They seemed pretty busy but when I received my box the employee was not warm and pushed the box in my hand and walked away. They also forgot the dollop of frosting on the Blueberry Pancake cookie. It was still delicious but the service was NOT good. read more

I hadn't heard of Crumbl and saw the long lines when it opened. The plus side is that everything is made from scratch and quality ingredients. Portions are huge. And it would be hard to eat one whole cooke. Some are much sweeter than others. Fruit cookie was least sweet. Cookies are so thick it almost seems like a cross between a cake and cookie. There were about 8 staff in there mixing and baking cookies. The downside was that their mixers were up front out in the open where bugs could fly in or customers sneeze. There was no sanitary separation from the mixer like a glass door or partition. They also have preference to online orders so walk-ins were extremely backed up. However, they still made the online order people get I. The back of the line with the rest then call their name to get out of line. Seemed silly that they didn't have signage and a different line for online orders. Their process for assembling and getting orders ready was extremely inefficient. A streamlined process could have served triple the people in half the time. Their pre-packed ice cream was nothing special and no different than the freezer case at the grocery store. My estimation is this is a trendy place for those wanting to impress their friends at parties and co-workers. It is similar to a Sprinkles Cupcakes or designer milkshake, a ton of sugar, a high price, and bragging rights. My children tried all 6 flavors and none of them were dying to have it again. read more

My friend and I visited this location twice in one day; once for gift cards and once for cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We easily procured the gift cards and later that night decided to go back for cookies. We ended up getting a four pack of cookies. I can't speak for the flavors too directly because they change all the time, but we did get the original chocolate chip and honestly.... It wasn't that good. Of the 4 flavors we got the chocolate chip was my least favorite. So I would honestly skip that one if you notice a flavor you'd rather try. Otherwise the other flavors were awesome. Not impressed. As a regular of Crumbl in Metairie, Baton Rouge, and Gulfport, I was ecstatic to hear that Crumbl was coming to Covington! After eating countless Crumbl cookies while traveling for work, I'd like to think of myself as a Crumbl Connoisseur. One thing I could always expect from Crumbl was consistently. Unfortunately, the Covington location has failed to meet my expectations. Last week, I purchased a 6-pack of the weekly flavors, and was shocked to discover that each cookie was undercooked. The center of each cookie had a doughy consistency, unlike the typical gooey center that I know and love. I brushed this off as an outlier because of Crumbl's flawless reputation. This week, I returned to Crumbl in Covington with confidence that last week had been a fluke. I couldn't have been more wrong. After speaking with management, I was told that nothing could be done to improve the cookies because they follow Corporate's directions on cookie temps and times. Because of this, I have reason to believe that Covington's ovens are not consistent with other store locations. Please look into this and possibly recalibrate your ovens. I look forward to a future filled with consistent Crumbl cookies! read more

I decided to give this location a try and placed a pickup order. When I picked up my order they were out of almost everything I ordered. I ended up with the same two flavors for the entire box. Once I got home I opened the box to find out all the cookies were raw. I'm a fan of slightly underbaked cookies, but these were completely raw and disgusting. I contacted customer service on their website who said they couldn't do anything and to contact the store. I contacted the store where I spoke to the manager who said he'd have to contact his boss. I was then told I'd have to bring the cookies back to get a refund. I live 40 minutes away and had already tossed the cookies to make sure my kids didn't end up eating them and getting sick. The person I was in contact with seemed to be trying to help to get a resolution but I was told he couldn't give me a refund because the company would not allow him to. I won't be going to any Crumbl locations anymore. Paying for overpriced cookies to end up getting home with an inedible product and told they won't refund me is just very bad service. read more
