Great place to get snoballs. I usually get a stuffed one with vanilla ice cream and mango and peach syrup. Definitely try them if you are nearby. read more

Loved this cute little place! We were visiting from out of town and bayou Snoballs was the perfect stop for great snacks. The workers were all so nice and friendly as well! 10/10 recommend!!!! read more

Bayou Snowballs is AMAZING!!! The snowballs are big and tightly packed with great shaved ice and awesome sweet syrup. They also have a wide variety of delicious add-ons and so much more! You can sit out on their deck or picnic tables. But-BEWARE- they close six months out of the year! Yeah, that's right, from October to April you cannot enjoy this icee treat! Get it while you can. Oh, they also have great nachos and cheese(almost forgot about that)! read more

ms kiley and ms carey are the 2 reasons my whole family and i, will always go to bayou snoballs whenever we get frozen treats!! Joy in every cup ' Rejoice in the Lord always' (Phil. 4:4) Kind smiles with every snowball 'Gracious words are like honeycomb' (Prov. 16:24)." Godbless read more

They have the best ice & snoballs around! service is always fast! Their nachos are the best in town and they have homemade chili! They have new ice cream nachos , paired with the caramel is amazing!! Drive thru options and seating options to enjoy your treat! read more

Snowballs ice is hard and there is not enough juice. The staff tries to charge you extra for more syrup when the snowball never had enough in the first place. Nachos chips are often stall while cheese is warm not hot. read more

The sour grape, extra juice, stuffed with ice cream is my absolute favorite. I literally crave this thing more often than I want to admit. The woman who is almost always there is so kind and genuine. I only wish they were open a bit later because that after dinner sweet treat starts sounding real good about 8pm great little local place. read more

Living in Houston you can only get snoballs a few places. I heard that New Orleans was the place to get them. I know this is Slidell but was told this was a cool spot. The lady who took our order was cool and when we asked which was sweeter between the Tigers blood and Tutti Frutti she gladly gave us jello shot size samples. I ordered the Watermelon/Pineapple in a kiddie size and the kiddie size is about 8oz! The ice is soft but I prefer it a bit softer but the flavor was on point. Although it didn't look like alot of juice it definitely was and perfect for a hot day. If you looking for a cold treat for a hot day stop by! read more

I would not recommend visiting this Bayou snowball stand. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing, as the staff displayed unwelcoming attitudes throughout plenty of visits. Additionally, the snowballs are overpriced considering the quality provided. The cups are often only half-filled. In some cases, there's either hardly any syrup or so much that it overwhelms the small amount of ice included. Toppings are also given in very minimal amounts, even when requested. Overall, this was the most unsatisfactory snowball stand I've encountered in Slidell area! Overall: 0/10 Quality: 0/10 read more

little to no juice, it was basically just straight shaved ice with a little bit of syrup

Love this place! The ice is so soft! My favorite flavors are Strawberry Cheesecake & Green apple! I've had the stuffed cheesecake with the strawberry cheesecake flavor & it was really good! I always get nachos or chips with cheese! Love this place! read more

Delicious snowballs and a nice covered patio with picnic benches. I like how you get a straw in addition to a spoon. I had the chocolate which was awesome. My daughter had the cotton candy blue which she said was delicious. We love it! read more

Do not order and pay for 2 shots of condensed milk. You won't get them, despite a generous tip. Also, they should call it a "chunks of ice ball", not a snow ball because it's chunks of ice in a cup that does not absorb the juice. So go on across town wit it. To boot, I did not like how I was treated when I kindly pointed this out, nor did they rectify it. I want my $3 tip back. read more

Amazing!! Visiting G-Pa and found this little Gem .3 miles away on the fly ... while we were leaving. Lovely setup. Definitely a outdoorsy small picnic type with ALL SORTS OF Flavors and snack. Thank you to the young lady that assisted me and my mother. Heart. Any combos you'd like. read more

Huge nacho portion and the snowball was soft, smooth and awesome! Lots of flavors to choose from and the staff was friendly enough. read more

Loved this place !?really liked the pineapple snow ball !! Great choice for a hot day !

Took my babies here after a day at the lake. They have great options, and a good selection of clear snoballs! Winning!!! I did have to drive out of my way to get cash because it's cash only. But my babes had such a blast that it was worth it. read more

So this is going to be a short review because I wasn't even planning to review, but after eating this sno ball I had too! This is the juiciest sno ball I've ever had! There is no shortage of juice at all, which is rare. I've been to tons of stands and this one is legit. I ordered chocolate mint w/ condensed milk and it's bomb! Check it out and bring cash read more

Delicious and refreshing! Lots of great flavors to choose from and 1/2 the group added ice cream in the middle. Syrup does not pool at the bottom; it sticks to the ice so the flavor never dries up like other places. Very inexpensive so we came back the following day again! Service was relatively fast too for the drive through. read more

I usually love this place however after today I'm not going back. I ordered $20 worth of snowballs and all were dry. Literally no flavor!

Really enjoyed stopping here on the way back from Kenney's Seafood. They're on the same road so it's a convenient dessert spot. We got a cherry, pineapple, and peach snowball as well as a snickers twister. All but the peach were great. They were saturated with the flavoring and I confirmed the syrup doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup (which makes me very ill). My son didn't like the peach as much because he felt the sugar overpowered the flavor. Staff was friendly and patient as I asked questions due to my dietary restrictions. The medium size snowball are pretty big and only $2. They even have a drive through. They told me they don't take credit card but luckily we found cash enough to cover the bill. All in all a good experience. read more

Great spot to get a delicious snowball. Well balanced and great flavors to choose from. Only down side is they close during the winter season. So IGNORE the hours of operation posted on YELP, because they are not open. read more

Love this place, best place for snow balls in the area. A lot of flavors to choose from. Owners are really nice.

The hours say they are open everyday u til 8pm. I went at 5pm and they were closed. This is the most disappointing feeling for a pregnant woman. Update your hours to seasonal etc. read more

I love Bayou snowballs, not just because they good, but the staff is great and I love the variety of flavors. I like the sitting area and how they interact with their customers and community. They so worth the five stars and more. read more

The ice is soft but they barely give you enough syrup so the ice turns to chunks. I've been on multiple occasions where my snowball had no syrup on the bottom and sides. read more

As a recent immigrant to Louisiana, I was introduced to the glory of snowballs in May. My first experience tasting a snowball was at this location in Slidell. I cannot stress how amazing it was. They have dozens of different flavors to choose from (I've tried about 6 so far) and adding condensed milk makes it nothing sort of heavenly. Even better are the prices: you can get a medium snowball with condensed milk (enough to put most people into a sugar coma) for only $3. They even have a drive-thru. The only negative is the location: parking is minimal and the drive through, if you go at a busy time, overflows into the street. read more

Shout-out to the Yelp app for helping me find this lovely snoball spot in Slidell on the way back home after spending a day at the beach! I shared a delicious medium pina colada cream snoball, which was a lot of snoball for a little price (as is the case with most snoball stands). We really enjoyed it and will definitely stop by again on another beach trip. read more

THIS PLACE. I love snoballs, even just-okay ones. Bayou Snoballs is *outstanding*! So many flavors and combinations, sugar free options (diabetics like snoballs too!), stuffing (cheesecake, ice cream), their soft serve ice cream is delicious. They are friendly AF, and patient when I'm indecisive about all the flavors they offer. A lot of students work there in the summer, and the owners give SO many props and much respect to their work. Also their facility is clean. GO HERE!!! read more

Delicious!!! Never had one before. Much better than a snow cone. Get chocolate with condensed milk, can't go wrong.

Really friendly workers. Quick, fast, and cheap. The snowballs were very good. I loved it. This was my first time there.
