I'm constantly frustrated by cakes. Too octen they look good but then you take a bite to find they are over sweet or too dense, and when the frosting looks pretty but is rock solid. Fortunately, the bundt cakes here are light, moist, and delicious. The frosting is kind of a cream cheese frosting, soft and sweet but not cloyingly so. I ordered a tiered cake for a recent event, and everything was put together nicely with some little flags and packaged in a plastic bag which could be lifted from the knot or from the base. It was such a big hit that I went back for the bundtinis for myself and my family over the holidays. They come in a pack of a dozen. They're kind of like little cupcakes, bundt shaped without a hole in the middle, with a little frosting on top. They're a perfect little snack and come in a range of flavors. I'm partial to the chocolate and the red velvet, which has chocolate chips. I wish you could choose the flavors rather than being given a predetermined selection - that's my only complaint - but if you're looking for more of a single flavor, the bundlets look like a good size to share between two or eat in a couple of sittings. Customer service is friendly and efficient and you can order online or in store. They also have some extras like serving kits, mugs, kitchenware, and greetings cards. Okay..so I'm not the biggest sweet fan..but now that I've been here a few times, I have to say this is a great place to pick up something to treat yourself or others. The cakes are delicious (I highly recommend the seasonal flavors...and also lemon, double chocolate chip, red velvet, white chocolate raspberry(my personal fave)). And whether you get them all fancied up in a bundtlet tower (starting under $7.00) or in a larger cake, the quality and freshness is top notch, ratio of cake to frosting spot on, and packaging impeccable. I have stopped by last minute on several occasions. They always have a good assortment to pick from--but be ready to wait...this place can get busy. Their "signature" frosting, however, was mediocre. The taste reminded me of the cheap frosting you buy at the local market. I noticed all of my family members take the frosting off. This was a bit disappointing because I'm familiar with good cream cheese frosting since I myself bake cakes. I like how moist the cakes are. First off, I'm not a cake person. Why I'm giving five stars is for the stellar customer service! I was greeted when I came in and introduced to the samples and all the flavors and options when the girl working there found out it was my first time. They have mini cakes but those come in a dozen so I bought the next smallest which was about five dollars and a good size for two to share. I liked how the red velvet had chocolate bits inside. The cake was not the best I have ever had, I prefer my cakes, if I ever eat them, less sweet (Asian style) and with a little more nuanced flavors but this was solid and seemed to be made with care. oh my goodness I love this place. The cakes are so yummy and so addictive.! i've been in a few times and let me tell you every single time I go there. The service is amazing. The place is so clean. They are so nice. I have no complaints. The only complaint I have is it addictive! if you haven't tried them, you've gotta go try them. It's so worth it. The taste is just awesome. Next, on to the charges of price, nothing bundt cake would legibly be guilty of overcharging a cake at $4.49 a piece, a price of $3.50 would be more appropriate- I personally felt that the $4.49 a piece is a tad too pricey. Nothing bundt cake is also guilty for providing one of the friendliest service and also having a charming, dandy looking cake shop that might be confused as a home decor store- its like the adorable scene from alice in wonderland when they were having tea ( decorated in pastel blue, and store surrounded with white furniture, coupled with adorable accessories one can buy. I honestly am a fan of this store and its 9 classic flavors: red velvet, chocolate chip, lemon, white chocolate raspberry, marble, carrot, white wine chocolate, cinnamon swirl, and pecan praline. Im taken by the flavor and texture of its red velvet bundt cake. The uniqueness of the red velvet is the buttery and moist sensation. I was however disturbed with the taste of the icing, it's too sweet and miserably too thick for me, I would have preferred a softer variety or better yet, no icing at all, since the cake needed nothing to complement its already delicious taste. The common denominator among its 4 cake variety I've tasted is the dense and moist texture, and also the vivid flavors from each particular cake- basically it tasted exactly how its described. The store doesn't offer any seats to dine in, it's completely a take-out or order only establishment with a gallery of celebration products such as sparkly candles, tiered cake stand, and birthday cards. It definitely a gallery to browse for bundt cakes and make special orders for celebration, such as birthdays, mothers days, work event, holidays. The price of a whole decorated 8 inch cake is $31.85 (serves 8-10 people), 10 inch cake $41.95 (serves 18-20 people), while they also offer the mini bundt which I tried for $4.49, or a dozen of Bundtinis (bite sized bundt cakes) for $19.75. Parking is certainly not an issue, since its located in an affluent and big shopping centre. Its located conveniently next to the dollar store and rue 21. I would be back for more, I however would suggest the management to offer the bundt cake without its egregious icing which happens to be cloyingly sweet. read more

We've ordered cupcakes from here a couple of times. They are basically miniature bundt cakes with this amazing white, fluffy frosting on top. I believe the frosting is the same flavor no matter which cupcake you get. I also believe the frosting is what makes them amazing. The cupcakes themselves are good quality as far as cupcakes go, but the amazing frosting is what bumps them up from "good" to "gourmet". Be aware that they are not cheap as far as cupcakes go, but if you bring them to a friend's house like we did, you'll be sure to impress. read more

I know about Nothing Bundt Cakes because we have a location in Vegas but I've never actually tried it till I went to this one, the Clovis/Fresno one. We went on the day before Thanksgiving & I was actually excited about it because all my friends back in Vegas were always getting cakes from here & I've been patiently waiting for this one to open up. Once we got there, the set up was a bit weird because everyone was everywhere so we were confused on whether or not there was a line going on or everyone was just stepping up to the register once they were ready or what. Since it was our first time there, I was a bit put off by this because the workers didn't even seem to care either. But when we got to the register to order, I already knew exactly what we wanted (8 inch red velvet with signature frosting) & was thrilled to find out that they already had one made & ready to go. Fast forward to the next day which was Thanksgiving, when we got to dessert, we found out that my sister in law had also gone to Nothing Bundt Cakes & ordered the bundtinis (basically cupcakes) so we got to try the cake & cupcakes for the first time in one day. The bundtinis were okay but the kids loved them. My boyfriend & I absolutely loved the red velvet cake that we got, it was incredibly dense & moist, the frosting added the perfect amount of sweetness to it & I would definitely order it again. Overall: the prices can be a bit steep but you won't find another place like this in Clovis/Fresno so it's worth it for special occasions.
