Place: - Very nice place to go for your gluten-free needs. It's always clean when we go there. There are a few tables inside if you want to enjoy your goodies inside. There are some outside too. Products: - The gluten-free cake I got my hubby for his birthday was pretty good. The whole family enjoyed it. - We have tried other individual pastries and they are were all good. You don't need to have a gluten-free diet to enjoy. - They are on the pricier side. Service: Friendly and professional.

    $15.50 bacon crepe. June 2025

This is by far my favorite 100% gluten-free bakery company as someone with celiac disease. Because I live in Las Vegas, I have to fly here to pick up my favorite gluten-free bread and fried donuts (Sundays only.) Because of the flight schedules, timing is really tight so I can't always make it to their Fresno location before closing. Luckily this location is open late. All I have to do is call in my order the day before and they'll drive my order from their Fresno location to this location for me to pick up later in the day. (The Fresno location has more pastry selection on site whereas this location has more hot food options.) They do ship but I like to be able to pick out some extra stuff once I arrive. This time I had a hot croque monsieur and my husband had a bacon crepe (both $15.50) after we picked up my phone-in order. They were both excellent. I've been to so many gluten-free bakeries around the world and Indulge Right (both locations) is hands down the best. You wouldn't even know their products are gluten-free which is why I fly to Fresno just to get food here.

    Perfect Wagyu slider!

Oh my word -- The Bakery by Indulge in Clovis absolutely blew me away! The Wagyu sliders with sweet potato chips were on another level. I honestly don't think I've tasted Wagyu this good anywhere. I was a little skeptical when they came out slightly more done than my medium-rare order, but my lord -- one bite in, and all doubt disappeared. The flavor was deep, buttery, and downright addictive. And let's talk about that gluten-free bread -- it was a total standout! Soft yet sturdy enough to soak up every last drop of those rich Wagyu juices. Not a single morsel or bit of flavor was lost. Pure perfection. We didn't get a chance to dive into the bakery treats this time (had to dash to a soccer game), but judging by the display, those sweets are calling my name for our next visit. What a surprise find! This place is a true local treasure -- and we'll definitely be back for round two.

"HEY GLUTEN FREE FANS!" If you live in Clovis, NOW you don't have to drive across town (to Fresno) to get YOUR favorite; pastries, bread, pizza or quiche! The 'dessert of my dreams' resides in both locations. . . the luscious passion fruit tart (sigh). I also like their cinnamon crumb cake. It has a good amount of spice. Truly, with all the variety that the San Joaquin Valley offers, we are SPOILED.

    Wide variety of tasty options!

They have outside seating if you want to. Paid for the order with good day wishes! Appreciated! Great service & Really Delicious treats! Highly recommended! Dinner! Scone split! Blueberry scone with lemon 1/2 was Really Delicious with Grear flavor! Lemon icing on top made it even better! Mother said hers was "Really Great!" I received such a warm and welcoming welcome. It was my first visit so I had lots of questions about their products. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The place was nice, clean, and spacious. I decided to try their magic bar, Dutch cookies (not the actual name), the pumpkin muffin, and their chai tea. Everything was delicious, but on my next visit, I'd like to try other things. Another aspect I loved were the samples they had out for you to try.

Excited to try this bakery finally open close to where we live. We come during the closing time still have few left. Beautiful and taste delicious. Will try the food next time.

From the moment you walk in, there is a sense that baking here is not just a craft -- it is an art form. There is something magical about stepping into a French bakery, and Parisien Bakery delivers that feeling in full. The French have elevated baking into a cultural experience of indulgence and beauty, and it is on proud display here. Approach the glass case, and it feels like browsing a gallery of edible masterpieces: pastel-colored macarons stacked like delicate jewels, glossy fruit tarts shimmering under the lights, and éclairs lined up with precise elegance, each filled with silky, decadent cream. Sweet Highlights The sweet selections are where Parisien truly shines. Standouts include: Sweet crêpes Éclairs Macarons Croissants Maple cronut Fruit tarts Turnovers Each item showcases careful craftsmanship, balanced sweetness, and visual presentation that rivals high-end patisseries. Their French Roast coffee is bold, robust, full-flavored, and always piping hot -- the perfect companion to any pastry. Savory Options On the savory side, the breakfast sandwiches, omelet croissants, breakfast popper, and the Parisien sandwich are all solid and satisfying choices. While well-prepared, they do not quite reach the same magical heights as the sweet offerings. The croque monsieur and croque madame are especially intriguing and worth trying on a future visit. Atmosphere & Experience The ambiance is cozy and charming, laid out to be reminiscent of a sidewalk café in Paris. With both indoor and outdoor seating -- including street-side dining -- it is an inviting place to linger. A glassed-in kitchen allows guests to watch pastries being crafted in real time, adding a layer of authenticity and appreciation for the skill behind each creation. Warm, friendly service rounds out the experience, making it easy to see why this bakery remains a local favorite. My dad made these for me as a kid and anytime I see them in the wild, I have to try it. The bierocks made were just ok. We ordered a cruller, maple, glazed, old-fashioned, a glazed twist, and a chocolate cake doughnut. Just based off our order, you can tell there were no children with us, lol. The cruller donut was perfection. Airy and super soft with it almost melting in your mouth before the first bite. The old-fashioned donut (which are my favorite) was incredible! It was surprisingly light, for a cake doughnut, and had a thick layer of maple glaze. I think the layer was about an eighth of an inch, which for icing is bonkers. Even Peter North himself would be humbled by this glazing technique. Is this the most unassuming donut shop in all of the land? Maybe not the land, but at least in Clovis. It was like eating a stir fry in a bun. Though this bun was bigger and more portioned than the steam pork buns. This was also my first time trying their Shumai dumplings. The flavor was there. The restaurant was extremely busy, so I do recommend making reservations ahead of time. The service could have been a little better, but considering how packed it was, it felt more overwhelmed than rude. One thing to know ahead of time: Diet Cokes come in cans, not fountain drinks, so there are no refills. The biggest disappointment for us was the limited menu selection that day. There were mostly sandwiches and not a lot of variety. I ordered the quiche, which ended up needing extra sauces on the side because it felt a little plain on its own. My husband ordered the French toast, and that was actually very good. Ambiance was alright - a little cramped but the live music gave it a touch of class. Overall, I'd still recommend trying this place, just maybe not on a major holiday when the menu is limited and the restaurant is packed.
