I ordered the HP touchscreen whole top assembly, part number L93181-001, at $199.00. Very unprofessional and scammers. Days later, I received an email letting me know that the item is not in stock. And that they can only offer me the LCD screen for $159. Come to find out, they do have the part in stock that I originally ordered, only that they now have it at a much higher price, $299. Great experience. I ordered the wrong part by accident, and they cross-shipped the correct part without a restocking fee. It was my mistake for flubbing the product identifier, it was easy to find the correct heatsink/fan assembly. The new fan works great on my Lenovo P1. Needed a keyboard that was out of stock with Lenovo for a clients computer. When I called to confirm they had it in stock Mary was very helpful confirmed stock and they were able to ship same day. When I received the shipment, the incorrect part was sent, but when informed of the problem, Mary made sure that the correct compatible keyboard was sent out immediately, at no additional charge, and did not require The incorrect part to be sent back, saving me the headache of having to mail it. What we really needed was a battery for a Lenovo Yoga 900. I contacted the company and explained what had happened. I found the battery I needed on Amazon for less than their website. They asked me if I wanted to order the correct battery from them and I explained it was less expensive elsewhere. I figured they'd tell me I couldn't return the other one for credit, but they gave me a RMA# and told me they'd even waive the restocking fee. I returned the battery to them and did receive credit within four days of them receiving it back, though a 15% restocking fee was charged. It wasn't worth the hassle asking them about the fee when they could have told me to pound sand about the return, so overall it was ok working with them. read more

Again I bought a part from them. Paid for overnight shipping because my customer asked for it. I got the part but the part was defective so I contacted them for an RMA which they responded to by asking a lot of questions, telling me that we should try the installation again, that I probably made a mistake with the installation etc. etc. (we are a repair shop). I again asked for the RMA instructions only to be told that they will not do anything until they get the part back and test it themselves. At this point my overnight shipping fees were a complete waste of money and my customer is unhappy. I tried to not fill out any rating at all, meaning no stars at all, but I needed to fill out at least one... My honest rating would be minus. This is a very unprofessional company. I bought an Alienware laptop battery for replacement (7/24/12). I got it in good time, but I couldn't use it since my Alienware laptop didn't detect the battery. When I purchased the battery online the company promised that the battery could be returned within 30 days. Now I wanted to return it (8/1/12). I emailed them, called them on every extension I could find, I left telephone messages, and also went online and filled out a form to request a RMA to get an authorization for the return. They NEVER returned any of my calls or messages. At that time I called my credit card company and they said they couldn't find any charge from this company so I thought everything was cleared. Today (9/1/12) when I got my credit card statement I found that they charged me 8/14/12. So with advice from my credit card company's dispute department I'm returning the battery and waiting to see if I'm getting my money back, otherwise they will dispute it for me. I purchased a motherboard from these guys. The motherboard was defective. I paid to ship it back and they sent me a second defective motherboard. They asked I ship the computer to them (at my expense) and I did. Now they tell me that because the cover was off the bottom of the laptop that it "came in parts" and can't do anything. I didn't see any issue as it was packed by FedEx and they would have to have taken the cover off anyway. It also took them 2 weeks to determine that it "came in parts". I've ordered a secondary battery (ST09) for my HP laptop, it was supposed to be brand new according to them. But the battery was a 2011 and already half of the cycles was used. I've ask them to send me a brand new, and they are not able according to them. I've ask to be refund, still waiting. The second item i purchase from them was an AC adaptor, i didn't see when i plugged in the cord was tempered, the cord has been previously cut, and re-splice, but without the green ground wire, then was tape with electric tape. I almost got an electric shock and dammage my laptop. Once again they told me the part was ordered directly from HP and was genuine brand new unopened part. But when you look at the box you can see that one was refurbish. They propose me 5$ for that, it's a fuc.... joke. The worker Marium within seconds started accusing me of being rude and told me to change my attitude.I was just asking a question normally. I was in no way being rude. I purchased a top panel from this company. They listed a model number that did not match the product they sent me. The top panel I ordered was a 15.6 inch, they sent a 17.3 inch top panel. After contacting the company in regards to returning the part and sending me the correct one, they took over a week to respond. I then asked for a full refund, which seemed to get their attention. They then took another week in attempt to resell me the correct part. At this point, I had already found another solution to my problem, and asked for a refund.
