Got here about 3 mins before closing due to my work schedule and was helped by Chris. Chris stayed after with me an hour after the store was closed and got the computer working. the customer service and the knowledge Chris had was beyond this world. I'm afraid I won't ever get the customer service I had here ever again anywhere else. I highly recommend coming here if you have any problems. Chris should be getting paid more for what he provides. 15/10 would come here again!

I first went to the Geek Squad in Frederick MD, charged me over 100.00 plus a recover disc, still had virus. I took my pc back several times, I finally gave up, lost my money, left with a computer with still the same problem. Frustrated, I was recommend by a friend who told me to give this company a try. The tech was able to get my computer up and running in no time. I did not have to keep calling them to check if my computer was fixed, nor had to drop it off. It was nice to be explained to what happened, and installation against malicious fake sites. They were patient, and treated me great. I was only charged after the found put what was wrong with my pc. They only charged me 50.00 for everything! It is nice to see they give a big discount to the military, and veterans. Thank you!
