After a few days, he did not find anything wrong with it and explained that it could've easily just been my power supply that had overheated as I didn't have a working fan on it, but guaranteed that my PC was working just fine. He did not charge me for anything and was very honest and straightforward and very easy to talk to. Will definitely come back again. Try not to go to other PC repair places in the Area as most of them Charge you upfront before even looking into the issue, while others will also force you to purchase other things. Bottom line, if you want pure honest and personable PC repair place, come here. Don't bother looking elsewhere as many will just be rude and over charge you for things you and take advantage of you for not knowing much about your PC.

Once there, he made me sign a document without notifying that the diagnostics fee has jumped from $50 to $250. I did not caught on this immediately since he requested credit card information during the call before coming and so he charge the card once the "agreement" is signed. He defended the charge by stating that the agreement is signed by me and is recorded on the CCTV. However, not notifying the customers that the fee has increased by $200 only after they sign the form is extremely scummy and dishonest.

The reviews were assuring and Ryan made me feel at ease on the first call. I brought my laptop to LCH and Ryan helped explain the problems and solutions in ways that I could understand. He graciously explained that It Was Time (to let the old laptop go). Basically, the old laptop could no longer handle the new technologies & software that I needed. After educating me on the problems and possible remedies, he let me choose the solution, graciously hand held me and provided expert guidance as, together, we selected a new laptop that best suited my needs and desires. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Once the new laptop was selected, he expertly transferred all of the data from the old dying one to the new one. And this transfer was seamless.... everything appeared on my new laptop the exact way it was on the old one. And of course, he ensured I had not only a backup of the data, but also a way to destroy the contents of the old laptop to ensure security. Along the way, Ryan provided invaluable education as well. The selection of the new device and assistance to transfer all of the data were actions that I would have endlessly stressed over. Instead, the entire process was easy, stress free and incredibly fast. He's a lifesaver!!!
