I heard about Simply IT through some friends who had work done, and I was totally impressed from the moment I called. They were anxious to listen, and quickly set up a time THAT DAY to come over to take a look. When David arrived, he quickly took a look and explained my options. He took the unit and promised to have it back the next day. I received a call later that evening, explaining what he had found (memory chip died) and gave me further options for upgrading and repairing my laptop. I received a text the next morning that it was all set and he would drop it off whenever I was home. Great communication the whole way! Great service all the way! I was impressed as their man methodically worked through the problem and solved it. The 2nd was when my Dell XPS 8500 wouldn't boot after a Systems Restore. I kinda knew what to do, but didn't want to risk the installed applications, so I took it to Accurate Systems because I now had confidence that they could do this with minimum risk. What I received was very difficult to assemble, to the point where I was afraid I'd break something. I called The Vacuum Store to see if they carry this brand, and even though they don't, the owner offered to help me figure out how to put it together. He also does annual maintenance on my Oreck vacuums and they run like champs. He's never been anything but patient and kind, and his prices are very reasonable. In fact I decided to get this new shampooer assembled with his help and donate it to Goodwill and buy something from him that I can work with more easily and keep maintained.
