I traveled to Argentina in 2013 and in 2014. Both trips were particularly dificult due to all the connecting flights all over the country. I visited 4 provinces. Monica and Alicia's customer service is amazing. They tried their hardest and worked a few hours to get me the flights exactly as I wanted them. In 2014 I was traveling with a baby and it was a last minute trip. Not only were they able to get me great last minute seats with a basinett, they added my brother who joined me on the trip last minute. They told me that I could call them anytime if I had questions, even offering me their personal cell phone numbers. Alicia was also able to get into contact with people in Argentina who could help me with an issue I had. She was not receiving any money from me in the sale of a ticket, but she still went out of her way to get me the connection I desperately needed. She and Monica are truly awesome people. I very highly recommend them and their services, you will not be dissapointed.

Their fees were reasonable and they were knowledgeable and professional in everything I needed to prepare for my first visit to Shanghai. They also have a courier service option to deliver the passport to me in person, though I did not opt for that as it wasn't THAT last minute. Otherwise, I would have. I was able to explain all the nuances of the type of flight I wanted the multiple legs and different people coming and leaving and our minor situation and he got it all sorted in record time. Lily took into account my requests for the trip and contacted me with options before booking hotels etc. She also does a great job at booking transfers to and from airports, hotels, train stations. While everyone else waits for taxis and Ubers in a crowded setting, our drivers were always ready to go when we arrived. There are also options for tours and other excursions, which I selectively took advantage of based on what my friends/family wanted. And everything ends up being cheaper than if I booked it myself!
